Abstract
Claims
1. A triple vitamin C complex vesicle structure for containment in a container, the triple vitamin C complex vesicle structure comprising: A core portion comprising at least one ascorbyl palmitate (AP) encapsulated in liposomes; an intermediate portion containing 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, which is arranged in a ring around the periphery of the core portion; and an outer coating portion containing aminopropyl ascorbyl phosphate, which is coated on the outer surface of the intermediate portion, thereby forming a polar gradient layered structure from the inside out by the core portion, the intermediate portion and the outer coating portion, to form a multi-stage release pathway.
2. The triple vitamin C complex vesicle structure as described in claim 1, wherein the core, intermediate, and outer covering are arranged in concentric layers.
3. The triple vitamin C complex vesicle structure as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein a plurality of permeable protrusions are formed on the outer surface of the outer coating.
4. The triple vitamin C complex vesicle structure as described in claim 3, wherein the permeable protrusion is formed of an interfacial active component, a polysaccharide component, an amino acid component, a peptide component, or a combination thereof.
5. The triple vitamin C complex vesicle structure as described in claim 1, wherein the average particle size of the core is between 80 nanometers and 300 nanometers.
6. The triple vitamin C complex vesicle structure as described in claim 1, wherein the intermediate portion forms an interfacial transition layer to regulate the distribution of lipophilic and hydrophilic components, and the outer coating portion has a network dispersion structure to form a sustained-release pathway for the hydrophilic active ingredient.
