Paper wrapper for an electrically heated aerosol-generating article

Abstract

An electrically heatable aerosol-generating article is provided, including an aerosol-generating substrate including at least one aerosol former in an amount of between 5 percent and 30 percent by weight of the aerosol-generating substrate; a mouthpiece; a paper wrapper circumscribing at least a portion of the aerosol-generating substrate, the paper wrapper having a wet tensile strength of at least 5 Newtons per 15 millimeter's when measured in accordance with the Wet Tensile Strength Test; and one or more additional components positioned between the aerosol-generating substrate and the mouthpiece, the paper wrapper circumscribing the one or more additional components.
