Abstract
Description
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0001] This application is based on and claims priority under 35 USC § 119 from Chinese Utility Model Application No. 202520177979.3 filed on Jan. 27, 2025, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.TECHNICAL FIELD
[0002] The present invention relates to the technical field of fasteners, and in particular to a fastener device used on articles such as clothing, bags, and tents.
[0003] The present invention also relates to an article equipped with the fastener device.BACKGROUND
[0004] A fastener is a connector for engaging or separating articles by continuously arranged elements. Generally, a fastener includes a pair of left and right cloth tapes, element rows fixed on inner edges of the cloth tapes, and a slider engaged on the element rows, and each of the element rows includes a plurality of elements arranged side by side from front to rear along a length direction of the fastener. When the slider is pulled forward or rearward along the length direction of the fastener, the pair of element rows are engaged or separated, thereby closing or opening the fastener.
[0005] In some fasteners in the related art, a separation insert is provided. The separation insert mainly includes an insert body (also referred to as a “separable pin”) and a pivot support body (also referred to as a “retainer pin”). The insert body is continuously formed at an end of the element row on one of the pair of cloth tapes, and the pivot support body is continuously formed at an end of the element row on another of the pair of cloth tapes. When the fastener is closed, the insert body is inserted and engaged from the side of the pivot support body along a width direction of the fastener, and when the fastener is opened, the insert body is pulled out from the side of the pivot support body along the width direction of the fastener. In addition, in order to facilitate the engagement of the insert body and the pivot support body, magnets are often incorporated into both the insert body and the pivot support body, as exemplified by the fastener disclosed in Chinese patent application No. 201880098364.4.
[0006] When the fastener equipped with the separation insert is used to open or close clothing such as coats or trouser legs, the separation insert of the fastener is generally positioned at the bottom of these clothing. The wearer needs to pull the slider of the fastener along an extension direction of the fastener to the bottom of the clothing, and then insert the insert body of the separation insert to the side of the pivot support body or pull out the insert body of the separation insert from the side of the pivot support body, along the width direction of the fastener. However, since the sizes of the insert body and the pivot support body are generally small, it becomes difficult to insert and engage the insert body and the pivot support body at the bottom of the clothing, especially when the clothing is large and thick (such as winter clothing), or when the wearer wears gloves, or when the wearer has poor eyesight. In these cases, at this distant position at the bottom of the clothing, the series of operations of inserting the insert body into the pivot support body and subsequently grasping and pulling the slider at this position become more difficult and inconvenient.
[0007] In view of the above disadvantages of the related art, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a fastener pull tab with a detachable pull tab auxiliary part, which can not only ensure the reliable fastening between the pull tab auxiliary part and the main body of the pull tab after the pull tab auxiliary part is installed but also improve the aesthetic appearance of the main body of the pull tab.
[0008] In view of the above disadvantages of the related art, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a fastener device that facilitates an engagement operation of a separation insert in the fastener device.SUMMARY

[0037] For convenience of description, in the following embodiments, directions are defined as follows. A length direction of the fastener device 10 is defined as a front-rear direction, a width direction of the fastener device 10 is defined as a left-right direction, and a thickness direction of the fastener device 10 is defined as an up-down direction. Based on this, in the views illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, an upper side and a lower side of the paper are a front direction and a rear direction, respectively, a left side and a right side of the paper are a left direction and a right direction, respectively, and a front side and a back side of the paper are an upper direction and a lower direction, respectively.
[0038] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, the fastener device 10 according to the present application includes a first fastener element 20 and a second fastener element 30 arranged side by side along the length direction of the fastener device 10, length directions of the first fastener element 20 and the second fastener element 30 are consistent with the length direction of the fastener device 10, both being the front-rear direction. In the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, the first fastener element 20 is provided on a front side, and the second fastener element 30 is provided on a rear side. Of course, in other embodiments, the second fastener element 30 may be provided on the front side, and the first fastener element 20 may be provided on the rear side. The following description uses the example in which the first fastener element 20 is provided on the front side of the second fastener element 30.
[0039] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, the first fastener element 20 is an independent fastener equipped with a separation insert, an end of the first fastener element 20 along its length direction where the separation insert is equipped is defined as the distal end of the first fastener element 20, and an end of the first fastener element 20 along its length direction away from the separation insert is defined as the tip end of the first fastener element 20. The first fastener element 20 includes a left half and a right half that can be separated and engaged in the left-right direction. The left half of the first fastener element 20 includes a first cloth tape 21, a first element row 22 fixed to a right edge of the first cloth tape 21, a first slider 23 mounted on the left first element row 22 movably forward and rearward along the length direction of the first fastener element 20, and a first retainer pin 25 fixed to the right edge of the first cloth tape 21 and provided at the distal end of the left first element row 22. The right half of the first fastener element 20 includes the first cloth tape 21, the first element row 22 fixed to a left edge of the first cloth tape 21, and a first separable pin 26 fixed to the left edge of the first cloth tape 21 and provided at the distal end of the right first element row 22. The first retainer pin 25 and the first separable pin 26 constitute a first separation insert 24 of the first fastener element 20, and the first retainer pin 25 and the first separable pin 26 can be separated and engaged in the width direction and thickness direction of the first fastener element 20. Therefore, the first fastener element 20 includes a pair of first cloth tapes 21 arranged side by side on the left and right, the first element row 22 fixed to an inner edge of each of the first cloth tapes 21 and extending from front to rear, the first slider 23, and the first separation insert 24 provided at the distal end of the first fastener element 20. Each row of first element rows 22 includes a plurality of elements arranged side by side from front to rear along the length direction of the fastener. The first slider 23 is movably mounted on the left first element row 22, aligned in the front-rear direction with the first retainer pin 25. In addition, the first fastener element 20 also includes a first magnetic body 27 and a second magnetic body 28, the first magnetic body 27 and the second magnetic body 28 are respectively fixed to the first retainer pin 25 and the first separable pin 26, thereby magnetically coupling the first retainer pin 25 and the first separable pin 26 when engaged.
[0040] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, the second fastener element 30 is an independent fastener equipped with a separation insert, an end of the second fastener element 30 along its length direction where the separation insert is equipped is defined as the distal end of the second fastener element 30, and an end of the second fastener element 30 along its length direction away from the separation insert is defined as the tip end of the second fastener element 30. The second fastener element 30 includes a left half and a right half that can be separated and engaged in the left-right direction. The left half of the second fastener element 30 includes a second cloth tape 31, a second element row 32 fixed to a right edge of the second cloth tape 31, a second slider 33 mounted on the left second element row 32 movably forward and rearward along the length direction of the second fastener element 30, and a second retainer pin 35 fixed to the right edge of the second cloth tape 31 and provided at the distal end of the left second element row 32. The right half of the second fastener element 30 includes the second cloth tape 31, the second element row 32 fixed to a left edge of the second cloth tape 31, and a second separable pin 36 fixed to the left edge of the second cloth tape 31 and provided at the distal end of the right second element row 32. The second retainer pin 35 and the second separable pin 36 constitute a second separation insert 34 of the second fastener element 30, and the second retainer pin 35 and the second separable pin 36 can be separated and engaged in the width direction and thickness direction of the second fastener element 30. Therefore, the second fastener element 30 includes a pair of second cloth tapes 31 arranged side by side on the left and right, the second element row 32 fixed to an inner edge of each of the second cloth tapes 31 and extending from front to rear, the second slider 33, and the second separation insert 34 provided at the distal end of the second fastener element 30. Each row of second element rows 32 includes a plurality of elements arranged side by side from front to rear along the length direction of the fastener. The second slider 33 is movably mounted on the left second element row 32, aligned in the front-rear direction with the second retainer pin 35. In addition, the second fastener element 30 also includes a third magnetic body 37 and a fourth magnetic body 38, the third magnetic body 37 and the fourth magnetic body 38 are respectively fixed to the second retainer pin 35 and the second separable pin 36, thereby magnetically coupling the second retainer pin 35 and the second separable pin 36 when engaged.
[0041] As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, in the fastener device 10 according to the present application, the distal end of the first fastener element 20 and the distal end of the second fastener element 30 are butted in the front-rear direction, that is, the first separation insert 24 on the first fastener element 20 is provided on the rear side, while the second separation insert 34 on the second fastener element 30 is provided on the front side. By being configured in this manner, the first separation insert 24 and the second separation insert 34 are both provided at non-end positions on the fastener device 10 in the length direction, that is, the first separation insert 24 and the second separation insert 34 are not provided at the front end or the rear end of the fastener device 10, but are provided in an intermediate area of the fastener device 10, or an area close to the intermediate area. Therefore, the first separation insert 24 or the second separation insert 34 is provided centrally or approximately centrally on the fastener device 10 in the length direction.
[0042] The present invention further provides an article, as illustrated in FIGS. 13 to 16, the article includes a first part 71 and a second part 72 configured to be separated and engaged; and the fastener device 10 described above. The first part 71 and the second part 72 are arranged on the left and right sides of the fastener device 10 along the width direction of the fastener device 10. The first cloth tape 21 and the second cloth tape 31 on the left side of the fastener device 10 in the width direction are both sewn and fixed to an inner edge of the first part 71, and the first cloth tape 21 and the second cloth tape 31 on the right side of the fastener device 10 in the width direction are both sewn and fixed to an inner edge of the second part 72. The first part 71 and the second part 72 are separated and engaged by the fastener device 10.
[0043] Since the fastener device 10 according to the present application adopts a structure in which the distal end of the first fastener element 20 and the distal end of the second fastener element 30 are butted together in the front-rear direction, the first separation insert 24 at the distal end of the first fastener element 20 and the second separation insert 34 at the distal end of the second fastener element 30 are both provided at non-end positions on the fastener device 10 along the length direction, which prevents the first separation insert 24 or the second separation insert 34 from being provided at the end along the length direction of the article such as a coat or trousers after the fastener device 10 is attached to the article. Instead, the first separation insert 24 or the second separation insert 34 is provided in the intermediate area or the area close to the intermediate area along the length direction on the article such as a coat or trousers, thereby facilitating the engagement operation between the first retainer pin 25 and the first separable pin 26, as well as the engagement operation between the second retainer pin 35 and the second separable pin 36. Meanwhile, during engagement, the first retainer pin 25 and the first separable pin 26 are magnetically coupled via the first magnetic body 27 and the second magnetic body 28, making the engagement operation of the first retainer pin 25 and the first separable pin 26 easier, and similarly, the second retainer pin 35 and the second separable pin 36 are magnetically coupled via the third magnetic body 37 and the fourth magnetic body 38 during engagement, making the engagement operation of the second retainer pin 35 and the second separable pin 36 easier.
[0044] For example, when the fastener device 10 is attached to the coat illustrated in FIG. 13 or 14, the first separation insert 24 and the second separation insert 34 in the fastener device 10 are both positioned in the intermediate position of the coat, rather than at the top or bottom of the coat. When the fastener device 10 is used to close the coat, first, the first slider 23 is pulled to the first separation insert 24, and the second slider 33 is pulled to the second separation insert 34. Then, the first separable pin 26 is inserted leftward into the first retainer pin 25 until the first separable pin 26 and the first retainer pin 25 are engaged, and the second separable pin 36 is inserted leftward into the second retainer pin 35 until the second separable pin 36 and the second retainer pin 35 are engaged. After that, the first slider 23 is pulled away from the first separation insert 24 to close the first fastener element 20, and the second slider 33 is pulled away from the second separation insert 34 to close the second fastener element 30. After both the first fastener element 20 and the second fastener element 30 are closed, the fastener device 10 is fully closed, thereby engaging the left and right parts of the coat. Since both the first separation insert 24 and the second separation insert 34 are positioned at the intermediate position of the coat, the first separation insert 24 and the second separation insert 34 are both close to hands of the wearer, and the first separation insert 24 and the second separation insert 34 are also exposed to the optimal field of vision of the wearer, which facilitates the engagement of the first separable pin 26 and the first retainer pin 25, as well as the engagement of the second separable pin 36 and the second retainer pin 35, and at the same time, at the beginning of the operation of closing the fastener device 10, both the first slider 23 and the second slider 33 are positioned at the intermediate position of the coat, and are both close to hands of the wearer and exposed to the optimal field of vision of the wearer, and therefore, after the first separable pin 26 and the first retainer pin 25 are engaged, and after the second separable pin 36 and the second retainer pin 35 are engaged, the wearer can easily pull the first slider 23 and the second slider 33 to close the fastener device 10.
[0045] For another example, when the fastener device 10 is attached to the trouser leg illustrated in FIG. 15, the first separation insert 24 and the second separation insert 34 in the fastener device 10 are both positioned at the intermediate position of the trouser leg, rather than at the top or bottom of the trouser leg. The top of the trouser leg is the waist area, and the bottom of the trouser leg is the ankle area. As a result, when the fastener device 10 is used to close the trouser leg, the wearer can easily engage the first separation insert 24 and the second separation insert 34 positioned at the intermediate position of the trouser leg. If the first separation insert 24 and the second separation insert 34 are positioned at the top of the trouser leg, the wearer needs to lift up the upper garment. If the first separation insert 24 and the second separation insert 34 are positioned at the bottom of the trouser leg, the wearer needs to squat down. Therefore, the present application allows for convenient engagement of the first separation insert 24 and the second separation insert 34, and facilitates pulling the first slider 23 and the second slider 33 to close the fastener device 10, without the wearer having to lift up the upper garment or squat down.
[0046] For another example, when the fastener device 10 is attached to the bag illustrated in FIG. 16, the first separation insert 24 and the second separation insert 34 in the fastener device 10 are both positioned in the intermediate position of the bag opening, rather than at both ends of the bag opening. As a result, when the fastener device 10 is used to close the bag, the operation space in the intermediate position of the bag is larger than that at the two ends and is not affected by the physical structure of the bag, making the engagement operation of the first separation insert 24 and the second separation insert 34 highly convenient.
[0047] Furthermore, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 13 to 16, the first fastener element 20 and the second fastener element 30 are two fasteners having the same size and specifications. The length, width, and thickness of the first fastener element 20 and the second fastener element 30 are respectively equal, and the first fastener element 20 and the second fastener element 30 are symmetrically arranged in the front-rear direction. As a result, both the first separation insert 24 and the second separation insert 34 are precisely positioned at the intermediate position on the fastener device 10 along the length direction, which not only facilitates the engagement operation between the first retainer pin 25 and the first separable pin 26, as well as the engagement operation between the second retainer pin 35 and the second separable pin 36, but also enhances the aesthetic appearance of the fastener device 10.
[0048] Furthermore, in the fastener device 10, the first cloth tape 21 and the second cloth tape 31 are woven, knitted, or cloth products including these both structures, the elements of the first element row 22 and the elements of the second element row 32 are nylon elements, resin elements, or metal elements, and the first slider 23 and the second slider 33 are resin sliders or metal sliders. The first slider 23 and the second slider 33 have the same structure, as illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 7, the first slider 23 and the second slider 33 both include an upper blade 81 and a lower blade 82 that are arranged opposite to each other and connected to each other, a connecting column portion 83 connected between the upper blade 81 and the lower blade 82, an attachment column portion 84 fixed to an upper surface of the upper blade 81, and a pull tab 85 rotatably attached to the attachment column portion 84. The user can conveniently pull the first slider 23 and the second slider 33 forward or rearward by holding the pull tab 85. Element guide passages 86 penetrating in the front-rear direction are formed between the upper blade 81, the lower blade 82, and the connecting column portion 83. The element guide passage 86 of the first slider 23 allows the first element row 22 to pass therethrough, and the element guide passage 86 of the second slider 33 allows the second element row 32 to pass therethrough.
[0049] Furthermore, the first retainer pin 25 and the second retainer pin 35 have the same structure, and the first separable pin 26 and the second separable pin 36 also have the same structure. As illustrated in FIG. 4, the first retainer pin 25 and the second retainer pin 35 both include a retainer pin base provided at the distal end, and a retainer pin column portion 91 extending from the retainer pin base in a direction away from the distal end. The right side of the retainer pin column portion 91 is provided with an engaging recess 92 with an opening facing right. The retainer pin base of the first retainer pin 25 is defined as a first retainer pin base 251, and the retainer pin base of the second retainer pin 35 is defined as a second retainer pin base 351. As illustrated in FIG. 5, the first separable pin 26 and the second separable pin 36 both include an separable pin base provided at the distal end, and an separable pin column portion 110 extending from the separable pin base in a direction away from the distal end. The separable pin base of the first separable pin 26 is defined as a first separable pin base 261, and the separable pin base of the second separable pin 36 is defined as a second separable pin base 361. When the first retainer pin 25 is engaged with the first separable pin 26, the first retainer pin base 251 and the first separable pin base 261 overlap and are engaged with each other in the up-down direction along the thickness direction of the first fastener element 20, and the left part of the separable pin column portion 110 of the first separable pin 26 is engaged in the engaging recess 92 of the first retainer pin 25, that is, the separable pin column portion 110 of the first separable pin 26 and the engaging recess 92 of the first retainer pin 25 are engaged in the width direction of the first fastener element 20. Similarly, when the second retainer pin 35 is engaged with the second separable pin 36, the second retainer pin base 351 and the second separable pin base 361 overlap and are engaged with each other in the up-down direction along the thickness direction of the second fastener element 30, and the left part of the separable pin column portion 110 of the second separable pin 36 is engaged in the engaging recess 92 of the second retainer pin 35, that is, the separable pin column portion 110 of the second separable pin 36 and the engaging recess 92 of the second retainer pin 35 are engaged in the width direction of the second fastener element 30.
[0050] Furthermore, as a preferred arrangement method of the first magnetic body 27 and the second magnetic body 28 in the first fastener element 20, as illustrated in FIG. 8 or 9, the first magnetic body 27 is fixed in the first retainer pin base 251, and the second magnetic body 28 is fixed in the first separable pin base 261. Magnetic poles of the first magnetic body 27 and the second magnetic body 28 facing each other in an overlapping direction of the first retainer pin base 251 and the first separable pin base 261 (that is, the thickness direction of the first fastener element 20) have opposite polarities, so that the first retainer pin base 251 and the first separable pin base 261 are magnetically coupled through the first magnetic body 27 and the second magnetic body 28, providing positioning for the engagement of the first retainer pin 25 and the first separable pin 26, and further facilitating the engagement of the first retainer pin 25 and the first separable pin 26. Similarly, as a preferred arrangement method of the third magnetic body 37 and the fourth magnetic body 38 in the second fastener element 30, as illustrated in FIG. 8 or 9, the third magnetic body 37 is fixed in the second retainer pin base 351, and the fourth magnetic body 38 is fixed in the second separable pin base 361. Magnetic poles of the third magnetic body 37 and the fourth magnetic body 38 facing each other in an overlapping direction of the second retainer pin base 351 and the second separable pin base 361 (that is, the thickness direction of the second fastener element 30) have opposite polarities, so that the second retainer pin base 351 and the second separable pin base 361 are magnetically coupled through the third magnetic body 37 and the fourth magnetic body 38, providing positioning for the engagement of the second retainer pin 35 and the second separable pin 36, and further facilitating the engagement of the second retainer pin 35 and the second separable pin 36. Preferably, the first magnetic body 27, the second magnetic body 28, the third magnetic body 37, and the fourth magnetic body 38 are all magnets.
[0051] Furthermore, along the length direction of the fastener device 10, the first retainer pin base 251 and the second retainer pin base 351 are arranged opposite to each other in the front-rear direction, the first separable pin base 261 and the second separable pin base 361 are arranged opposite to each other in the front-rear direction, and in particular, magnetic poles of the first magnetic body 27 and the third magnetic body 37 facing each other in the length direction of the fastener device 10 have opposite polarities, and magnetic poles of the second magnetic body 28 and the fourth magnetic body 38 facing each other in the length direction of the fastener device 10 have opposite polarities. Based on this, the magnetic poles of the first magnetic body 27, the second magnetic body 28, the third magnetic body 37, and the fourth magnetic body 38 are arranged as follows: as illustrated in FIG. 8, the first magnetic body 27 has its N pole at the top and its S pole at the bottom, the second magnetic body 28 has its N pole at the top and its S pole at the bottom, the third magnetic body 37 has its S pole at the top and its N pole at the bottom, and the fourth magnetic body 38 has its S pole at the top and its N pole at the bottom. Alternatively, the magnetic poles of the first magnetic body 27, the second magnetic body 28, the third magnetic body 37, and the fourth magnetic body 38 are arranged as follows: as illustrated in FIG. 9, the first magnetic body 27 has its S pole at the top and its N pole at the bottom, the second magnetic body 28 has its S pole at the top and its N pole at the bottom, the third magnetic body 37 has its N pole at the top and its S pole at the bottom, and the fourth magnetic body 38 has its N pole at the top and its S pole at the bottom. When being configured in this manner, the first magnetic body 27 and the second magnetic body 28 attract each other in the up-down direction, thereby achieving the magnetic coupling between the first retainer pin 25 and the first separable pin 26. The third magnetic body 37 and the fourth magnetic body 38 attract each other in the up-down direction, thereby achieving the magnetic coupling between the second retainer pin 35 and the second separable pin 36. At the same time, the first magnetic body 27 and the third magnetic body 37 attract each other in the front-rear direction, and the second magnetic body 28 and the fourth magnetic body 38 attract each other in the front-rear direction, so that the first retainer pin base 251 and the second retainer pin base 351 tend to move closer to each other along the length direction of the fastener device 10, and the first separable pin base 261 and the second separable pin base 361 also tend to move closer to each other along the length direction of the fastener device 10, which can reduce the gap at the butt joint between the first fastener element 20 and the second fastener element 30 of the fastener device 10, or in other words, can prevent the repulsion between the first magnetic body 27 and the third magnetic body 37 as well as the repulsion between the second magnetic body 28 and the fourth magnetic body 38 from creating an additional gap at the butt joint between the first fastener element 20 and the second fastener element 30, thereby improving the aesthetic appearance of the fastener device 10, and improving the integrity of the first fastener element 20 and the second fastener element 30 in a closed state.
[0052] Furthermore, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the fastener device 10 further includes a lining cloth 40. The lining cloth 40 is disposed on a back side of the distal end butt joint between the first fastener element 20 and the second fastener element 30. An outer edge of the lining cloth 40 in a width direction of the fastener device 10 is fixed to the first cloth tape 21 and / or the second cloth tape 31, thereby fixing the lining cloth 40 on the fastener device 10. In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 3, the right outer edge of the lining cloth 40 is fixed to the right first cloth tape 21 of the first fastener element 20 and the right second cloth tape 31 of the second fastener element 30. Of course, in other embodiments, the right outer edge of the lining cloth 40 may be fixed only to the right first cloth tape 21 of the first fastener element 20, or the right outer edge of the lining cloth 40 may be fixed only to the right second cloth tape 31 of the second fastener element 30, or the left outer edge of the lining cloth 40 may be fixed to the left first cloth tape 21 of the first fastener element 20 and the left second cloth tape 31 of the second fastener element 30, or the left outer edge of the lining cloth 40 may be fixed only to the left first cloth tape 21 of the first fastener element 20, or the left outer edge of the lining cloth 40 may be fixed only to the left second cloth tape 31 of the second fastener element 30. The fixing method between the lining cloth 40 and the first cloth tape 21 and / or the second cloth tape 31 includes, but is not limited to, sewing fixation and adhesive fixation. The lining cloth 40 covers the gap at the distal end butt joint between the first fastener element 20 and the second fastener element 30, which can, on one hand, improve the aesthetic appearance of the fastener device 10 and improve the integrity of the first fastener element 20 and the second fastener element 30 in the closed state, and on the other hand, can block the gap at the butt joint between the first fastener element 20 and the second fastener element 30, thereby preventing interior parts of an article equipped with the fastener device 10 from being exposed through this gap.
[0053] Furthermore, in other embodiments of the fastener device 10, as illustrated in FIG. 10 or 11, the fastener device 10 further includes a first handle 50 and a second handle 60 arranged to face each other along the width direction of the fastener device 10, the first handle 50 and the second handle 60 are both arranged at the distal end butt joint of the first fastener element 20 and the second fastener element 30, the first handle 50 is directly or indirectly fixed to the first cloth tape 21 and / or the second cloth tape 31 on one side in the width direction of the fastener device 10, and the second handle 60 is directly or indirectly fixed to the first cloth tape 21 and / or the second cloth tape 31 on another side in the width direction of the fastener device 10. When opening the fastener device 10, first, pull the first slider 23 to the distal end of the first fastener element 20 and pull the second slider 33 to the distal end of the second fastener element 30, and then, by holding the first handle 50 and the second handle 60 and applying force outward along the width direction of the fastener device 10, the force is transmitted to the first retainer pin 25 and the first separable pin 26 through the first cloth tape 21, and to the second retainer pin 35 and the second separable pin 36 through the second cloth tape 31, so that the first retainer pin 25 and the first separable pin 26 can be easily separated, and the second retainer pin 35 and the second separable pin 36 can be easily separated, thereby facilitating the opening operation of the fastener device 10. When closing the fastener device 10, by holding the first handle 50 and the second handle 60, the first retainer pin 25 and the first separable pin 26 can be easily brought together, and the second retainer pin 35 and the second separable pin 36 can be easily brought together. Combined with the magnetic coupling of the first retainer pin 25 and the first separable pin 26, and the magnetic coupling of the second retainer pin 35 and the second separable pin 36, the first retainer pin 25 and the first separable pin 26 can be more conveniently engaged, and the second retainer pin 35 and the second separable pin 36 can be more conveniently engaged, thereby conveniently closing the fastener device 10.
[0054] Furthermore, there are various arrangement methods and shapes for the first handle 50 and the second handle 60. For example, in the fastener device 10 illustrated in FIG. 10, the first handle 50 and the second handle 60 are both curved, such as arc-shaped or U-shaped. Both ends of the first handle 50 in the length direction are fixedly connected to the first part 71 of the article, and the fixing method includes, but is not limited to, sewing fixation or adhesive fixation, and the fixing point is close to the first cloth tape 21 and the second cloth tape 31 on the left side of the butt joint between the first fastener element 20 and the second fastener element 30, and the first cloth tape 21 and the second cloth tape 31 on the left side are fixedly connected to the first part 71 of the article, thereby achieving the fixed connection between the first handle 50 and the first cloth tape 21 on the left side and between the first handle 50 and the second cloth tape 31 on the left side. Both ends of the second handle 60 in the length direction are fixedly connected to the second part 72 of the article, and the fixing method includes, but is not limited to, sewing fixation or adhesive fixation, and the fixing point is close to the first cloth tape 21 and the second cloth tape 31 on the right side of the butt joint between the first fastener element 20 and the second fastener element 30, and the first cloth tape 21 and the second cloth tape 31 on the right side are fixedly connected to the second part 72 of the article, thereby achieving the fixed connection between the second handle 60 and the first cloth tape 21 on the right side and between the second handle 60 and the second cloth tape 31 on the right side. Of course, in other embodiments, both ends of the first handle 50 in the length direction may be directly fixed to the first cloth tape 21 and the second cloth tape 31 on the left side of the fastener device 10 in the width direction, respectively, and both ends of the second handle 60 in the length direction may be directly fixed to the first cloth tape 21 and the second cloth tape 31 on the right side of the fastener device 10 in the width direction, respectively. The methods for fixing the first handle 50 to the first cloth tape 21 and the second cloth tape 31, as well as the methods for fixing the second handle 60 to the first cloth tape 21 and the second cloth tape 31, include sewing fixation and adhesive fixation, but are not limited thereto.
[0055] For another example, in the fastener device 10 illustrated in FIG. 11, the first handle 50 and the second handle 60 are both in a straight line shape, and the first handle 50 and the second handle 60 are both fixed to the front side of the article equipped with the fastener device 10, and the first cloth tape 21 and the second cloth tape 31 are also fixed to the article, thereby achieving the fixed connection between the first handle 50 and the first cloth tape 21 and between the first handle 50 and the second cloth tape 31, and the fixed connection between the second handle 60 and the first cloth tape 21 and between the second handle 60 and the second cloth tape 31. Preferably, when the first handle 50 and the second handle 60 are both fixed to the front side of the article, as illustrated in FIG. 11, an edge of at least one of the first handle 50 and the second handle 60 is not fixed to the article, for example, in FIG. 11, the lower edge of the first handle 50 and the lower edge of the second handle 60 are not fixed to the article, for another example, in FIG. 11, the upper edge and lower edge of the first handle 50 and the upper edge and lower edge of the second handle 60 are not fixed to the article, and for another example, the upper edge of the first handle 50 and the upper edge of the second handle 60 are not fixed to the article, thereby forming a hand insertion opening between the first handle 50 and the article, and between the second handle 60 and the article. At this time, the first handle 50 and the second handle 60 are both in a pocket-like shape, which is convenient for the user to hold the first handle 50 and the second handle 60 through the hand insertion opening, and then convenient for the user to apply force to pull and separate the first separation insert 24 and the second separation insert 34.
[0056] For another example, in the fastener device 10 illustrated in FIG. 12, the first handle 50 and the second handle 60 are both concave-shaped, and the fixing method of the first handle 50 and the second handle 60 is the same as the fixing method of the first handle 50 and the second handle 60 in the fastener device 10 illustrated in FIG. 10, and will not be repeated here.
[0057] Preferably, the first handle 50 and the second handle 60 may be additionally configured handle components; alternatively, the first handle 50 and the second handle 60 may also be implemented by existing handle components in the article. For example, in the coat illustrated in FIG. 14, a pair of pockets of the coat constitute the first handle 50 and the second handle 60, and in the bag illustrated in FIG. 16, a pair of handles of the bag constitute the first handle 50 and the second handle 60.
[0058] As described above, the present invention effectively overcomes various disadvantages in the related art and has high industrial utilization value.
[0059] The embodiments described above are merely illustrative of the principles and effects of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention. Therefore, all equivalent modifications or changes made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and technical concept disclosed in the present invention shall still be covered by the claims of the present invention.
[0060] As described above, the present invention provides a fastener device including:
[0061] a first fastener element and a second fastener element arranged side by side along a length direction of the fastener device, in which
[0062] the first fastener element includes a pair of first cloth tapes, a first element row fixed to an inner edge of each of the first cloth tapes, a first slider movably mounted on the first element row, a first separation insert provided at a distal end of the first fastener element, a first magnetic body, and a second magnetic body,
[0063] the first separation insert includes a first retainer pin and a first separable pin respectively fixed to the inner edges of the pair of first cloth tapes, provided at a distal end of the first element row and configured to be separated and engaged with respect to each other,
[0064] a distal end of the first retainer pin is provided with a first retainer pin base, and a distal end of the first separable pin is provided with a first separable pin base, the first retainer pin base and the first separable pin base are configured to be separated and engaged with respect to each other,
[0065] the first magnetic body is fixed to the first retainer pin base, and the second magnetic body is fixed to the first separable pin base, magnetic poles of the first magnetic body and the second magnetic body facing each other in a separation or engagement direction of the first retainer pin base and the first separable pin base have opposite polarities,
[0066] the second fastener element includes a pair of second cloth tapes, a second element row fixed to an inner edge of each of the second cloth tapes, a second slider movably mounted on the second element row, a second separation insert provided at a distal end of the second fastener element, a third magnetic body, and a fourth magnetic body,
[0067] the second separation insert includes a second retainer pin and a second separable pin respectively fixed to the inner edges of the pair of second cloth tapes, provided at a distal end of the second element row and configured to be separated and engaged with respect to each other,
[0068] a distal end of the second retainer pin is provided with a second retainer pin base, and a distal end of the second separable pin is provided with a second separable pin base, the second retainer pin base and the second separable pin base are configured to be separated and engaged with respect to each other,
[0069] the third magnetic body is fixed to the second retainer pin base, and the fourth magnetic body is fixed to the second separable pin base, magnetic poles of the third magnetic body and the fourth magnetic body facing each other in a separation or engagement direction of the second retainer pin base and the second separable pin base have opposite polarities, and
[0070] the distal end of the first fastener element and the distal end of the second fastener element are butted against each other, such that the first separation insert and the second separation insert are both provided at non-end positions on the fastener device along the length direction thereof.
[0071] In the fastener device according to the present application, the first fastener element and the second fastener element are configured to butt at their distal ends, thereby ensuring that the first separation insert at the distal end of the first fastener element and the second separation insert at the distal end of the second fastener element are both provided at non-end positions on the fastener device along the length direction. As a result, when the fastener device is attached to an article such as a coat or trousers, the first separation insert and the second separation insert of the fastener device are prevented from being provided at the ends (for example, the bottom) of the article along its length direction, and the first separation insert and the second separation insert are provided away from the ends of the article along its length direction, thereby achieving a centered or approximately centered placement of the first separation insert and the second separation insert on the fastener device along the length direction, and this facilitates the engagement operation between the first retainer pin and the first separable pin, as well as the engagement operation between the second retainer pin and the second separable pin. Meanwhile, during engagement, the first retainer pin and the first separable pin are magnetically coupled via the first magnetic body and the second magnetic body, making the engagement operation of the first retainer pin and the first separable pin easier, and similarly, the second retainer pin and the second separable pin are magnetically coupled via the third magnetic body and the fourth magnetic body during engagement, making the engagement operation of the second retainer pin and the second separable pin easier.
[0072] Furthermore, the first fastener element and the second fastener element are two fasteners having the same length, symmetrically arranged along the length direction, and as a result, the first separation insert and the second separation insert are both provided at an intermediate position of the fastener device along the length direction thereof, facilitating the engagement operation between the first retainer pin and the first separable pin, as well as the engagement operation between the second retainer pin and the second separable pin.
[0073] Furthermore, in the first fastener element, the first retainer pin base and the first separable pin base are configured to overlap with each other in a thickness direction of the first fastener element, and the magnetic poles of the first magnetic body and the second magnetic body facing each other in the thickness direction of the first fastener element have the opposite polarities. Therefore, in the first fastener element, the first retainer pin base and the first separable pin base are magnetically coupled in the thickness direction of the first fastener element via the first magnetic body and the second magnetic body, providing positioning for the engagement of the first retainer pin and the first separable pin, further facilitating the engagement of the first retainer pin and the first separable pin.
[0074] Similarly, in the second fastener element, the second retainer pin base and the second separable pin base are configured to overlap with each other in a thickness direction of the second fastener element, and the magnetic poles of the third magnetic body and the fourth magnetic body facing each other in the thickness direction of the second fastener element have the opposite polarities. Therefore, in the second fastener element, the second retainer pin base and the second separable pin base are magnetically coupled in the thickness direction of the second fastener element via the third magnetic body and the fourth magnetic body, providing positioning for the engagement of the second retainer pin and the second separable pin, further facilitating the engagement of the second retainer pin and the second separable pin.
[0075] Furthermore, along the length direction of the fastener device, the first retainer pin base and the second retainer pin base are arranged opposite to each other, the first separable pin base and the second separable pin base are arranged opposite to each other, magnetic poles of the first magnetic body and the third magnetic body facing each other in the length direction of the fastener device have opposite polarities, and magnetic poles of the second magnetic body and the fourth magnetic body facing each other in the length direction of the fastener device have opposite polarities. By being configured in this manner, the first retainer pin base and the second retainer pin base tend to move closer to each other along the length direction of the fastener device, and the first separable pin base and the second separable pin base also tend to move closer to each other along the length direction of the fastener device, which can reduce the gap at a butt joint between the first fastener element and the second fastener element of the fastener device, or in other words, can prevent the repulsion between the first magnetic body and the third magnetic body as well as the repulsion between the second magnetic body and the fourth magnetic body from creating an additional gap at the butt joint between the first fastener element and the second fastener element, thereby improving the aesthetic appearance of the fastener device, and improving the integrity of the first fastener element and the second fastener element in a closed state.
[0076] Furthermore, the fastener device further includes a lining cloth disposed on a back side of a butt joint between the first fastener element and the second fastener element, in which an outer edge of the lining cloth in a width direction of the fastener device is fixed to the first cloth tape and / or the second cloth tape, and the lining cloth covers a gap at the butt joint between the first fastener element and the second fastener element. The provision of the lining cloth can, on one hand, improve the aesthetic appearance of the fastener device and improve the integrity of the first fastener element and the second fastener element in the closed state, and on the other hand, the provision can block the gap at the butt joint between the first fastener element and the second fastener element, thereby preventing interior parts of an article equipped with the fastener device from being exposed through this gap.
[0077] Furthermore, the fastener device further includes a first handle and a second handle arranged to face each other along a width direction of the fastener device, in which the first handle and the second handle are both provided at a butt joint between the first fastener element and the second fastener element, the first handle is fixed to the first cloth tape and / or the second cloth tape on one side in the width direction of the fastener device, and the second handle is fixed to the first cloth tape and / or the second cloth tape on another side in the width direction of the fastener device. When opening the fastener device, first, pull the first slider to the distal end of the first fastener element and pull the second slider to the distal end of the second fastener element, and then, by holding the first handle and the second handle and applying force outward along the width direction of the fastener device, the first retainer pin and the first separable pin can be easily separated, and the second retainer pin and the second separable pin can be easily separated, thereby facilitating the opening operation of the fastener device.
[0078] Furthermore, in a preferred embodiment of the first handle and the second handle, two ends of the first handle are respectively fixed to the first cloth tape and the second cloth tape on the one side in the width direction of the fastener device, and two ends of the second handle are respectively fixed to the first cloth tape and the second cloth tape on the other side in the width direction of the fastener device. Preferably, both the first handle and the second handle may be curved (such as arc-shaped or U-shaped) or concave-shaped, thereby diversifying the appearance of the fastener device.
[0079] Furthermore, in another preferred embodiment of the first handle and the second handle, the first handle and the second handle are both fixed to a front side of an article equipped with the fastener device.
[0080] Preferably, both the first handle and the second handle may be implemented as pocket-type structures, so that hand insertion openings are formed between the first handle and an article equipped with the fastener device and between the second handle and the article, respectively. This makes it convenient for the user to hold the first handle and the second handle through the hand insertion opening, thereby making it convenient for the user to apply force to separate the first separation insert and the second separation insert.
[0081] The present invention further provides an article, including: a first part and a second part configured to be separated and engaged with each other; and the fastener device described above, in which the first cloth tape and the second cloth tape on one side in a width direction of the fastener device are both fixed to an inner edge of the first part, and the first cloth tape and the second cloth tape on another side in the width direction of the fastener device are both fixed to an inner edge of the second part, and the first part and the second part are configured to be separated and engaged with respect to each other by the fastener device.
[0082] As described above, the fastener device and the article according to the present invention have the following beneficial effects.
[0083] In the fastener device according to the present application, the first separation insert at the distal end of the first fastener element and the second separation insert at the distal end of the second fastener element are both provided at non-end positions along the length direction of the fastener device. As a result, when the fastener device is attached to an article, the first separation insert and the second separation insert can be provided centrally or approximately centrally on the fastener device along the length direction, and this facilitates the engagement operation between the first retainer pin and the first separable pin, as well as the engagement operation between the second retainer pin and the second separable pin.
