The system includes a hair grooming tool which as a plurality of bristles and a cleaning brush that has a plurality of cleaning bristles. [0008] An embodiment of the disclosure meets the needs presented above by generally comprising a hair grooming tool that has a plurality of bristles which are arranged in row on the hair grooming tool for brushing hair. A cleaning brush is provided which has a plurality of cleaning bristles arranged in a plurality of columns and rows which are spaced apart from each other to enable the plurality of rows of the cleaning bristles to be interlaced with the row of the bristles on the hair grooming tool when the cleaning brush is oriented perpendicular to the hair grooming tool. The plurality of cleaning bristles removes hair and debris from between the plurality of bristles of the cleaning brush. Additionally, each cleaning bristle of the plurality of cleaning bristles is comprised of a rigid material to resist is deformed.

[0016] With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to FIGS. 1 through 4 thereof, a new hair grooming tool system embodying the principles and concepts of an embodiment of the disclosure and generally designated by the reference numeral 10 will be described.

[0017] As best illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 4, the hair grooming tool cleaning system 10 generally comprises a hair grooming tool 12 that has a plurality of bristles 14 thereby enabling the hair grooming tool 12 to be employed for brushing hair of a user 13. The plurality of bristles 14 is arranged in a row 18 on the hair grooming tool 12. A cleaning brush 20 is provided which has a plurality of cleaning bristles 22. The plurality of cleaning bristles 22 is arranged in a plurality of columns 24 and rows 26 which are spaced apart from each other to enable the plurality of rows 26 of the cleaning bristles 22 to be interlaced with the row 18 of the bristles 14 on the hair grooming tool 12 when the cleaning brush 20 is oriented perpendicular to the hair grooming tool 12. Furthermore, the cleaning bristles 22 are enabled to remove hair and debris 28 from between the plurality of bristles 14 of the hair grooming tool 12. Additionally, each cleaning bristle 22 of the plurality of cleaning bristles 22 is comprised of a rigid material, including but not being limited to steel or an iron alloy, to resist being deformed when the plurality of cleaning bristles 22 encounters the hair or debris 28 between the plurality of bristles 14 on the hair grooming tool 12.

[0018] The cleaning brush 20 has a handle 30 which has a grip section 32 and a head section 34. Each of a first lateral side 36 and a second lateral side 38 of a perimeter surface 40 of the handle 30 which corresponds to the grip section 32 curves outwardly between a first end 42 of the handle 30 and a threshold 44 between the handle 30 section and the grip section 32. Furthermore, the first end 42 is rounded such that the grip section 32 has an ovoid shape to enable the user 13 to wrap their fingers 46 around the grip section 32. A front surface 48 of the handle 30 corresponding to the grip section 32 is rounded to enable the user's fingers 46 to wrap around the front surface 48. Additionally, a back surface 50 of the handle 30 corresponding to the grip section 32 is rounded to enable the user's fingers 46 to wrap around the back surface 50.

[0019] The threshold 44 between the grip section 32 and the head section 34 is concavely arcuate thereby defining a depression 52 extending around the handle 30. The depression 52 inhibits the user's fingers 46 from sliding onto the head section 34 when the user 13 grips the grip section 32. A coupled end 56 of each cleaning bristle 22 of the plurality of cleaning bristles 22 is coupled to the front surface 48 of the handle 30 corresponding to the head section 34. Furthermore, the plurality of cleaning bristles 22 are enabled to be oriented perpendicular to the plurality of bristles 14 on the hair grooming tool 12 when the head section 34 is positioned on the perpendicular plane with respect to the hair grooming tool 12. The plurality of cleaning bristles 22 in a respective column 24 of the plurality of columns 24 of the cleaning bristles 22 is staggered with respect to the plurality of cleaning bristles 22 in adjacent columns 24. Additionally, the plurality of cleaning bristles 22 is arranged in a plurality of diagonal lines angling between the first lateral side 36 and the second lateral side 38 corresponding to the head section 34. Each row 26 of the plurality of rows 26 of the cleaning bristles 22 extends along a line which extends between the first lateral side 36 and the second lateral side 38 corresponding to the head section 34. Furthermore, each row 26 of the plurality of rows 26 of cleaning bristles 22 is extendable between respective bristles 14 on the hair grooming tool 12 when the cleaning brush 20 is oriented such that the front surface 48 corresponding to the head section 34 lies on a plane which is oriented perpendicular to each of the bristles 14 of the hair grooming tool 12.

The hair grooming tool 12 might alternatively comprise a hair brush which has a head upon which the plurality of bristles 14 of the hair grooming tool 12 are disposed having the plurality of bristles 14 on the head being arranged in plurality of columns and rows which can be interlaced with the plurality of columns 24 and rows 26 of the plurality of cleaning bristles 22.

[0022] In use, the hair grooming tool 12 is positioned such that the plurality of bristles 14 on the hair grooming tool 12 is directed upwardly and the grip section 32 of the handle 30 of the cleaning brush 20 is gripped to perpendicularly orient the head section 34 of the cleaning brush 20 with the hair grooming tool 12. The plurality of cleaning bristles 22 on the cleaning brush 20 is urged through the plurality of bristles 14 on the hair grooming tool 12 to remove hair and debris 28 that has collected in the plurality of bristles 14 of the hair grooming tool 12. The plurality of cleaning bristles 22 are ran through the plurality of bristles 14 of the hair grooming tool 12 as many times as is necessary to remove all of the hair and debris 28 that has collected in the plurality of bristles 14 of the hair grooming tool 12. The hair and debris 28 are removed from the plurality of cleaning bristles 22 for disposal when the hair grooming tool 12 is finished being cleaned.

Claims

1. A hair grooming tool cleaning system for removing hair and debris from bristles of a hair grooming tool, said system comprising:a hair grooming tool having a plurality of bristles wherein said hair grooming tool is configured to be employed for brushing hair, said plurality of bristles being arranged in a row on said hair grooming tool; anda cleaning brush having a plurality of cleaning bristles, said plurality of cleaning bristles being arranged in a plurality of columns and rows which are spaced apart from each other to enable said plurality of rows of said cleaning bristles to be interlaced with said row of said bristles on said hair grooming tool when said cleaning brush is oriented perpendicular to said hair grooming tool wherein said plurality of cleaning bristles is configured to remove hair and debris from between said plurality of bristles of said hair grooming tool, each cleaning bristle of said plurality of cleaning bristles being comprised of a rigid material wherein each cleaning bristle of said plurality of cleaning bristles is configured to resist being deformed when said plurality of cleaning bristles encounters the hair or debris between said plurality of bristles on said hair grooming tool.

The system according to claim 1, wherein:said cleaning brush has a handle which has a grip section and a head section; andeach of a first lateral side and a second lateral side of a perimeter surface of said handle which corresponds to said grip section curves outwardly between a first end of said handle and a threshold between said handle section and said grip section having said first end being rounded such that said grip section has an ovoid shape wherein said grip section is configured to enable a user to wrap their fingers around said grip section.

3. The system according to claim 2, wherein a front surface of said handle corresponding to said grip section is rounded wherein said front surface is configured to enable the user's fingers to wrap around said front surface.

4. The system according to claim 2, wherein a back surface of said handle corresponding to said grip section is rounded wherein said back surface is configured to enable the user's fingers to wrap around said back surface.

5. The system according to claim 2, wherein said threshold between said grip section and said head section is concavely arcuate thereby defining a depression extending around said handle wherein said depression is configured to inhibit the user's fingers from sliding onto said head section when the user grips said grip section.

The system according to claim 1, wherein each of said first lateral side and said second lateral side corresponding to said head section is oriented parallel to each other and is oriented perpendicular to a second end of said handle such that said head section has a rectangular shape thereby enabling said head section to be positioned on a perpendicular plane with respect to said hair grooming tool.

The system according to claim 6, wherein:a front surface of said handle which corresponds to said head section lies on a plane being oriented parallel to said back surface of said handle which corresponds to said head section; anda coupled end of each cleaning bristle of said plurality of cleaning bristles is coupled to said front surface of said handle corresponding to said head section thereby enabling said plurality of cleaning bristles to be oriented perpendicular to said plurality of bristles on said hair grooming tool when said head section is positioned on said perpendicular plane with respect to said hair grooming tool.

The system according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of cleaning bristles in a respective column of said plurality of columns of said cleaning bristles is staggered with respect to said plurality of cleaning bristles in adjacent columns such that said plurality of cleaning bristles is arranged in a plurality of diagonal lines angling between said first lateral side and said second lateral side corresponding to said head section.

The system according to claim 7, wherein each row of said plurality of rows of said cleaning bristles extends along a line which extends between said first lateral side and said second lateral side corresponding to said head section thereby enabling each row of said plurality of rows of cleaning bristles to extend between respective bristles on said hair grooming tool when said cleaning brush is oriented such that said front surface corresponding to said head section lies on a plane being oriented perpendicular to said plurality of bristles of said hair grooming tool.

10. A hair grooming tool cleaning system for removing hair and debris from bristles of a hair grooming tool, said system comprising:a hair grooming tool having a plurality of bristles wherein said hair grooming tool is configured to be employed for brushing hair, said plurality of bristles being arranged in a row on said hair grooming tool; anda cleaning brush having a plurality of cleaning bristles, said plurality of cleaning bristles being arranged in a plurality of columns and rows which are spaced apart from each other to enable said plurality of rows of said cleaning bristles to be interlaced with said row of said bristles on said hair grooming tool when said cleaning brush is oriented perpendicular to said hair grooming tool wherein said plurality of cleaning bristles is configured to remove hair and debris from between said plurality of bristles of said hair grooming tool, each cleaning bristle of said plurality of cleaning bristles being comprised of a rigid material wherein each cleaning bristle of said plurality of cleaning bristles is configured to resist being deformed when said plurality of cleaning bristles encounters the hair or debris between said plurality of bristles on said hair grooming tool, said cleaning brush having a handle which has a grip section and a head section, each of a first lateral side and a second lateral side of a perimeter surface of said handle which corresponds to said grip section curving outwardly between a first end of said handle and a threshold between said handle section and said grip section having said first end being rounded such that said grip section has an ovoid shape wherein said grip section is configured to enable a user to wrap their fingers around said grip section, a front surface of said handle corresponding to said grip section being rounded wherein said front surface is configured to enable the user's fingers to wrap around said front surface, a back surface of said handle corresponding to said grip section being rounded wherein said back surface is configured to enable the user's fingers to wrap around said back surface, said threshold between said grip section and said head section being concavely arcuate thereby defining a depression extending around said handle wherein said depression is configured to inhibit the user's fingers from sliding onto said head section when the user grips said grip section, each of said first lateral side and said second lateral side corresponding to said head section being oriented parallel to each other and being oriented perpendicular to a second end of said handle such that said head section has a rectangular shape thereby enabling said head section to positioned on a plane which is oriented perpendicular to said hair grooming tool, said front surface of said handle which corresponds to said head section lying on a plane being oriented parallel to said back surface of said handle which corresponds to said head section, a coupled end of each cleaning bristle of said plurality of cleaning bristles being coupled to said front surface of said handle corresponding to said head section thereby enabling said plurality of cleaning bristles to be oriented perpendicular to said plurality of bristles on said hair grooming tool when said head section is positioned on said perpendicular plane with respect to said hair grooming tool, said plurality of cleaning bristles in a respective column of said plurality of columns of said cleaning bristles being staggered with respect to said plurality of cleaning bristles in adjacent columns such that said plurality of cleaning bristles is arranged in a plurality of diagonal lines angling between said first lateral side and said second lateral side corresponding to said head section, each row of said plurality of rows of said cleaning bristles extending along a line which extends between said first lateral side and said second lateral side corresponding to said head section thereby enabling each row of said plurality of rows of cleaning bristles to extend between respective bristles on said hair grooming tool when said cleaning brush is oriented such that said front surface corresponding to said head section lies on a plane being oriented perpendicular to said plurality of bristles of said hair grooming tool.

11. The device according to claim 10, wherein said hair grooming tool comprises a hair comb which has a spine upon which each of said plurality of bristles of said hair grooming tool is disposed.

The device according to claim 10, wherein said hair grooming tool comprises a hair brush which has a head upon which said plurality of bristles of said hair tool are disposed having said plurality of bristles on said head being arranged in plurality of columns and rows which can be interlaced with said plurality of columns and rows of said plurality of cleaning bristles.
