Abstract
Method for obtaining mesenchymal stem cells with high proliferative activity from the bone marrow of a 15-day-old duck femur after slaughter involves collecting bone marrow from the animal. After slaughter, the femurs are treated with a 70% alcohol solution. By day 16 after slaughter, the bone is cut with a sterile saw. The biomaterial is collected into a sterile test tube for subsequent cultivation under sterile conditions.
