Abstract

This invention provides a cup and lid with a stackable anti-tipping function. The cup includes a cup body, a lid, and first and second aligning portions respectively located on the bottom of the cup and the upper side of the lid. When stacked in the Y direction, the two portions form an intersecting area, thereby improving the stability of multiple cups stacked together after being filled with liquid. The lid includes a lid body with upper and lower sides, a channel, a first connecting portion on the upper side, a second connecting portion on the lower side, and a sealing member. The sealing member can be selectively engaged with the first or second connecting portion, positioning itself above the lid body to close the channel, or switched to the space below the lid body to avoid interference and meet different drinking needs.

Claims

1. A cup lid, comprising: a lid body having an upper side and a lower side opposite to each other; a channel extending through the lid body for connecting an upper space on the upper side and a lower space on the lower side; a first connecting portion on the upper side; a second connecting portion on the lower side; and a sealing member having a third connecting portion and a stopper, wherein... The third joint can be selectively joined to the first joint or the second joint. When the third joint is joined to the first joint, the closure is located in the space above the upper side and can selectively close the channel with the plug. When the third joint is joined to the second joint, the closure is located in the space below the lower side.

2. The cup lid as described in claim 1, wherein, The closure further includes a body, with the third joint located at one end of the body.

3. The cup lid as described in claim 2, wherein, The third joint has a third locking body for selectively engaging with the first joint or the second joint.

4. The cup lid as described in claim 3, wherein, The third card is strip-shaped.

5. The cup lid as described in claim 4, wherein, The first connecting part includes two first locking bodies, which are spaced apart from each other and protrude from the upper side surface respectively. A first locking groove is defined by the space between each of the first locking bodies, which serves as a connecting structure for engaging with the third locking body.

6. The cup lid as described in claim 4, wherein, The second connecting part includes two second locking bodies, which are spaced apart from each other and protrude from the lower side surface respectively. A second locking groove is defined by the space between each of the second locking bodies, which serves as a connecting structure for engaging with the third locking body.

7. The cup lid as described in claim 2, wherein, The plug is located at the other end of the body, away from the third joint.

8. A cup, comprising: a cup body, including a cup body, and a receiving space defined by the cup body with a top opening; a cup lid, including a lid body, detachably attached to the cup body and closing the top opening of the receiving space; a first aligning portion and a second aligning portion, respectively disposed on a bottom end face of the cup body and an upper side face of the lid body, wherein... When the cup body and the cup lid are stacked together along a Y direction, with the bottom surface of the cup body located above the upper side of the lid body, the first aligning portion and the second aligning portion form an intersecting area in the Y direction.

9. The cup as described in claim 8, wherein, The first alignment part is disposed on the upper side of the cover and includes a groove that extends along a first annular shape to form an arcuate side wall of a predetermined length.

10. The cup as described in claim 9, wherein, The second alignment portion is disposed on the bottom end surface of the cup body and includes a rib extending a predetermined length along a second annular ring.

11. The cup as described in claim 10, wherein, The ribbed system is sequentially divided into a number of unconnected arc segments along the second ring.

12. The cup as described in claim 10 or 11, wherein, The distance between the outer arc side rib surface of the rib and the second annular geometric center is less than the distance between the arc side groove wall of the groove and the first annular geometric center.

13. The cup as described in claim 12, wherein, The first ring and the second ring are both circular rings.
