[0030] Reference to “embodiments” herein implies that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with an embodiment may be included in at least one embodiment of the present disclosure. The appearance of the phrase at various places in the specification does not necessarily refer to the same embodiment, nor is it a separate or alternative embodiment that is mutually exclusive of other embodiments. One skilled in the art would explicitly and implicitly understand that the embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments.
[0031] In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions of the present disclosure, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0032] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 17, the present disclosure provides a package for a puzzle table. The package includes a package body 1 which is a paper package body. The package body 1 is arranged with a first mark 11. A user may cut and / or bend the package body 1 along the first mark 11 to obtain a support 2 that is configured to support a puzzle box 4. The support 2 is cut along a second mark 12 to form an insertion slot 21 in the support 2. The puzzle box 4 can be placed by being inserted in the insertion slot 21. The puzzle box 4 is a top cover of a package box of puzzle pieces. The puzzle box 4 shows a pattern such as puzzle guidance or puzzle instructions. A shape of a second mark 12 is designed according to requirements of placing the puzzle box 4. The formed insertion slot 21 and an effect of placing the puzzle box 4 are shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 as an example.
[0033] The first mark 11 includes two first supporting edge marks 111. The two first supporting edge marks 111 intersect with each other, or extension lines of the two first supporting edge marks 111 intersect with each other. The two first supporting edge marks 111 respectively form two first supporting edges 2011 of the support 2. The support 2 includes two bending regions 201. When the two bending regions 201 are bent towards each other, the support 2 is defined as being in an in-use state. When the two bending regions 201 are flat, the support 2 is defined as being in an original state. That is, the two bending regions 201 can be bent towards each other, the two first support edges 2011 are respectively located on the two bending regions 201, and the two first supporting edges 2011 respectively form bottom edges of the two bending regions 201. When the support 2 is in the in-use state, both of the two first supporting edges 2011 abut against a placement surface, such as a table surface or a floor.
[0034] On the other hand, in order to facilitate the user to perform cutting to obtain the support 2 in a standard shape, in the present embodiment, the package body 1 is further arranged with a third mark 13, and the third mark 13 is connected to the first mark 11. The third mark 13 and the first mark 11 enclose to cooperatively form a cutting region 20. Of course, in another embodiment, an extension line of the third mark 13 is connected to an extension line of the first mark 11, such that the third mark 13, the first mark 11, the extension line of the third mark 13, and the extension line of the first mark 11 enclose to cooperatively form the cutting region 20. A contour shape of the cutting region 20 corresponds to a contour shape of the support 2. The user only needs to cut along the first mark 11 and the third mark 13, and the support 2 in the standard shape can be obtained. Therefore, a more friendly experience is provided for users having unideal manual skills. In addition, the shape of the third mark 13 does not affect functions of the support 2 but substantially affects the shape of the support 2 and an aesthetics appearance of the support 2.
[0035] When the user removes a puzzle board contained in the package, scissors or a paper cutter may be used to cut the package body 1 along the first mark 11 and the third mark 13, and the support 2 which is detached from the package body 1 is obtained. In this way, at least shapes of two bottom edges of the support 2 match shapes of the two first supporting edge marks 111, and that is, the two first supporting edges 2011 are formed. When cutting along the second mark 12, the insertion slot 21 is formed in the support 2. The insertion slot 21 is preferably extending transversely and along a straight line. The insertion slot 21 extending transversely refers to extending horizontally based on the package body 1 shown in FIG. 1. After bending the two bending regions 201 of the support 2 towards each other, the two first supporting edges 2011 can be used to be supported on a placement surface such as a desktop surface or a floor. The puzzle box 4 is placed by being inserted in the insertion slot 21, such that the puzzle box 4 can be supported and the pattern on the puzzle box 4 can be easily viewed by the user. According to the above, the package of the jigsaw puzzle board provides packaging during transportation, and a material utilization rate of the package is improved, and the waste of materials is reduced. The first mark 11, the second mark 12 and the third mark 13 are substantially arranged for guiding a cutting / bending path for the user.
[0036] Further, in order to conveniently view the puzzle box 4 placed on the support 2, the first supporting edge 2011 is inclined. Specifically, the two first supporting side marks 111 have a same length and are arranged to be in mirrored with each other and symmetrical about the second mark 12. That is, the two bending regions 201 are in mirrored with each other and are symmetrical about the insertion slot 21. Each of the two first supporting edge marks 111 has a first end 1111 and a second end 1112. First ends 1111 of the two first supporting edge marks 111 are respectively connected to two ends of the third mark 13. Second ends 1112 of the two first supporting edge marks 111 are extending towards each other, such that the two first supporting edge marks 111 and inclined in a direction away from the second mark 12. When the two bending regions 201 are bent towards each other, at least part of the two first supporting edge marks 111 are in a same plane, such that the support 2 can stand on a tabletop, a floor and other placement surfaces. As shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, the first supporting edge mark 111 may be in a wavy shape, or “C” shaped, or straight. In order to increase a contact area between the first supporting edge 2011 and the placement surface of the desktop or the floor, in some embodiments, the first supporting edge mark 111 may be configured as a straight line. Since the first supporting edge mark 111 is inclined, when the puzzle box 4 is placed on the support 2, the pattern on the puzzle box 4 is displayed obliquely upward, and therefore, the user may view the pattern on the puzzle box 4 more easily.
[0037] Further, an angle between the two first supporting edge marks 111 is an obtuse angle, and in this way, a pitch angle of the support 2 formed when the two bending regions 201 are bent towards each other may be greater. Specifically, an angle B between the bending mark 17 and either one of the two first supporting edge marks 111 is between 30° and 80°, such as 66°, which is the angle B as shown in the FIGS. 4 to 7. The angle range as described in the above is more ergonomically friendly.
[0038] Further, the bending mark 17 has a third end 171 and a fourth end 172. The third end 171 is connected to the second end 1112. An assistive line 2013 is made from the fourth end 172 towards the first end 1111, and an angle A between the assistive line 2013 and the first supporting edge mark 111 is an acute or a right angle. In this way, gravitational balance of the support 2 is maintained, stability of the support 2 is improved, and a possibility of the support 2 falling over is reduced.
[0039] Further, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 12, and 13, since each of four edges of the puzzle box 4 has a side panel 41 that is vertically extending, in order to enable the puzzle box 4 to be placed more easily and more stably, in the present embodiment, the second mark 12 includes two end portions 121. The two end portions 121 extend into the two bending regions 201, respectively. Each of the two end portions 121 of the second mark 12 is perpendicular to a bending position of a respective one of the two bending regions 201, and that is, each of the two end portions 121 of the second mark 12 is perpendicular to the bending mark 17. When the support 2 is in the in-use state, after the two bending regions 201 are bent towards each other, the entire insertion slot 21 is in one plane that is aligned with the side panel 41. In this way, the side panel 41 at the edge of the puzzle box 4 can be inserted easily into the insertion slot, and eventually the puzzle box 4 rests on the bending position of the bending region 201.
[0040] In an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, there may be only one bending mark 17 on the support 2, and the two bending regions 201 are folded towards each other along the bending mark 17.
[0041] In another embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, two bending marks 17 are arranged on the support 2. The two bending regions 201 are bent along the two bending marks 17 respectively. A carrying region 202 is formed between the two bending marks 17. The two bending regions 201 are formed respectively at two sides of the carrying region 202. The bending regions 201 are bent relative to the carrying region 202, and the two bending marks 17 distinguish the carrying region 202 from the two bending regions 201.
[0042] The first mark 11 further includes a second supporting edge mark 112 forming a bottom edge of the carrying region 202. The second supporting edge mark 112 is disposed between the two first supporting edge marks 111. Cutting or bending along the second supporting edge mark 112, the second supporting edge 2021 may be formed on the support 2, and the second supporting edge 2021 also serves as the bottom edge of the carrying region 202. When the support 2 is in the original state, an angle between the second supporting edge mark 112 and one of the two first supporting edge marks 111 is equal to or substantially equal to an angle between the second supporting edge mark 112 and the other one of the two first supporting edge marks 111. In some embodiments, the angle between the second supporting edge mark 112 and either one of the two first supporting edge marks 111 is an obtuse angle. In this way, the pitch angle of the support 2 is greater, which is more suitable for the user to view the puzzle box 4 placed thereon.
[0043] In some embodiments, the second supporting edge mark 112 or an extension of the second supporting edge mark 112, one of the two first supporting edge marks 111 or an extension of the first supporting edge mark 111, and the respective one of the two bending marks 17 or an extension thereof the respective bending mark 17 intersect with each other at one point. For example, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the second supporting edge mark 112, the first supporting edge mark 111, and the bending mark 17 intersect with each other at one point. The second supporting edge mark 112 are connected to two second ends 1112 of the two first supporting edge marks 111. The second supporting edge mark 112 is a straight line, such that a contact area between the second supporting edge 2021 and the placement surface, such as the tabletop or the floor, is increased. When the support 2 is in the in-use state, the carrying region 202 abuts against the puzzle box 4 to improve a contact area between the support 2 and the puzzle box 4, such that the puzzle box 4 is placed more stably, the puzzle box 4 is prevented from moving aside.
[0044] When the support 2 is in the in-use state, any one side panel 41 of the puzzle box 4 is inserted in the insertion slot 21, an angle between the second supporting edge 2021 and the side panel 41 of the puzzle box 4 inserted in the insertion 21 is in a range of 0°-45°. In some embodiments, the angle is 0°, and that is, the second supporting edge 2021 is in parallel with the side panel 41 in the insertion slot 21.
[0045] Correspondingly, the second mark 12 further includes a connection portion 122 connecting with the two end portions 121. The connection portion 122 is located in the carrying region 202. The connection portion 122 is in a strip shaped and is parallel with the second supporting edge mark 112. When the two bending regions 201 are bent towards each other, the two end portions 121 of the second mark 12 are also bent relative to the connection portion 122, and the two end portions 121 and the connection portion 122 of the second mark 12 are in the same plane. The insertion slot 21 parallel to the side panel 41 can be obtained by cutting along the second mark 12, such that the side panel 41 at the edge of the puzzle box 4 can be inserted into the insertion slot, and it is ensured that the puzzle box placed straight forward to the user and is not tilted aside.
[0046] As shown in FIG. 3, in other embodiments, the two end portions 121 and the connection portion 122 of the second mark 12 may alternatively be completely inside the carrying region 202, such that a “U”-shaped insertion slot 21 is formed.
[0047] Further, as shown in FIGS. 5, 6 and 7, when the support 2 has two bending marks 17, the two bending marks 17 may be parallel to each other or intersect with each other, or extensions the two bending marks 17 intersect with each other. In some embodiments, the two bending marks 17 of the two bending regions 201 are parallel to each other, such that an area of the carrying region 202 is increased, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7.
[0048] Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the third mark 13 includes two upper line segments 131, an upper-middle segment 133 connecting the two upper line segments 131, and two middle line segments 132. The two upper line segments 131 are respectively opposite to the two first supporting edge marks 111. One of the two middle line segments 132 or an extension of the middle line segment 132 is connected to a respective one of the two upper line segments 131 and a respective one of the two first supporting edge marks 111. The bending marking 17, the upper line segment 131, the middle line segment 132 and the first supporting edge mark 111 enclose to cooperatively form the bending region 201. Alternatively, the bending marking 17, the upper line segment 131, the middle line segment 132 the first supporting edge mark 111, and extensions thereof enclose to cooperatively form the bending region 201. The upper-middle segment 133 forms a top edge of the carrying region 202. In addition, each of the upper line segment 131 and the middle line segment 132 is a straight line. The two upper line segments 131 and the upper-middle segment 133 are arranged in a same straight line. In this way, the user may perform cutting easily.
[0049] Further, a fourth mark 14 is arranged on the package body 1. The stabilizing card 3 can be formed by cutting the package body 1 along the fourth mark 14. The stabilizing card 3 is configured to connect the two bending regions 201 to prevent the two bending regions 201 from naturally bouncing back when the support is in the in-use state, such that configuration of the support 2 is maintained.
[0050] Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 8 to 11, the package body 1 is further arranged with at least two fifth marks 15. The at least two fifth marks 15 are formed in the support 2 and / or the stabilizing card 3. Cutting along the fifth marks 15 may form card slots 22 in the support or the stabilizing card. The stabilizing card 3 is snapped to the support 2 through the two card slots 22.
[0051] Specifically, in an embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 14, two fifth marks 15 are provided. The two fifth marks 15 are formed in the two bending regions 201 and are connected to the two first supporting edge marks 111 respectively. When the two bending regions 201 are bent, the at least two of the fifth marks 15 are in the same plane. Cutting along the at least two fifth marks 15 may form one card slot 22 in each of the two bending regions 201 of the support 2. That is, an opening of the card slot 22 faces downwardly. The stabilizing card 3 can be inserted into the card slots 22 of the two bending regions 201 to connect the two bending regions 201, such that the stabilizing card 3 can be snapped at a lower side of the support 2.
[0052] In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 15, two fifth marks 15 are provided and are formed in the two bending regions 201 respectively. The two fifth marks 15 are connected to the two middle line segments 132 respectively. That is, openings of the card slots 22 face laterally, and the stabilizing card 3 is inserted at a middle portion of the support 2.
[0053] In an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 16, two fifth marks 15 are provided and are formed in the two bending regions 201 respectively. The two fifth marks 15 are connected to the two upper line segments 131 respectively. That is, openings of the card slots 22 face upwardly, and the stabilizing card 3 can be inserted at an upper side of the support 2.
[0054] In an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, two fifth marks 15 are provided and are formed at an edge of the stabilizing card 3, such that two card slots 22 are defined at the edge of the stabilizing card 3. The two card slots 22 are respectively connected to the two bending regions 201 of the support 2, and the stabilizing card 3 can be connected to any position of the upper side of the support 2, the middle portion of the support 2, or the lower side of the support 2.
[0055] In other embodiments, as shown in FIG. 10, two fifth marks 15 are provided, one of the two fifth marks 15 is formed in one of the two bending regions 201, and the other one of the two fifth marks 15 is formed in the stabilizing card 3. The card slot 22 formed in the stabilizing card 3 is connected the other one of the two bending regions 201.
[0056] Further, as shown in FIG. 11, in order to prevent the stabilizing card 3 from being displaced relative to the support 2 and detached from the support 2, in some embodiments, two fifth marks 15 are provided in the support 2, and another two fifth marks 15 are provided in the stabilizing card 3. Four card slots 22 are formed by cutting, and the four card slots 22 are mated correspondingly to prevent the stabilizing card 3 and the support 2 from being displaced relative to each other.
[0057] It should be noted that the number of the fifth marks 15 is an even number, and the number of stabilizing cards 3 is determined corresponding to the number of the fifth marks 15. For example, every two card slots 22 are correspondingly connected to one stabilizing card 3, or every four card slots 22 are correspondingly connected to one stabilizing card 3.
[0058] Further, the first mark 11, the second mark 12, the third mark 13, the fourth mark 14, the fifth mark 15 and the bending mark 17 described in the above are expressed in a form including, but is not limited to, one or more of: a printed pattern printed on an outer surface of the package body, a groove formed in the outer surface of the package body, and a protrusion formed on the outer surface of the package body. The above marks can be shown in one or more linear shapes including, but not limited to, solid lines, dashed lines, and dot-dashed lines. Shapes of the marks can be one or more of: a straight line, a wavy line, a sawtooth line, and an arc shape.
[0059] In addition, the first mark 11, the second mark 12, the third mark 13, the fourth mark 14 and the fifth mark 15 are all referred to as a cutting mark 10. The bending mark 17 and the cutting mark 10 are shown in different forms. For example, the cutting mark 10 is shown as a printed black solid straight line, and the bending mark 17 is shown as a printed black dashed straight line. The bending mark 17 is provided to facilitate the user to specify a location at which the bending region 201 is to be bent, such that the user may bend the bending region 201 along the bending mark 17.
[0060] In addition, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 17 of, the package body 1 includes an opening face 1001 and a rear face 1002 opposite to the opening face 1001. Since the opening face 1001 needs to be opened at a middle to enable puzzle boards to be placed into the package body 1, the first mark 11, the second mark 12, the third mark 13, the fourth mark 14, the fifth mark 15, and the bending mark 17 are all arranged on the rear face 1002. An area of the rear face 1002 is greater than that of the opening face 1001, such that a larger sized support 2 can be formed to provide greater support.
