Abstract

A mobile, containerized water treatment system is provided, comprising three modular 20-foot high-cube containers that operate independently or in combination to produce potable water from a wide range of raw water sources. A first container houses a 500 GPM treatment train including a suction pump, chopper pump, ozone injection subsystem, and a hydrodynamic cavitation unit for maceration, oxidation, and disinfection without the use of added chemicals. A second container houses a 500 GPM multimedia filtration system employing zeolite and one-micron filter elements to remove suspended solids and residual contaminants. A third container houses a reverse osmosis system sized to treat approximately 325 to 500 GPM and capable of reducing total dissolved solids to potable levels. The modular configuration allows the containers to be mixed, matched, or deployed in parallel to meet specific influent quality and effluent purity requirements while minimizing environmental impact and eliminating secondary pollution.
