FIELD

[0001] The present disclosure relates to tie securing clips, and more particularly to a tie securing clip that allows a tie to be worn more smoothly.BACKGROUND

[0002] In general, a tie is typically worn with a tie clip. On one hand, the tie can be secured to a shirt through the tie clip, and on the other hand, the tie clip can simultaneously serve as a decoration. However, because the tie clip clamps and secures the tie and the shirt together during use, the simultaneous fixation of these three components causes the tie to push upward and drive the shirt upward when a user sits down. Therefore, in addition to being less aesthetically pleasing during use, the wearing comfort is significantly reduced; thus, there is indeed a need for further improvement and breakthrough.

[0014] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the present disclosure provides a tie securing clip structure comprising a tie (10) and a fixing device (20). The tie (10) has a tie knot (101), a neck loop (102), a large-diameter section (103), and a small-diameter section (104). A limiting strip (11) is disposed on a back surface of the large-diameter section (103). The upper and lower edges of the limiting strip (11) are coupled to the large-diameter section (103) to define a closed end (111) at each of the upper and lower edges. A middle portion of the limiting strip (11) defines a receiving channel (112) extending through to two sides thereof. The fixing device (20) has a frame body (21) and an elastic clamping plate (22) connected to each other. The frame body (21) is provided with a notch (211), and an interior of the frame body (21) defines a vertical hole (212). The notch (211) is configured to engage a side frame edge of the frame body (21) with the receiving channel (112), such that the limiting strip (11) and the small-diameter section (104) of the tie (10) are passed through the vertical hole (212). As shown in FIG. 3, the elastic clamping plate (22) is clipped and secured to a shirt (30) as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, thereby limiting the tie (10) on the shirt (30) in a state where the fixing device (20), the large-diameter section (103), and the small-diameter section (104) are movable relative to one another, preventing the tie (10) from pushing upward and driving the shirt (30) upward.

A tie securing clip, comprising:a tie having a tie knot, a neck loop, a large-diameter section, and a small-diameter section,wherein a limiting strip is disposed on a back surface of the large-diameter section, and upper and lower edges of the limiting strip are coupled to the large-diameter section to define a closed end at each of the upper and lower edges,wherein a middle portion of the limiting strip defines a receiving channel extending through to two sides thereof,a fixing device having a frame body and an elastic clamping plate connected to each other, the frame body being provided with a notch and having an interior, the interior defining a vertical hole,wherein the notch is configured to engage a side frame edge of the frame body with the receiving channel and allow the limiting strip and the small-diameter section to pass through the vertical hole, such that the elastic clamping plate is clipped and secured to a shirt, thereby limiting the tie on the shirt in a state where the fixing device, the large-diameter section, and the small-diameter section are movable relative to one another.

2. The tie securing clip of claim 1, wherein the limiting strip is a fabric strip, and the fabric strip is joined to the large-diameter section by means of sewing.

3. The tie securing clip of claim 1, wherein the frame body is a rectangular frame having two long sides and two short sides, such that the notch and the elastic clamping plate can be respectively disposed on the two long sides of the frame body.
