Electromagnetic touch pen

Abstract

An electromagnetic stylus includes a pen body, a coil holder, a coil, a magnetic core, and a pen refill. A first end of one coil holder is disposed within the pen body, and a second end of the coil holder protrudes from the pen body and has an opening, with the first and second ends facing each other. A winding groove is formed on the outer side of the coil holder and is located within the pen body. The coil is wound in the winding groove. The magnetic core is movably disposed within the coil holder. The magnetic core has a receiving groove facing the opening. The pen refill is inserted into the receiving groove through the opening and partially protrudes from the coil holder. The winding groove not only facilitates coil winding but also limits the winding length of the coil, ensuring a fixed winding length.

Claims

1. An electromagnetic stylus, comprising: a pen body; a coil holder, a first end of which is disposed in the pen body, a second end of which protrudes from the pen body and has an opening, the first end and the second end being opposite to each other, a winding groove being formed on the outer side of the coil holder and the winding groove being located in the pen body; a coil wound in the winding groove; a magnetic core movably disposed in the coil holder, the magnetic core having a receiving groove facing the opening; and a pen refill inserted into the receiving groove through the opening and partially protruding from the coil holder.

2. The electromagnetic stylus as described in claim 1, further comprising: an elastic body disposed in the coil holder corresponding to the magnetic core; and an elastic member sleeved on the elastic body and abutting against the magnetic core.

3. The electromagnetic stylus as described in claim 1 further includes a pen refill holder disposed at one end of the pen refill located in the receiving groove, the pen refill holder fixing the pen refill to the magnetic core.

4. The electromagnetic stylus as described in claim 3, wherein the pen tip holder has two opposing spring arms, and the pen tip is sandwiched between the two spring arms.

The electromagnetic stylus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the opening has a first stop structure, the pen tip has a second stop structure, the second stop structure facing the first stop structure; when the pen tip is not pressed, there is a gap between the second stop structure and the first stop structure; when the pen tip is pressed, the first stop structure stops the second stop structure to limit the travel of the pen tip.

6. The electromagnetic stylus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pen tip is tapered at one end protruding from the coil holder.

The electromagnetic stylus as described in claim 1, further comprising: a circuit board disposed in the pen body, with one output terminal of the coil coupled to the circuit board; and a circuit board mounting base disposed in the pen body, with the circuit board fixed to the circuit board mounting base; wherein, The first end of the coil holder has a first engaging structure, and the circuit board holder has a second engaging structure. The first engaging structure engages with the second engaging structure to fix the coil holder to the circuit board holder.
