[0031] As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention, comprises a case 1 provided with an air inlet 2 and an air outlet 3, the air inlet 2 and the air outlet 3 are connected to form an air duct 4; the case 1 is equipped with a negative pressure exhaust vent 5 between the air inlet 2 and the air outlet 3, and the negative pressure exhaust vent 5 connect to the air duct 4 and forms a negative pressure channel 6; a turbine 7 is installed at the air inlet 2; a dye component includes a dye container 8, and a dye nozzle 9 connected to the dye container 8, the dye nozzle 9 is set at the negative pressure exhaust vent 5 of the case; light sensors 10 are installed at the negative pressure exhaust vent 5 of the case 1. the hair is sucked in and straightened through the negative pressure exhaust vent 5, and then the hair is detected from the root through the light sensors. When gray hair is detected, the dye nozzle is triggered to spray the hair dye to dye the gray hair. Therefore, the user can spray the gray hair accurately, effectively reducing the amount of hair dye used, avoiding a large amount of hair dye contacting the scalp, reducing the chance of users being allergic to hair dye, saving hair dyeing costs while reducing environmental pollution, and maintaining a balance between hair health and beauty.
[0032] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, to enhance the clarity and ease of detection of the light sensor 10 to detect hair, a combing portion 11 is extruded from the negative pressure exhaust vent 5 of the case 1, the combing portion 11 includes several comb teeth 12, the light sensors 10 are arranged between two adjacent comb teeth 12. The above design allows for the hair to be neatly combed before detection, and during the detection process, the comb teeth 12 separate the hair strands, preventing them from clumping together and ensuring accurate readings by the light sensor 10.
[0033] As shown in FIG. 3, to ensure that the dye is evenly sprayed onto the white hair for treatment, a hollow channel 13 is provided inside the comb teeth 12 for transporting dye, the hollow channel 13 connects to the dye container 8, and the dye nozzle 9 is arranged on the surface of each comb tooth 12. When the light sensor 10 detects white hair between two adjacent comb teeth 12, the dye is transported through the hollow channel 13 to the dye nozzle 9. The hair between two adjacent pairs of comb teeth 12 is sprayed evenly, thereby avoiding the occurrence of uneven spraying of the hair.
[0034] As shown in FIG. 1, to further assist the negative pressure exhaust vent 5 in straightening and pulling the hair in, several rotating brush 14 are arranged in the negative pressure exhaust vent 5 paralleled with the dye nozzle 9, the rotating brush 14 is equipped with brush teeth 15 and bristles 16. When the negative pressure exhaust vent 5 generates airflow to pull the hair in, the parallel rotating brush 14 work cooperate with each other to further clamp and straighten the hair, thereby preventing the hair from loosening from the inside of the instrument and affecting the detection and hair dyeing effects.
[0035] As shown in FIG. 1, a handle 17 is provided and connected to the case 1. A control circuit board, a switch electrically connected to the control circuit board and a power supply are embedded in the handle 17.
[0036] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, to prevent overheating and damage to the electrical components inside handle 17, the handle 17 is provided with heat dissipation holes 18 connected with the air duct 4 to form a heat dissipation passage 19. By providing the heat dissipation holes 18 and the heat dissipation passage 19, the airflow in the air duct 4 is rationally utilized, thereby achieving the function of heat dissipation.
[0037] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, to enhance the precision of dye application and reduce dye usage, the dye container 8 is arranged on one side of the case 1, and the dye container 8 is equipped with a liquid supply pump 20 connected with the dye nozzle 9 through a pipe 21. When the corresponding light sensor 10 detects white hair, the liquid supply pump 20 is driven to supply liquid to the dye nozzle 9 corresponding to the light sensor 10, and the dye nozzle 9 is controlled to spray the white hair evenly, thereby achieving effective and targeted hair dyeing.
[0038] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, to accommodate users with long hair and facilitate the cleaning of the device, the case 1 is config into cylindrical, the negative pressure exhaust vent 5 and the air outlet 3 are arranged in line at opposite ends of the case 1. The air inlet 3 is arranged between the negative pressure exhaust vent 5 and the air outlet 3 inclined to the air outlet 3. The hair of the user with long hair can enter the inside through the negative pressure exhaust vent 5 and then pass out through the air outlet 3, so as to adapt to the normal use of the user with long hair. At the same time, the negative pressure exhaust vent 5 and the air outlet 3 are arranged relatively for being easily maintained, reducing the appearance of sanitary dead corners such as corners inside the device.
[0039] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, to prevent dust and other debris from entering the turbine 7 and affecting its normal operation, the case 1 is equipped with a filter 22 at the air inlet 2.
[0040] As shown in FIG. 1, to prevent the user's hair from being drawn into the turbine 7, the case 1 is equipped with a protective net 23 at the outlet portion of the turbine 7. This protective net 23 effectively isolates the turbine 7 and prevents the user's hair from getting caught in it.
[0041] As shown in FIG. 4, the working principle is as follows: First, the turbine 7 is activated, causing external air to flow rapidly from the air inlet 2 to the air outlet 3 which creates a swift airflow within the air duct 4. As the rapid airflow develops, the lower flow velocity at the negative pressure exhaust vent 5 creates a vacuum effect, drawing the user's hair into the device for straightening.
[0042] The straightened hair, once drawn in, can be easily observed at the roots by the light sensor 10. The sensor 10 detects the hair, differentiating between white and black hair based on their varying light transmittance and refractive indices. When the light sensor 10 identifies white hair, it triggers the dye nozzle 9 to apply dye evenly to the white hair.
[0043] The above descriptions are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention. The invention is not limited to the aforementioned implementations. As long as the same means achieve the technical effects of the invention any modifications, equivalent substitutions, or improvements made within the spirit and principles of this disclosure should be included within the scope of protection provided herein. All such variations fall within the protective scope of the invention. Within the protection scope, the technical solutions and / or implementations of the invention can undergo various modifications and changes.
