Fascial manipulation tools

Abstract

A myofascial therapy tool includes a body. The body protrudes outward to form a raised force-applying portion, and the body is laterally recessed inward relative to the raised force-applying portion to form a gripping area. A first force-applying surface and a second force-applying surface are respectively formed on opposite sides of the raised force-applying portion and the gripping area. This allows the user to grip the gripping area and select the first force-applying surface, the second force-applying surface, or the raised force-applying portion to perform pushing, pulling, or acupressure, thus achieving the desired myofascial therapy tool structure.
