BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION1. Field of the Invention

[0001] The present technology relates to a foldable tent frame having a novel locking device, capable of enabling a tent frame to be folded and unfolded with a simple operation while preventing a fixing force from being decreased by long-term use.2. Description of the Related Art

[0002] Recently, the use of folding tents that are easily moved, installed, and stored has been gradually increasing.

[0003] Such folding tents basically include a tent frame, and an awning covered on a polygonal frame structure formed by deploying the tent frame so as to provide a sunshade function.

[0004] In addition, the folding tent frame is configured such that scissor arms are arranged between pillars, in which an upper end of the scissor arm is fixed to an upper portion of the pillar through a fixing bracket, and a lower end of each of the scissor arms is fixed through a movable bracket that slides on the pillar.

[0005] Therefore, when an operator deploys the scissor arm formed between the pillars, the polygonal frame structure on which the awning is covered may be formed, and when folding (foldable) of the scissor arm formed between the pillars is performed, a volume may be reduced to ensure portability and ease of storage.

[0034] Hereinafter, a foldable tent frame having a novel locking device (hereinafter simply referred to as a 'tent frame') according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In order to clearly convey the gist of a tent frame 1 according to the present invention, the description will be made below through drawings in which the awning is omitted.

1. A foldable tent frame having a novel locking device, in which the foldable tent frame includes a locking device installed on a pole member (100) so that the pole member (100) having a foldable structure is maintained in an unfolded state,wherein the locking device includes:a lock clip (210) through which an upper loop pole (130) is inserted, and to which a first support pole (151), which is rotatably provided on a handle lock (110) that is lifted and lowered, is detachably fitted and coupled,the lock clip (210) includes a through-hole (H1) into which the upper loop pole (130) is inserted, and a fitting groove (H2) into which the first support pole (151) is inserted, andthe through-hole (H1) and the fitting groove (H2) are arranged in an oblique line with respect to each other.

The foldable tent frame of claim 1, wherein the locking device further includes:a first finger lock (220) into which each of the upper loop pole (130) and a lower loop pole (140) is rotatably inserted; anda slider (240) into which the lower loop pole (140) is inserted so as to be movable in a longitudinal direction of the lower loop pole (140) by an external force of a second support pole (152) that is rotatably installed on both sides of the slider (240), and fixed to or released from the first finger lock (220) by the movement.

The foldable tent frame of claim 2, wherein the first finger lock (220) includes:a fitting groove (H2) having an inside divided by a partition wall (222); anda first hook (221) extending from a lower outer surface of the first finger lock (220) toward the lower loop pole (140), and detachably fitted and coupled to the slider (240), andan extension length of the first hook (221) is configured to allow the first hook (221) to be fitted and coupled to a lower portion of the slider (240) through shape matching when the upper loop pole (130) and the lower loop pole (140) form a straight line within the fitting groove (H2).

The foldable tent frame of claim 1, wherein the locking device further includes:a second finger lock (230) having an upper portion into which the upper loop pole (130) is inserted; anda slider (240) into which the lower loop pole (140) is inserted so as to be movable in a longitudinal direction of the lower loop pole (140) by an external force of a second support pole (152) that is rotatably installed on both sides of the slider (240), and fixed to or released from the first finger lock (220) by the movement, andthe upper loop pole (130) provided in the second finger lock (230) and the lower loop pole (140) provided with the slider (240) are rotatably coupled to each other.

The foldable tent frame of claim 4, wherein the second finger lock (230) includes:an insertion hole (H3) formed on one upper side of the second finger lock (230), and into which the upper loop pole (130) is inserted;a fitting groove (H2) formed on an opposite upper side of the second finger lock (230) so as to be adjacent to the insertion hole (H3), and to which the lower loop pole (140) is detachably fitted and coupled; anda second hook (231) extending from a lower outer surface of the second finger lock (230) toward the lower loop pole (140), and detachably fitted and coupled to the slider (240), andan extension length of the second hook (231) is configured to allow the second hook (231) to be fitted and coupled to a lower portion of the slider (240) through shape matching when the upper loop pole (130) and the lower loop pole (140) are arranged in parallel.

6. The foldable tent frame of claim 2, wherein the slider (240) includes a through-hole (H1) through which the lower loop pole (140) is inserted, andan opening area of the through-hole (H1) is larger than a diameter of the lower loop pole (140).

7. The foldable tent frame of claim 4, wherein the slider (240) includes a through-hole (H1) through which the lower loop pole (140) is inserted, andan opening area of the through-hole (H1) is larger than a diameter of the lower loop pole (140).
