Automatic plastic staple feeding and replenishment device for punching and binding machines

Abstract

This invention provides an automatic feeding and replenishing device for plastic staples in a punching and binding machine. The device is installed on the worktable of the punching and binding machine, with a power mechanism located beneath it. The automatic feeding and replenishing device has upper and lower feed plates. The grooves between the comb-shaped grooves on the upper and lower feed plates allow for the engagement of multiple plastic staples. The power mechanism provides automated drive functionality, allowing the upper and lower feed plates of the automatic feeding and replenishing device to move left and right, thereby automatically feeding and replenishing the plastic staples, facilitating the installation of plastic staples.

Claims

1. An automatic plastic staple feeding and replenishing device for a punching and binding machine, the punching and binding machine comprising: An automatic feed and replenishment device has upper and lower feed plates, which are connected by at least one support column. The front edges of the upper and lower feed plates are respectively arranged with a plurality of comb-shaped grooves. The grooves between two comb-shaped grooves can be used for plastic nails to snap in. At least one shaft is locked between the upper and lower feed plates by bolts. A worktable is fixed below the automatic feed and replenishment device; A power mechanism is installed below the worktable and includes: a drive motor, three timing pulleys, a drive timing belt, and two eccentric pulleys. The drive motor drives one of the timing pulleys to rotate, which in turn drives the drive timing belt to rotate. The drive timing belt then drives the other two timing pulleys to rotate, forming a triangular circulation mechanism. The two eccentric pulleys located on the two timing pulleys rotate synchronously. Each of the two eccentric pulleys has an eccentric shaft, which is pivotally connected to the shaft between the upper and lower feed plates to facilitate the displacement of the upper and lower feed plates.

2. The automatic plastic staple feeding and replenishing device for a punching and binding machine as described in claim 1, wherein the upper and lower feed plates have a bearing below the shaft to facilitate shaft rotation.
