Abstract
This invention relates to a vise with interchangeable fixed jaws for clamping irregularly shaped workpieces. It includes a vise body, a screw, at least one nut seat, two jaws, and a plurality of fixed jaws. The vise body has two slide rails and a screw space. The screw is disposed in the screw space and screwed into the nut seat to drive the nut seat to reciprocate. The two jaws are respectively fixed to the vise body and the nut seat, or respectively fixed to the two nut seats. Each jaw has a plurality of first screw locking holes. Each fixed jaw is locked to the jaw by the first screw, and the side of the fixed jaw facing the irregularly shaped workpiece forms a clamping surface for abutting and clamping the workpiece. By using interchangeable fixed jaws, appropriate fixed jaws can be selected according to different shapes or materials of workpieces, improving the clamping stability and machining accuracy of irregularly shaped workpieces.
