Abstract

Pneumatic logic element with Sheffer stroke and Implication functions contains two-position, seven-line distributor; control channel connected to the first of two input signals; normally closed input channel; and upper, middle, and lower normally open input channels, which, in the initial position, are connected to upper, middle, and lower output channels, respectively; middle output channel is blocked; upper normally open input channel and lower normally open input channel are connected to each other; and spring that returns distributor to its initial position. Normally closed input channel is connected to inverted second input signal; upper normally open input channel and lower normally open input channel are connected to each other and to pressure; middle normally open input channel is connected to the second input signal.
