Abstract

A bus seat and door status monitoring device with multi-code DIP switches includes a driver-side main unit and a plurality of signal transmitters. The driver-side main unit integrates a microprocessor and a wireless receiving module. Each signal transmitter has a built-in control circuit board and is electrically connected to a physical DIP switch. The signal transmitter also includes several ports for electrically connecting to a seat pressure sensor, seatbelt buckle and service bell, or a door edge switch or limit switch. The DIP switch uses a binary physical coding circuit with a total of 12 physical switches. Switches 1 to 6 define a function coding area; switches 7 to 11 define a vehicle coding area; and switch 12 defines a mode switching coding area, used to switch the signal transmitter between seat mode and door mode.

Claims

1. A bus seat and door status monitoring device with multiple coding via DIP switch, comprising: A driver-side main unit is installed around the driver's seat of a bus; A plurality of signal transmitters are respectively installed at a plurality of predetermined monitoring positions within the bus; each signal transmitter contains a control circuit board, and the control circuit board has a physical DIP switch; the signal transmitters are connected to the driver's main unit via radio frequency communication; the DIP switch adopts a binary physical coding circuit configuration and is planned with a function coding area, a vehicle coding area, and a mode switching coding area; wherein, the function coding area is composed of a first-to-sixth-digit switch of the DIP switch, used to provide multiple sets of physical identification codes; the vehicle coding area is composed of a seventh-to-eleventh-digit switch of the DIP switch, used to provide multiple sets of vehicle identification codes; the mode switching coding area is composed of a twelfth-digit switch of the DIP switch; each of the first-to-twelfth-digit switches includes a two-stage toggle key, which can switch between a first position and a second position; When the 12th code switch is in the first position, the control circuit board defines the physical identification code of the function coding area as a seat number; the predetermined monitoring position is a seat for passengers to sit in the bus, and the signal transmitter is electrically connected to a pressure sensor of the seat through a physical line; when the 12th code switch is in the second position, the control circuit board defines the physical identification code of the function coding area as a door number; the predetermined monitoring position is a door of the bus, and the signal transmitter is connected to a door edge switch or a limit switch of the door through a physical line.

2. The bus seat and door status monitoring device with multiple coding via DIP switch as described in claim 1, wherein, When the predetermined monitoring position corresponds to the seat, the signal transmitter is electrically connected to a seatbelt buckle located on the seat via a physical line.

3. The bus seat and door status monitoring device with multiple coding via DIP switch as described in claim 2, wherein, When the predetermined monitoring location corresponds to the seat, the signal transmitter is electrically connected to a service bell located on the seat via a physical line.
