AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

Existing transport pallets lack sufficient security to prevent slipping of transport containers, especially when multiple containers are stacked or smaller containers are placed at high speeds.

Method used

The transport pallet features a frame with a tooth system that interacts with a corresponding tooth system on the transport containers to prevent slipping, and includes centering elements for precise positioning and stacking, with parts produced from hard plastic and connected by snap-lock mechanisms.

Benefits of technology

The solution provides enhanced security and precise positioning of containers, allowing for efficient stacking and transportation without slipping, even with varying container sizes and materials, while maintaining structural integrity.

Abstract

A transport pallet for the transport of objects, in particular transport containers, includes: a top support surface for the objects; a frame protruding upwards over the support surface and completely surrounding the support surface; a bottom placement surface for placing on a surface; and a support structure arranged between the support surface and the placement surface and having engagement openings for a conveyor device. The frame has an outer frame extending around the entire support surface including four frame parts arranged in pairs spaced apart and parallel to one another, and in pairs transverse to one another, and teeth arranged spaced apart from one another and protruding from an inner side of each of the frame parts that faces the support surface.
