Abstract

This invention discloses a mobile plastic chemical recycling system, comprising: a truck with a rear platform; a microwave pyrolysis device disposed on the rear platform of the truck, for receiving crushed plastic waste materials and for microwave heating and reaction of the crushed plastic waste materials to decompose them into a solid product and a gaseous product; a condensation reflux module disposed on the rear platform of the truck, for receiving the gaseous product from the microwave pyrolysis device and for repeatedly refluxing and condensing the gaseous product to produce a recycled oil; and an oil storage device disposed on the rear platform of the truck for storing the recycled oil. This mobile plastic chemical recycling system, employing a microwave pyrolysis device, can be moved to areas with plastic waste materials for chemical recycling, reducing the carbon footprint generated by the transportation of plastic waste materials.

Claims

1. A mobile plastic chemical recycling system, comprising: A truck with a rear platform; A microwave pyrolysis device, installed on the rear platform of the truck, receives a crushed plastic waste material and uses it to microwave-heat the crushed plastic waste material to decompose it into a solid product and a gaseous product; a condensation reflux module, installed on the rear platform of the truck, is connected to the microwave pyrolysis device by a gas pipeline, receives the gaseous product from the microwave pyrolysis device, and uses it to repeatedly reflux and condense the gaseous product to produce a recycled oil; and an oil storage device, installed on the rear platform of the truck, is used to store the recycled oil.

2. The mobile plastic chemical recycling system as described in claim 1, wherein, The microwave pyrolysis device includes: a feeding module for receiving the shredded plastic waste material; a microwave heating cavity disposed below the feeding module for decomposing the shredded plastic waste material into the solid product and the gaseous product, the gaseous product being sent to the condensation reflux module via the gas pipeline; and a discharging module disposed below the microwave heating cavity for discharging the solid product.

3. The mobile plastic chemical recycling system as described in claim 2, wherein, The microwave heating cavity forms a heating container inside, and a plurality of microwave power sources are provided on the outer surface of the microwave heating cavity to provide microwave power to the heating container inside the microwave heating cavity. The broken plastic residue undergoes a heating reaction in the heating container, decomposing into the solid product and the gaseous product.

4. The mobile plastic chemical recycling system as described in claim 3, wherein, These microwave power sources have 4 to 36 sets of 1kW microwave power sources.

5. The mobile plastic chemical recycling system as described in claim 3, wherein, These microwave power sources have 9 to 18 sets of 1kW microwave power sources.

6. The mobile plastic chemical recycling system as described in claim 3, wherein, The heating container is made of stainless steel and can withstand temperatures up to 1000 degrees Celsius.

7. The mobile plastic chemical recycling system as described in claim 1, wherein, The condenser reflux module consists of multiple condenser tubes.

8. The mobile plastic chemical recycling system as described in claim 7, wherein, The condenser reflux module consists of multiple sections of condenser tubes, which are straight condenser tubes (Liebig Condenser).

9. The mobile plastic chemical recycling system as described in claim 7, wherein, The condensation reflux module consists of multiple condenser tubes, which are spherical condenser tubes (Allihn Condenser).

10. The mobile plastic chemical recycling system as described in claim 7, wherein, The condenser reflux module consists of multiple sections of condenser tubes, which are serpentine condenser tubes (Graham Condenser).
