Pipe cutter with storage function for spare cutters

Abstract

A pipe cutter with a function of storing a spare cutter includes: a main body having a cutting space; a movable member disposed on the main body and movable between a first position and a second position; a cutting blade pivotally mounted on the movable member and movable synchronously with the movable member; a feeding assembly disposed on the main body and connected to the movable member, for operation to drive the movable member to move; the feeding assembly has a connecting member and a driving member, the connecting member being connected to the movable member, the driving member being movably disposed on one side of the main body and connected to the connecting member, for acting on the connecting member to drive the movable member to move relative to the main body; wherein the driving member has a storage space inside; and a spare cutter being detachably disposed within the storage space of the driving member.

Claims

1. A pipe cutter with a function of storing a spare cutter, comprising: a main body having a cutting space; a movable member disposed on the main body and movable between a first position and a second position; a cutting blade pivotally disposed on the movable member and movable synchronously with the movable member; a feeding assembly disposed on the main body and connected to the movable member, operable to drive the movable member to move; the feeding assembly having a connector and a driving member, the connector being connected to the movable member, the driving member being movably disposed on one side of the main body and connected to the connector, for acting on the connector to drive the movable member to move relative to the main body; wherein the driving member has a storage space inside; and a spare cutter being detachably disposed within the storage space of the driving member.

2. The pipe cutter with a spare cutter storage function as described in claim 1, wherein the drive has a base and a cover, the cover being detachably connected to the base, and the storage space is formed between the base and the cover.

3. The pipe cutter with the function of storing spare cutters as described in claim 2, wherein the spare cutter has a central shaft hole; the cover has a central fixing shaft for passing through the shaft hole of the spare cutter, so that the spare cutter is fixed in the storage space.

4. The pipe cutter with the function of storing spare cutters as described in claim 2, wherein the connector is a screw, one end of which engages with a screw hole of the movable member, and the other end is connected to the base of the drive member.

5. The pipe cutter with the function of storing spare cutters as described in claim 4, wherein the base has an annular protrusion at the center and a connecting hole at the center of the annular protrusion for the end of the screw away from the movable part to be inserted and fixed.

6. A pipe cutter as described in claim 5, wherein the annular protrusion abuts against one side of the spare cutter.

7. A pipe cutter with a function of storing a spare cutter as described in claim 1, wherein one end of the movable member has a closed end and the other end has an open end, and at least a portion of the cutter is exposed from the open end.

8. A pipe cutter as described in claim 7, wherein the closed end is farther away from the cutting space than the open end.
