[0033] Herein, a biomass resin is a renewable organic resource as a raw material, specifically, a polymer material made from substances derived from biomass resources such as plants, and refers to one also called biomass plastic. Specific examples of the biomass resin include bio-polyethylene and bio-polypropylene. A fossil fuel-derived resin refers to a polymer material made from substances derived from fossil fuels, such as oil. When the term polyethylene, polypropylene, or the like is used alone, it is intended to mean polyethylene, polypropylene, or the like derived from fossil fuels.

[0035] FIG. 1 illustrates an exemplary tape according to the exemplary embodiment of the invention. In the illustrated example, a tape 20 is a zipper tape including engagement portions 21A and 21B. The tape 20 is attached to a film 10 of a container body to constitute a container 1 with a tape. The tape 20 includes a first tape 20A and a second tape 20B. The cross-section of the first tape 20A includes the engagement portion 21A and a base 22A. The cross-section of the second tape 20B includes the engagement portion 21B and a base 22B. Further, the first resin portion 201A is disposed only on the surface of the base 22A. Thus, the first tape 20A as a whole has a high proportion of the second resin portion 202A, ensuring the content of the biomass resin.

[0040] The thickness of a portion of the first resin portion 201A that covers the surface of the base 22A on the side close to the engagement portion 21A is, for example, 10 μm or more, preferably 20 μm or more, and more preferably 30 μm or more. Although the upper limit thereof is not particularly limited, in order to ensure the content of the biomass resin, the thickness is, for example, 100 μm or less, preferably 80 μm or less, and more preferably 50 μm or less. In a case where the fossil fuel-derived resin serving as the main component of the first resin portion 201A is polyethylene, the density of the polyethylene is preferably in a range from 900 kg / m3 to 940 kg / m3, and the melt flow rate thereof is preferably in a range from 0.5 g / 10 min to 15 g / 10 min.

[0041] The first tape 20A and the second tape 20B as described above are respectively attached to a first surface 111A and a second surface 111B of the film 10 of the container body. The first surface 111A faces the second surface 111B. The first tape 20A and the second tape 20B are respectively bonded to the first surface 111A and the second surface 111B via the seal layers covering the respective second surfaces of the tapes 20A and 20B. Thus, the first surface of the first tape 20A (surface from which the engagement portion 21A protrudes) faces the first surface of the second tape 20B (surface from which the engagement portion 21B protrudes) with the tapes 20A and 20B being attached to the film 10. As described above, the tape alone is capable of preventing deterioration in the appearance of the product due to resistance during bag making and a decrease in functionality due to adhesion of the contents in the exemplary embodiment. Furthermore, as in this example, the surface of the first tape 20A and the surface of the second tape 20B facing each other in the container 1 with the tape are prevented from being tacky, which makes it possible to prevent a decrease in functionality that may otherwise be caused by the tackiness of these surfaces.

[0042] As described above, in the first tape 20A, the third resin portion 203A constitutes the seal layer and the base 22A is bonded to the first surface 111A of the film 10 via the seal layer. When the first tape 20A is bonded to the first surface 111A by heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing, the third resin portion 203A is formed, for example, of a resin composition containing polyethylene as the main component, the polyethylene having a density in a range from 850 kg / m3 to 905 kg / m3. The invention, however, is not limited thereto. The third resin portion 203A may be an adhesive layer (layer including adhesive). It should be noted that the first surface 111A can be directly bonded to the second resin portion 202A (or the first resin portion in other examples described later) constituting the second surface (surface on the side opposite to the engagement portion 21A) of the base 22A. Typically, the third resin portion 203A is provided to lower the temperature of the heat sealing for the purpose of preventing wrinkling appearance of the produced bag. The third resin portion thus need not be provided if not required, for example. The same applies to examples described below. The third resin portion may be omitted in an example in which the third resin portions 203A and 203B are illustrated. Alternatively, for example, for the purpose mentioned above, the third resin portion may be provided in an example in which no third resin portion is illustrated, such as FIGS. 4 to 9.

In the illustrated example, the first resin portion 201A of the first tape 20A and the first resin portion 201B of the second tape 20B entirely cover portions of the first surfaces of the respective bases 22A and 22B other than the engagement portions 21A and 21B (surfaces from which the engagement portions 21A and 21B protrude). [0044] FIG. 3 illustrates still another exemplary tape according to the exemplary embodiment of the invention. In the illustrated example, there are formed ribbed protrusions 23A that protrude from the first resin portion 201A of the first tape 20A, and ribbed protrusions 23B that protrude from the first resin portion 201B of the second tape 20B. Specifically, the protrusions 23A and 23B protrude from portions of the bases 22A and 22B covering the first surfaces (surfaces from which the engagement portions 21A and 21B protrude). Further, substantially two-layer tapes, in which the surface layer and the core layer were formed of the same resin composition, were produced as Comparative Examples. In Table 1, “PE” refers to fossil fuel-derived polyethylene, and “Bio-PE” refers to bio-polyethylene. The tapes in Example and Comparative Examples were stored for eight months, including the summer months (June to September), and the surface tackiness was evaluated by touch. Furthermore, bags with the tapes in Example and Comparative Examples were produced by BH-60HV, which was a three-side-seal automatic pouch making machine manufactured by TOTANI CORPORATION, and the occurrence of wrinkles in the tape seal portions was checked. As a laminate film, PET #12 / / LL #50 was used, and the bags with the tapes in Example and Comparative Examples were produced under the conditions: sealing time 0.4 seconds, acceleration 0.6 G, waiting time 0 seconds, feed length 160 mm, and sealing temperature upper side 135 degrees C. / lower side 130 degrees C. Regarding the evaluation of surface tackiness and wrinkles in the produced bags, a tape including a surface layer, core layer, and seal layer that were formed of fossil fuel-derived polyethylene was used as a standard product. The evaluation was rated as OK when the surface tackiness and wrinkles in the produced bag were equivalent to those of the standard product, and rated as NG when the surface tackiness was stronger than that of the standard product and the produced bag had many wrinkles. In Example in which the surface layer was formed of fossil fuel-derived polyethylene, both the surface tackiness and wrinkles in the produced bag were equivalent to those of the standard product. 1. A tape, including an engagement portion and a base in a cross-section thereof, the base including a first surface and a second surface, the engagement portion protruding from the first surface, the second surface positioned on a side opposite to the engagement portion, the tape comprising:a first resin portion formed of a first resin composition containing a fossil fuel-derived resin as a main component, the first resin portion at least partially covering the first surface in the cross-section of the tape; anda second resin portion formed of a second resin composition containing a biomass resin as a main component, the second resin portion constituting a portion other than the first resin portion.

2. The tape according to claim 1, wherein the first resin portion entirely covers a portion of the first surface other than the engagement portion.

3. The tape according to claim 1, wherein the first resin portion includes a portion covering the first surface and a portion covering an end surface of the base.

4. The tape according to claim 1, wherein the first resin portion further includes a portion at least partially covering the second surface.

5. The tape according to claim 1, wherein the second resin portion includes a portion constituting an entirety of the engagement portion.

6. The tape according to claim 1, wherein the second resin portion includes a portion constituting a core of the engagement portion, andthe first resin portion includes a portion covering the first surface and a portion covering the core of the engagement portion.

12. The tape according to claim 1, wherein a portion of the first resin portion covering the first surface has a thickness of 10 μm or more.

13. The tape according to claim 1, further comprising a third resin portion constituting a seal layer, the seal layer at least partially covering the second surface.

14. The tape according to claim 1, wherein the first resin portion includes a portion covering the first surface and a protrusion protruding from the portion covering the first surface.

A pair of tapes including a first tape and a second tape, a cross-section of the first tape including a first engagement portion and a first base including a first surface and a second surface, the first engagement portion protruding from the first surface, the second surface positioned on a side opposite to the first engagement portion, a cross-section of the second tape including a second engagement portion pairing with the first engagement portion and a second base including a third surface and a fourth surface, the second engagement portion protruding from the third surface, the fourth surface positioned on a side opposite to the second engagement portion, the pair of tapes comprising:first resin portions formed of a first resin composition containing a fossil fuel-derived resin as a main component, the first resin portions at least partially covering the first surface in the cross-section of the first tape and the third surface in the cross-section of the second tape; andsecond resin portions formed of a second resin composition containing a biomass resin as a main component, the second resin portions constituting portions other than the first resin portions.

16. A container with a tape, the container comprising:a container body; andthe pair of tapes according to claim 15, whereinthe pair of tapes is attached to the container body such that the first surface of the first tape faces the third surface of the second tape.
