Abstract

A screen bracket with rapidly switchable load-bearing capacity includes a support column, a sliding base, a screen receiving bracket, a first load-bearing elastic element, at least one second load-bearing elastic element, and at least one switching unit. The sliding base is movable up and down along the support column. The first load-bearing elastic element provides a basic lifting force to the sliding base. The second load-bearing elastic element is selectively restricted or released by the switching unit, allowing the sliding base to achieve different load-bearing capacities depending on the number of second load-bearing elastic elements in operation. Therefore, this invention can achieve rapid switching between multiple load-bearing capacities depending on the number of selectively restricted second load-bearing elastic elements.

Claims

1. A screen stand with quickly switchable load-bearing capacity, comprising: A vertical support column; a sliding seat that can move up and down along the support column; A screen support bracket is connected to the sliding base and can move up and down with the sliding base; and a first load-bearing elastic member is used to provide a lifting force to the sliding base; The feature is that the screen bracket further includes at least one second load-bearing elastic member and at least one switching unit, and the second load-bearing elastic member can be selectively restricted or released by the switching unit to provide or not provide lifting force to the sliding seat, so that the sliding seat can form different load-bearing capacities according to the number of the second load-bearing elastic members in action.

2. The screen bracket as described in claim 1, wherein the first load-bearing elastic member is a constant force spring disposed on the sliding seat, and the free end of the first load-bearing elastic member extends upward and is fixed to the support column, so as to provide a lifting force to the sliding seat by means of restoring elasticity.

3. The screen bracket as described in claim 2, wherein the second load-bearing elastic member is a constant-force spring disposed on the sliding base, and the switching unit is disposed on the support column and movable between a restricted position and a released position, for selectively restricting or releasing the upwardly extending free end of the second load-bearing elastic member, wherein, When restricted, the sliding seat can be lifted by the restoring elasticity, but it does not provide a lifting force when released.

4. The screen bracket as described in claim 3, wherein the switching unit includes a hook portion, and the free end of the second load-bearing elastic member has a corresponding hooked portion, wherein in the restricted position the switching unit can hook the hooked portion to restrict the free end of the second load-bearing elastic member, and in the released position the hook portion disengages from the hooked portion to release the free end of the second load-bearing elastic member.

5. The screen bracket as described in claim 4, wherein the hooking part and the hooked part are respectively provided with a corresponding positioning hole and a positioning protrusion, so that when the hooking part hooks the hooked part, the positioning protrusion can extend into the positioning hole to form a positioning.

6. The screen bracket as described in claim 5, wherein the support column has a lifting space inside for the sliding seat to move up and down, and at least one vertically extending guide groove is provided on the side near the screen receiving bracket, and the screen receiving bracket is connected to the sliding seat through the guide groove via at least one receiving arm, so that the screen receiving bracket and the sliding seat can move up and down synchronously.

7. The screen bracket as described in claim 6, wherein the support column is provided with a top plate at the top of the lifting space, and the switching unit is disposed on the top plate at a position corresponding to the second load-bearing elastic member.

8. The screen bracket as claimed in claim 7, wherein the switching unit is movable in a switch slot in the top plate to selectively switch to the limiting position of the second load-bearing elastic member or the releasing position of the second load-bearing elastic member.

9. The screen bracket as claimed in claim 8, wherein the number of the second load-bearing elastic member and the number of the switching unit are a plurality corresponding to each other, so that each of the switching units can be selectively switched to form multiple different load-bearing capacities.

10. The screen bracket as claimed in claim 9, wherein the first load-bearing elastic member and the second load-bearing elastic member have the same or different elastic forces.

11. The screen bracket as described in any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the sliding seat is provided with at least one damping component for generating frictional resistance against the support column to assist the sliding seat in positioning or smooth lifting and lowering.

12. The screen bracket as claimed in claim 11, wherein the damping assembly includes a damping element and an elastic pusher, and the elastic pusher pushes the damping element against the support column to generate frictional resistance.

13. The screen bracket as claimed in claim 12, wherein the sliding seat is provided with a plurality of the damping components, and each of the damping components is located below the first load-bearing elastic member and the second load-bearing elastic member, respectively.

14. The screen bracket as claimed in claim 9, wherein the free end of the second load-bearing elastic member is further connected to a positioning slider, and the positioning slider is movable up and down in one of the back positioning grooves of the support column; the sliding seat is provided with a side positioning element on each of its two sides, and each side positioning element is movable up and down in one of the side positioning grooves of the support column.

15. The screen bracket as claimed in claim 14, wherein the support column is provided above the top plate with an outer cover for covering the top plate, and the outer cover is provided below with at least one tenon for detachably engaging one of the corresponding holes of the support column.
