FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to a clip for volumizing hair, and more particularly, to a clip for volumizing hair, and more specifically, to a clip for volumizing hair that, when hair styling is required to add volume at the root area of hair, can simply grip hair while getting in close contact with the scalp and maintain the root area for a predetermined period of time to create volume.BACKGROUND ART
[0002] In general, styling methods using a hair dryer or a straightener cannot effectively grip the root area, which is the starting part of the hair adjacent to the hair root, so additional styling is required to give volume.
[0003] For example, roll straightening, also referred to as a dry perm, is a method performed using a rounded roller, in which volume is not added at the root area of air, but rather C-curl or S-curl volume is formed at the hair ends.
[0004] An iron straightening is a method performed using a round iron tool, has better perm effects and easier post-perm styling compared to the roll straightener, but it also tends to provide volume more effectively at the hair ends rather than at the root area of the hair.
[0005] In addition, a temporary method using a hair dryer involves lifting the root area by applying heat with the hair dryer while supporting the roots with a roller to maintain volume after removing the roller.
[0006] However, the roller can grip only one line in contact with the roller's outer circumference at a time, so multiple rollers are needed to volumize a large area of hair, which takes a long time and requires a storage space.
[0007] Recently, devices have been developed to allow simultaneous setting of a large amount of hair with a single tool. As an example, a fixing device for hair setting disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-2324887 is illustrated in FIG. 1.
[0008] As illustrated in FIG. 1, the fixing device for hair setting includes: a first sliding coupling part 110 having one or more first fixing pins 111 bent at a certain angle to get in close contact with a user's head; and a second sliding coupling part 120 having one or more second fixing pins 121 bent at a certain angle to get in close contact with the user's head.
[0009] When the first and second sliding coupling parts 110 and 120 are overlapped and the first sliding coupling part 110 reciprocates in a direction offset from the second sliding coupling part 120, a gap between the first and second fixing pins 111 and 121 narrows or widens. [0013] Moreover, depending on the direction of use of the fixing device for hair setting, since the hair may bend in the direction opposite to the natural falling direction of the hair, when a protruding portion formed by the D-shaped cross-section faces the direction in which the hair falls, natural volume cannot be created in the hair, and the protruding portion quickly flattens due to the weight of the hair, making it difficult to achieve the desired volume.
[0014] Additionally, as illustrated in FIG. 1, the conventional fixing device for hair setting is configured such that a user holds the first sliding coupling part 110 and the second sliding coupling part 120 from bottom and up sides with one hand, pushes them laterally to open the first and second fixing pins 111 and 121, inserts hair into the opened gap, and then releases the pushing force to grip the hair by the tension of a spring, thereby providing the hair with volume. However, since the user's hand is positioned on the bottom and up sides of the hair setting fixing device, the hand interferes with the scalp during the process of inserting the hair, resulting in inconvenience in use and difficulty in using the device in close contact with the scalp.

[0016] Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior arts, and it is an objective of the present invention to provide a clip for volumizing hair that, when hair styling is required to add volume at the root area of hair, can grip the root area of the hair and maintain the hair for a predetermined period of time by simply allowing a user to open the fixing pins, insert them in the open state between strands of hair, and then release the hand, thereby creating volume without bending the hair.
[0017] It is another objective of the present invention to provide a clip for volumizing hair that allows a user to open and close the clip by pushing the clip left and right, thereby providing convenience in manipulation and preventing the fingers from getting caught on the scalp during hair styling.

[0020] To accomplish the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a clip for volumizing hair including: a first fixing member including a first body, a plurality of first fixing pins protruding from the first body at predetermined intervals, and a first handle protruding in a direction opposite to the first fixing pins, wherein a spring insertion groove is formed on a sliding surface of the first body and a pair of coupling grooves are formed on both sides of the spring insertion groove; a second fixing member including a second body configured to correspond to the first body, a plurality of second fixing pins protruding from the second body at predetermined intervals, and a second handle protruding in a direction opposite to the second fixing pins, wherein a fixing hole and a guide hole are formed on a sliding surface of the second body toward the spring insertion groove; and a spring interposed between the first fixing member and the second fixing member, supported by a first support formed on one side of the spring insertion groove and a second support formed on one side of the fixing hole.

A clip for volumizing hair comprising:a first fixing member including a first body, a plurality of first fixing pins protruding from the first body at predetermined intervals, and a first handle protruding in a direction opposite to the first fixing pins, wherein a spring insertion groove is formed on a sliding surface of the first body and a pair of coupling grooves are formed on both sides of the spring insertion groove;a second fixing member including a second body configured to correspond to the first body, a plurality of second fixing pins protruding from the second body at predetermined intervals, and a second handle protruding in a direction opposite to the second fixing pins, wherein a fixing hole and a guide hole are formed on a sliding surface of the second body toward the spring insertion groove;a spring interposed between the first fixing member and the second fixing member, supported by a first support formed on one side of the spring insertion groove and a second support formed on one side of the fixing hole; anda fixing cap having a pair of protrusions respectively passing through the fixing hole and the guide hole and fitted into the pair of coupling grooves of the first fixing member, thereby preventing separation of the spring and guiding the first and second fixing members to slide in an assembled state.
