Twin-cylinder oil immersion machine

Abstract

A dual-cylinder oil immersion machine is disclosed, suitable for immersing a workpiece in a liquid. The machine includes a support unit, an immersion unit, and a lifting unit. The immersion unit is disposed on the support unit and includes a storage tank for accommodating the workpiece and a liquid-containing tank with its opening facing upwards, suitable for accommodating the liquid. The lifting unit includes two actuators respectively disposed on both sides of the support unit along a left-right direction and connected to and driving the liquid-containing tank to move. The liquid-containing tank can move relative to the storage tank along a top-bottom direction between a raised position and a lower position. The structural design of the actuators being respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the support unit allows the liquid-containing tank to have a large movable stroke during lifting, and the storage tank can handle larger or more workpieces, resulting in high processing efficiency.
