Abstract
Claims
1. A fixture suitable for machining probes, comprising: A fixture body includes a first part and a second part, wherein the volume of the first part is larger than the volume of the second part, and an observation area is formed between the first part and the second part, wherein the fixture body has a plurality of holes; a stop block having an upper surface, a lower surface, and a plurality of side surfaces surrounding the upper surface and the lower surface, one of the side surfaces facing the second part, wherein the stop block has a plurality of holes; a pair of pressure plates corresponding to the upper surface and the lower surface of the stop block respectively clamping the stop block and the fixture body, wherein the pressure plates have a plurality of holes; and a plurality of fixing components passing through the corresponding holes to assemble the pressure plates, the stop blocks, and the fixture body together; wherein the second part and one of the stop blocks have a slit for receiving a target workpiece.
2. The fixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first portion and the second portion are integrally formed or are a single component of each other.
3. The clamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hole through the upper and lower surfaces of the stop block is a first hole, the hole through the side facing the second portion and the side relatively away from the second portion is a second hole, and the hole located in the second portion is a third hole.
4. The clamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the fixing components comprises: The bolt passes through the corresponding hole; And a nut, wherein the bolt passes through the corresponding hole and is locked into the nut.
5. The fixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the width of the stop block is less than or equal to the width of the second portion to expose the observation area.
6. The clamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the clamp body has a notch and the stop block is disposed within the notch.
7. The fixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the observation area is formed by a recess between the first portion and the second portion.
