Abstract

The present invention relates to a multi-point foldable dedusting duster. Adopted technical solutions are as follows: A duster fixing plate includes a left fixing plate, and a right end of the left fixing plate is hinged to a left end of a right fixing plate. [0003] A dedusting duster is a tool used to remove tiny particles such as dust and hair deposited on the surface of an object, which is usually used in scenarios such as home cleaning and car cleaning and is particularly suitable for cleaning areas that are difficult to reach or difficult to wipe, such as bookshelves, furniture tops, and wall decorations. The existing dedusting duster is fixed in structure, and the size of the duster and the angle between the duster and the connecting rod cannot be flexibly adjusted according to the dedusting space limitation. Therefore, the dedusting duster is limited in use and poor in flexibility and convenience.

[0005] In view of problems existing in the prior art, the present invention discloses a multi-point foldable dedusting duster. Adopted technical solutions are as follows: The multi-point foldable dedusting duster includes a duster fixing plate, the duster fixing plate includes a left fixing plate, a right end of the left fixing plate is hinged to a left end of a right fixing plate, a first fixing lug is fixedly connected to the middle of a rear side wall on a left side of the right fixing plate, a plurality of limiting grooves are circumferentially arrayed on an edge on an inner side of a central hole of the first fixing lug, a connecting assembly is rotatably inserted into the central hole of the first fixing lug, the connecting assembly includes a rotating shaft sleeved in the central hole of the first fixing lug, a spring fixing cover is screwed at an upper end of the rotating shaft through a screw, a shaft cap is fixedly connected to a lower end of the rotating shaft, left and right sides of a lower half portion of the rotating shaft are symmetrically provided with limiting convex blocks matched with the limiting grooves, a spring is sleeved on a rotating shaft on upper portions of the limiting convex blocks, an upper end of the spring is fixedly inserted into a lower portion of the spring fixing cover, peripheries of the spring fixing cover and the shaft cap are sleeved on upper and lower ends of a T-shaped connecting member respectively, a connecting rod is inserted into a rear end of the T-shaped connecting member, and a handle is sleeved on a rear end of the connecting rod.

[0017] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, the present invention provides a multi-point foldable dedusting duster. Adopted technical solutions are as follows: The multi-point foldable dedusting duster includes a duster fixing plate 1, the duster fixing plate 1 includes a left fixing plate 11, and a shaft sleeve 111 is disposed at a right end of the left fixing plate 11. A screw 112 is sleeved in the shaft sleeve 111, and a nut 113 is screwed at an upper end of the screw 112. The right end of the left fixing plate 11 is hinged to a left end of a right fixing plate 12, a first fixing lug 121 is fixedly connected to the middle of a rear side wall on a left side of the right fixing plate 12, and plurality of limiting grooves 122 are circumferentially arrayed on an edge on an inner side of a central hole of the first fixing lug 121. Second fixing lugs 123 are fixedly disposed on upper and lower sides of a front side wall on the left side of the right fixing plate 12 respectively, and decorative covers 124 are inserted into openings at upper and lower ends of the upper and lower second fixing lugs 123 respectively. A connecting assembly 2 is rotatably inserted into the central hole of the first fixing lug 121, the connecting assembly 2 includes a rotating shaft 21 sleeved in the central hole of the first fixing lug 121, a spring fixing cover 22 is screwed at an upper end of the rotating shaft 21 through a screw, a shaft cap 23 is fixedly connected to a lower end of the rotating shaft 21, and left and right sides of a lower half portion of the rotating shaft 21 are symmetrically provided with limiting convex blocks 24 matched with the limiting grooves 122. A spring 25 is sleeved on a rotating shaft on upper portions of the limiting convex blocks 24, an upper end of the spring 25 is fixedly inserted into a lower portion of the spring fixing cover 22, and peripheries of the spring fixing cover 22 and the shaft cap 23 are sleeved on upper and lower ends of a T-shaped connecting member 26 respectively. The upper and lower ends of the T-shaped connecting member 26 are symmetrically provided with counter bores 261, holes are formed between the upper and lower counter bores 261 in a penetrating manner, the middle of a front side wall of the T-shaped connecting member 26 is backwardly provided with a notch 262, and the rear end of the T-shaped connecting member 26 is provided with an inserting hole 263. Left and right inner side walls of the upper counter bore 261 are symmetrically provided with first inserting blocks 264, front and rear inner side walls in the lower counter bore 261 are symmetrically provided with second inserting blocks 265, left and right sides of the spring fixing cover 22 right opposite to the left and right first inserting blocks 264 are provided with first rectangular notches 221, and front and rear sides of the shaft cap 23 right opposite to the front and rear second inserting blocks 265 are symmetrically provided with second rectangular notches 231. Left and right portions, right opposite to the left and right limiting convex blocks 24, of a central opening hole at an upper end of the lower counter bore 261 are symmetrically provided with limiting notches 266, a connecting rod 3 is inserted into a rear end of the T-shaped connecting member 26 through the inserting hole 263, and a handle 4 is sleeved on a rear end of the connecting rod 3.

[0018] A working principle of the present invention is as follows: During use, a duster sleeve is sleeved on the left fixing plate 11 and the right fixing plate 12. When the left and right lengths of the duster fixing plate 1 need to be reduced, the left fixing plate 11 may be bent toward a right side to attach to a front side of the right fixing plate 12. Meanwhile, when an angle between the connecting rod 3 and the duster fixing plate 1 needs to be changed according to cleaning, a finger may be used to press the spring fixing cover 22 in the counter bore 261 at the upper end of the T-shaped connecting member 26 downwards, and the spring fixing cover 22 drives the rotating shaft 21 downward to move downward, so that the limiting convex block 24 on two sides of the rotating shaft 21 are separated from the limiting grooves 122 in the first fixing lug 121 on a rear side of the right fixing plate 12. After the limiting convex blocks 24 on the two sides of the rotating shaft 21 are inserted into the limiting notches 266 at the upper end of the counter bore 261 at the lower end of the T-shaped connecting member 26, the right fixing plate 12 may be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise as required, so that the right fixing plate and the connecting rod 3 are suspended at different angles. Then the spring fixing cover 22 is released, and under the action of the spring 25, the spring fixing cover 22 drives the rotating shaft 21 and the shaft cap 23 to move upward, so that the limiting convex blocks 24 on the two sides of the rotating shaft 21 are inserted into the limiting grooves 122 in the first fixing lug 121 again, thereby fixing the connecting rod 3 and the right fixing plate 12 at every angle.

Claims

1. A multi-point foldable dedusting duster, comprising a duster fixing plate (1), wherein the duster fixing plate (1) comprises a left fixing plate (11), a right end of the left fixing plate (11) is hinged to a left end of a right fixing plate (12), a first fixing lug (121) is fixedly connected to a middle of a rear side wall on a left side of the right fixing plate (12), a plurality of limiting grooves (122) are circumferentially arrayed on an edge on an inner side of a central hole of the first fixing lug (121), a connecting assembly (2) is rotatably inserted into the central hole of the first fixing lug (121), the connecting assembly (2) comprises a rotating shaft (21) sleeved in the central hole of the first fixing lug (121), a spring fixing cover (22) is screwed at an upper end of the rotating shaft (21) through a screw, a shaft cap (23) is fixedly connected to a lower end of the rotating shaft (21), left and right sides of a lower half portion of the rotating shaft (21) are symmetrically provided with limiting convex blocks (24) matched with the limiting grooves (122), a spring (25) is sleeved on a rotating shaft on upper portions of the limiting convex blocks (24), an upper end of the spring (25) is fixedly inserted into a lower portion of the spring fixing cover (22), peripheries of the spring fixing cover (22) and the shaft cap (23) are sleeved on upper and lower ends of a T-shaped connecting member (26) respectively, a connecting rod (3) is inserted into a rear end of the T-shaped connecting member (26), and a handle (4) is sleeved on a rear end of the connecting rod (3).

2. The multi-point foldable dedusting duster according to claim 1, wherein a shaft sleeve (111) is disposed at the right end of the left fixing plate (11), a screw (112) is sleeved in the shaft sleeve (111), and a nut (113) is screwed at an upper end of the screw (112).

The multi-point foldable dedusting duster according to claim 1, wherein second fixing lugs (123) are fixedly disposed on upper and lower sides of a front side wall on the left side of the right fixing plate (12) respectively, and decorative covers (124) are inserted into openings at upper and lower ends of the upper and lower second fixing lugs (123) respectively.

The multi-point foldable dedusting duster according to claim 1, wherein the upper and lower ends of the T-shaped connecting member (26) are symmetrically provided with counter bores (261), holes are formed between the upper and lower counter bores (261) in a penetrating manner, a middle of a front side wall of the T-shaped connecting member (26) is backwardly provided with a notch (262), and the rear end of the T-shaped connecting member (26) is provided with an inserting hole (263).

The multi-point foldable dedusting duster according to claim 4, wherein left and right inner side walls of the upper counter bore (261) are symmetrically provided with first inserting blocks (264), front and rear inner side walls in the lower counter bore (261) are symmetrically provided with second inserting blocks (265), left and right sides of the spring fixing cover (22) right opposite to the left and right first inserting blocks (264) are provided with first rectangular notches (221), and front and rear sides of the shaft cap (23) right opposite to the front and rear second inserting blocks (265) are symmetrically provided with second rectangular notches (231).

6. The multi-point foldable dedusting duster according to claim 4, wherein left and right portions, right opposite to the left and right limiting convex blocks (24), of a central opening hole at an upper end of the lower counter bore (261) are symmetrically provided with limiting notches (266).
