Abstract

A heat exchanger with axially through holes in the baffle plate is configured to correspond to a motor that generates hot airflow during operation. The heat exchanger includes a housing, baffle plates, and a plurality of cooling pipes. The housing has a heat exchange space and is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet communicating with the heat exchange space, allowing hot airflow to flow from the air inlet through the heat exchange space to the air outlet. The baffle plate is disposed within the heat exchange space, forming a gap with the housing, and has a plurality of axially through holes adjacent to the gap to divert the hot airflow, allowing some of the hot airflow to flow through the gap and others through the axially through holes. The cooling pipes are spaced apart and pass through the heat exchange space to allow the flow of a cold fluid, thereby facilitating heat exchange between the cold fluid and the hot airflow within the heat exchange space.

Claims

1. A heat exchanger with an axially through-hole in the partition, configured to correspond to a motor that generates a hot airflow during operation, the heat exchanger comprising: a housing having a heat exchange space and having an air inlet and an air outlet communicating with the heat exchange space, for the hot airflow to flow from the air inlet through the heat exchange space to the air outlet; a partition disposed within the heat exchange space, forming a gap with the housing, and having a plurality of axially through-holes adjacent to the gap for diverting the hot airflow, allowing a portion of the hot airflow to flow through the gap and another portion of the hot airflow to flow through the axially through-holes; and a plurality of cooling pipes spaced apart from each other through the heat exchange space for allowing a cold fluid to flow, thereby exchanging heat with the hot airflow within the heat exchange space through the cold fluid.

2. A heat exchanger with an axially through-hole in the partition as described in claim 1, wherein, The baffle has a backflow side adjacent to the gap, and at least one of the axial through holes is provided adjacent to the backflow side to allow a portion of the hot airflow to flow directly to the backflow side through the axial through hole.

3. A heat exchanger with an axially through-hole in the partition as described in claim 1, wherein, The motor includes a motor housing and a power output shaft extending from the motor housing in an axial direction, and the motor housing is fixedly attached to the housing.

4. A heat exchanger with an axially through-hole in the partition plate as described in claim 3, wherein, The partition has these axial through holes along the axial direction.

5. A heat exchanger with an axially through-hole in the partition plate as described in claim 3, wherein, The partition has a plurality of assembly holes corresponding to the cooling pipes, so that the cooling pipes can pass through the assembly holes along the axial direction and be installed in the partition.

6. A heat exchanger with an axially through-hole in the partition as described in claim 1, wherein, The enclosure includes a top plate, a bottom plate, and a plurality of side plates disposed between the top plate and the bottom plate. The top plate, the bottom plate, and the side plates together enclose the heat exchange space. The bottom plate has an air inlet and an air outlet.

7. A heat exchanger with an axially through-hole in the partition as described in claim 6, wherein, The partition is fixed to the bottom plate and forms the gap between it and the top plate.

8. A heat exchanger with an axially through-hole in the partition as described in claim 1, wherein, The partition divides the heat exchange space into an inlet heat exchange space adjacent to the air inlet and an outlet heat exchange space adjacent to the air outlet, so that part of the hot airflow flows from the inlet heat exchange space to the outlet heat exchange space through the gap, and another part of the hot airflow flows from the inlet heat exchange space to the outlet heat exchange space through the axial through holes.

9. A heat exchanger with an axially through-hole in the partition as described in claim 1, wherein, The hot airflow and the cold airflow system flow in opposite directions in the heat exchange space.
