Abstract

Other element—such as photographs, newspaper, clippings, magazine, images, hand drawings, product, labels, among other others—are also difficult to incorporate, often forcing manufacturers to rely on printing the imagery onto a white background, which results in an artificial appearance.

Its proposal was to introduce nature in a more authentic way as a decorative feature on handbags, using dried leaves, wood, stones, butterflies, and other natural elements embedded in a thin film, applied to the sides of the handbags. This constructive solution represented at evolution and has been well received by the consumer market, generating satisfaction, and interest.

[0013] However, the permanent application of such decorations on the handbag's surface revealed a further need for thematic renewal, particularly in situations where the user wishes to attract attention and coordinate the handbag with other accessories or clothing. Claims

1. An improvement in a hand bag of the type having at least two outer surfaces, the hand bag having an interior opening and having fasteners and handles for gripping on one or more of said outer surfaces, and optionally bordered by a frame, the improvement comprising:a recessed portion having corners and a surface,the surface having magnetic discs, arranged in a rectangular pattern near the corners the surface having a central orifice within the recessed portion,a thin, decorative film having a shape that matches the shape of the recessed portion and positioned therein,said film including metallic discs positioned to align with the magnetic discs in the surface of said recessed portion, thus enabling magnetic attraction and secure attachment of thin decorative film within the recessed portion, andsaid film being removable from the recessed portion by insertion of a pin from the interior of the bag through said orifice located in the recessed portion to thereby push said thin film outward from the recessed portion.
