[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of desks, and in particular, to a drawer slide and a desk with drawer.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION.
[0002] The drawer slide is a hardware connecting component that enables drawers to slide in and out of desks. There are primarily two types of existing drawer slide structures. The first type, as shown in FIG. 1, features guide rails 11 welded to a steel frame 12. However, this design has a disadvantage, as it requires a larger packaging volume for transportation. The second type, as shown in FIG. 2, features connection holes provided on guide rails 13 and a steel frame 14 to fix the guide rail 13 on the steel frame 14 by screws and nuts. A locking connector, which passes through the crossbeam, the rail bar, and the vertical beam in sequence, is provided to fix the crossbeam, the rail bar, and the vertical beam in a vertical direction.

A drawer slide, comprising a crossbeam, a rail bar, and a vertical beam collectively forming a drawer storage space, whereinan end of the rail bar is disposed on the crossbeam, the vertical beam is disposed on the rail bar, and a locking connector, which passes through the crossbeam, the rail bar, and the vertical beam in sequence, is provided to fix the crossbeam, the rail bar, and the vertical beam in a vertical direction.
2. The drawer slide according to claim 1, wherein installation holes are provided at corresponding connection positions of the crossbeam, the rail bar, and the vertical beam to allow the locking connector to pass through and be tightened.

The drawer slide according to claim 1, wherein the vertical beam comprises two vertical portions of a U-shaped beam, wherein the crossbeam comprises mutually parallel first crossbeam and second crossbeam, and two ends of the rail bar are disposed on the first crossbeam and the second crossbeam and fixed to the two vertical portions by the locking connector, respectively, to form the drawer storage space.
4. The drawer slide according to claim 1, wherein a protruding portion is formed on the rail bar by stamping.
5. The drawer slide according to claim 4, wherein the stamped protruding portion extends along a length direction of the rail bar.
6. The drawer slide according to claim 4, wherein a length of the protruding portion is not less than 60% of a length of the rail bar.
7. The drawer slide according to claim 4, wherein an interval is formed between an end of the protruding portion and the vertical beam.
8. The drawer slide according to claim 4, wherein a top width of the protruding portion is less than a bottom width of the protruding portion.
9. The drawer slide according to claim 4, wherein a concave curved surface is formed at a waist portion of the protruding portion to reduce obstruction during pushing and pulling of a drawer.
10. A desk with drawer, comprising a top panel, multiple legs, at least one drawer, and a drawer slide according to claim 1, wherein the multiple legs are disposed at a bottom of the top panel, and the drawer slide is disposed between the multiple legs.
