Abstract

A fan holder for attaching a fan wheel to form a fan structure includes a base for supporting a circuit board and the fan wheel, an outer frame surrounding the base, and a first support rib, a first air outlet, a second support rib, a third air outlet, a third support rib, and a second air outlet arranged at intervals along a clockwise direction. By making a second included angle between the third support rib and the first support rib along the clockwise direction greater than a first included angle between the first support rib and the second support rib, the wind resistance noise caused by the first support rib, the second support rib, and the third support rib when the fan wheel rotates is reduced.

Claims

1. A fan holder for attaching a fan wheel, the fan holder comprising: a base for supporting a circuit board and the fan wheel; an outer frame surrounding the base; a first support rib disposed between the base and the outer frame, the first support rib being connected to the base at a first end and to the outer frame at a second end, and a first axis passing through the base, the first end, and the second end; A second support rib is disposed between the base and the outer frame. The second support rib is connected to the base at a third end and to the outer frame at a fourth end. A second axis passes through the third end and the fourth end and runs in a clockwise direction. A first air outlet is provided between the first support rib and the second support rib. A first included angle is provided between the second axis and the first axis in the clockwise direction. A third support rib is located between the base and the outer frame. The third support rib is connected to the base at a fifth end and to the outer frame at a sixth end. A third axis passes through the fifth end and the sixth end and runs in a clockwise direction. A second air outlet is provided between the third support rib and the first support rib in the clockwise direction. A second included angle is provided between the third axis and the first axis in the clockwise direction. The second included angle is greater than the first included angle.

2. The fan mount as requested in item 1, wherein the area of the first air outlet is greater than the area of the second air outlet.

3. The fan mount of claim 2, wherein a third air outlet is provided between the second support rib and the third support rib along the clockwise direction, and the area of the third air outlet is larger than the area of the second air outlet.

4. The fan mount as requested in item 3, wherein the area of the first air outlet is not less than the area of the third air outlet.

5. The fan mount of claim 1, wherein along a cross section of the second support rib, the second support rib has a bottom surface, a guide ramp and a side surface, the guide ramp faces the first support rib in a counterclockwise direction, the side surface faces the third support rib in a clockwise direction, and an included angle between the bottom surface and the guide ramp is smaller than an included angle between the bottom surface and the side surface.

6. The fan mount of claim 1, wherein along a cross section of the third support rib, the third support rib has a bottom surface, a guide ramp and a side surface, the guide ramp facing the second support rib in a counterclockwise direction, and the side surface facing the first support rib in a clockwise direction, wherein an angle between the bottom surface and the guide ramp is smaller than an angle between the bottom surface and the side surface.

7. The fan mount as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base has a sleeve seat for mounting a bearing sleeve.

8. The fan mount of claim 1, wherein along an axial direction perpendicular to the first axis, the width of the first support rib is not greater than 6 mm and not less than 3.5 mm.

9. The fan mount of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the outer frame has a first body and a platform protruding from the first body, the first axis passing through the platform, the platform being used to carry an electrical connector electrically connected to the circuit board.

10. A fan structure comprising: a fan base as claimed in claim 9; a circuit board disposed on the base for driving a fan wheel disposed on the fan base to rotate; and an electrical connector connected to the circuit board and disposed above the platform.

11. The fan structure of claim 10 further includes a ring wall attached to the outer frame, the ring wall having an accommodating space in which the fan wheel is disposed.

12. The fan configuration of claim 11, wherein the ring wall has a second body and a cover protruding from the second body, the cover being located above the platform, and the electrical connector being disposed between the platform and the cover.

13. The fan configuration of claim 12, wherein the circuit board has a body portion, a connecting portion and an extension portion, the connecting portion being located between the body portion and the extension portion, the electrical connector being disposed on the extension portion and electrically connected to the body portion via the connecting portion and the extension portion, the connecting portion being located above the first support rib, and the extension portion and the electrical connector being clamped between the platform and the cover.
