Abstract
Claims
1. An improved structure for a central shaft screw, mainly applied to a vehicle body, comprising a rod and at least two positioning members, wherein: The rod system is assembled inside a power unit bracket of the vehicle body, and each side of the rod has an assembly part extending out of the vehicle body. A fixing piece is also provided on each side of the rod, and each side of the vehicle body has a vehicle body structure assembled on the two sides of the rod. At least two positioning members are respectively assembled at the assembly part of the rod, and the main body of the at least two positioning members has a fixing part extending outward. A reinforcing part with an outer diameter larger than the rod and located in the positioning groove of the vehicle body structure extends from the main body towards the rod, and the reinforcing part has an assembly groove for the assembly part to engage. The two sides of the rod pass through the positioning groove of each vehicle body structure and are assembled with the reinforcing part of the at least two positioning members. At the same time, the fixing part and the fixing piece are tightened and positioned to hold the vehicle body structure as the reinforcing part is assembled.
2. The improved structure of the central shaft screw as described in claim 1, wherein an elastic space with a preset distance is formed between the reinforcing portion of each of the at least two positioning members and the inner wall of each positioning groove of each of the vehicle body structures.
3. The improved structure of the central screw as described in claim 1, wherein each of the assembly parts on both sides of the rod body is provided with an external thread, and the inner wall of the assembly groove in each of the reinforcing parts is provided with an internal thread that meshes with the external thread.
4. The improved structure of the central screw as described in claim 1, wherein each of the at least two positioning members has an operating portion extending from the side of the main body away from the rod body, and a plurality of protrusions for increasing gripping force are provided outside the operating portion.
5. The improved structure of the central screw as described in claim 1, wherein each of the fixing parts of the at least two positioning members is in the shape of a disc, a polygonal disc, an elliptical disc, a polygonal disc, or a disc with a geometric shape that increases the contact area.
6. The improved structure of the central screw as described in claim 1, wherein the fixing plate provided on each side of the rod is a washer, elastic washer, washer or metal liner.
