Abstract
Claims
1. A liquid cooling head module with a hybrid coolant distribution unit, comprising: A liquid cooling head has a first liquid inlet end and a first liquid outlet end; A mixed-type coolant distribution unit includes a machine and a reservoir, a pump, a chiller, and an internal pipeline housed within the machine. The machine has a second inlet and a second outlet. One end of the internal pipeline is connected to the second inlet, the other end is connected to the second outlet, and the reservoir, the pump, and the chiller are connected in series in the middle section. An external pipeline includes an inlet pipe with one end connected to the first inlet and the other end connected to the second outlet, and an outlet pipe with one end connected to the first outlet and the other end connected to the second inlet.
2. The liquid cooling head module with a mixed-type coolant distribution unit as described in claim 1, wherein the liquid cooling head includes a housing, an impeller and a heat dissipation fin assembly, the housing having a first liquid inlet end, an impeller chamber, a heat exchange chamber and a first liquid outlet end connected in sequence, the impeller chamber and the heat exchange chamber being arranged side by side above and below each other, the impeller being housed in the impeller chamber and the heat dissipation fin assembly being housed in the heat exchange chamber.
3. The liquid cooling head module with a hybrid coolant distribution unit as described in claim 2, wherein the housing includes a box-shaped housing, a cover and a base stacked on and below the box-shaped housing, and a sealing plate disposed inside the box-shaped housing, the cover extending an annular shroud at its bottom, and the sealing plate disposed at the end of the annular shroud.
4. A liquid cooling head module with a mixing-type coolant distribution unit as described in claim 3, wherein the impeller has a plurality of blades extending toward the bottom wall of the box-shaped housing.
5. The liquid cooling head module with a mixed-type coolant distribution unit as described in claim 3, wherein the first liquid inlet end and the first liquid outlet end are formed on the outer periphery of the box-shaped housing, the annular surrounding plate and the annular surrounding plate together enclose the impeller chamber, the base has the heat exchange chamber recessed on its top, and the heat dissipation fin assembly extends upward from the bottom wall of the heat exchange chamber.
6. The liquid cooling head module with a mixed-type coolant distribution unit as described in claim 5, wherein the sealing plate extends downward to abut against the bottom wall of the box-shaped housing, the outer periphery of the annular plate has two partition plates extending outward along both ends of the T-shaped ring spacer to abut against the inner periphery of the box-shaped housing, the T-shaped ring spacer and the two partition plates together separate a first partition cavity and a second partition cavity between the box-shaped housing, the annular plate and the sealing plate, and the interior of the T-shaped ring spacer together with the bottom wall of the box-shaped housing forms a third partition cavity.
7. A liquid cooling head module with a mixed-type coolant distribution unit as described in claim 6, wherein the first liquid inlet end is connected only to the first partition cavity, the sealing plate has a first communication port located only in the first partition cavity, the sealing plate has a second communication port located only in the third partition cavity, the box-shaped housing has a first through-hole located only in the third partition cavity and a second through-hole located only in the second partition cavity on its bottom wall, and the first liquid outlet end is connected only to the second partition cavity.
8. The liquid cooling head module with a mixing type coolant distribution unit as described in claim 7, further comprising a working fluid that flows sequentially from the first inlet end, the first partition cavity, the first connecting port, the impeller chamber, the second connecting port, the third partition cavity, the first through port, the heat exchange chamber, the second through port, and the second partition cavity to the first outlet end.
