Abstract

This invention provides a multi-channel liquid mixing device, comprising a liquid supply assembly and an electrically connected control module. The liquid supply assembly has multiple liquid storage channels and corresponding drive pumps. The control module has built-in independent compensation parameters for each drive pump and provides dual operating modes to receive mixing commands. In the first mode, the control module parses text information to automatically generate a target ratio configuration; in the second mode, it generates the ratio configuration based on set values. The control module further converts the ratio configuration into a corresponding start-up time based on the independent compensation parameters and precisely controls the sequential operation of the drive pumps. Thus, this invention combines physical electromechanical drive with dual-mode signal processing, significantly improving the accuracy of liquid mixing.

When the mode is selected as a first operating mode, the allocation command is a text message. The control module parses the text message to automatically generate the target ratio configuration. When the mode is selected as a second operating mode, the allocation command is a plurality of set values corresponding to the liquid storage channels. The control module generates the target ratio configuration based on the set values. The control module further converts the target ratio configuration into the corresponding start time of each drive pump based on the independent compensation parameters of each drive pump, and precisely controls the drive pumps of the liquid supply assembly to operate according to the liquid dispensing sequence and the corresponding start time.

2. The multi-channel liquid mixing device as described in claim 1, wherein the control module includes a memory and a microprocessor, the memory storing a natural language processing model, the microprocessor executing the natural language processing model to perform a multi-dimensional semantic analysis on a natural language statement to extract a corresponding composite semantic feature and automatically generate the target ratio configuration.

3. The multi-channel liquid mixing device as described in claim 2, wherein when the microprocessor performs the multi-dimensional semantic analysis, it parses at least one sensory association feature, one emotional state feature, and one contextual narrative feature in the natural language statement, and generates the target proportion configuration based on the parsed features.

4. The multi-channel liquid mixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the second operating mode, the set values of the dispensing command represent target feed parameters corresponding to each of the liquid storage channels, and the control module includes a microprocessor that performs a rationality verification procedure on the set values to ensure that the sum of the target feed parameters conforms to a preset dispensing specification.

5. The multichannel liquid mixing apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the target feed rate parameter is a liquid output ratio of each of the liquid storage channels between 0% and 100%, and the microprocessor executes the rationality verification procedure to ensure that the sum of these liquid output ratios is 100%.

6. The multi-channel liquid mixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the control module precisely controls the drive pumps of the liquid supply assembly, the drive pumps are operated with a full-speed timing control mechanism, which is a time-domain modulation at constant power, instead of a speed-reduction control, so as to completely avoid the flow nonlinearity and pulsation problems caused by the low-speed operation of the pumps.

7. The multi-channel liquid mixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the independent compensation parameter includes a calibration flow meter corresponding to each of the drive pumps, and the control module calculates the corresponding start-up time of each drive pump based on the calibration flow meter.
