[0002] A folding awning is a widely used outdoor sunshade that can provide a sunshade effect and an effect of taking shelter from rain, to provide a rest area for people playing outdoors. The folding awning can also be installed on crops to keep warm and cold. The folding awning is a popular outdoor product. The traditional folding awning is provided with a main stand column. The main stand column is radially provided with several supporting rods in a circumferential direction of the main stand column. The supporting rods are laid with opaque surfaces to block sunlight. Such a folding awning is usually normally opened and is easily blown over in harsh weather with strong wind, causing economic loss. In addition, it is also difficult to store the folding awning when the folding awning is not needed, so that a large space is occupied.

By arranging the locking device at a middle portion of the folding awning, the locking device has the fixed disk arranged at a top of the folding awning. The movable rod is locked to the mounting disk by using the fastener. A novel folding awning locking device, comprising a fixed disk (1), a mounting disk (2), and a movable rod (3) arranged between the fixed disk (1) and the mounting disk (2), wherein a fastening assembly (4) is arranged in the mounting disk (2); the fastening assembly (4) comprises a mounting base (41), a fastener (42) arranged inside the mounting base (41), and a button (43) arranged on the fastener (42); the fastener (42) comprises a first buckle (421) and a second buckle (422); the first buckle (421) and the second buckle (422) are provided with collision slots (44); collision slopes (45) are arranged in the collision slots (44); the collision slopes (45) are configured to make widths of the collision slots (44) gradually decrease in a length direction of the movable rod (3), and the collision slopes (45) on the first buckle (421) and the second buckle (422) are opposite to each other; a through hole (46) is further provided in a middle portion of the fastener (42); the through hole (46) is configured to pass through the movable rod (3); a reset spring (47) is further arranged between the fastener (42) and the mounting base (41); two sides of a bottom of the button (43) extend downwards to form collision members (431); shapes of the collision members (431) are matched with shapes of the collision slots (44); and the collision members (431) are configured to: be in contact with the collision slopes (45) of the collision slots (44) when plugged into the collision slots (44), and drive the first buckle (421) and the second buckle (422) to move away from the movable rod (3).
2. The novel folding awning locking device according to claim 1, wherein the through hole (46) in the middle portion of the fastener (42) is funnel-shaped, and an end, having a larger diameter, of the through hole (46) is oriented towards the fixed disk (1).

The novel folding awning locking device according to claim 2, wherein the movable rod (3) comprises a rod body (31) and a fixed connector (32) arranged at a bottom of the rod body (31); a diameter of the rod body (31) is equal to a diameter of the fixed connector (32) that is greater than a diameter of a smaller portion of the through hole (46) in the middle portion the fastener (42); a plugging portion (33) is further arranged between the fixed connector (32) and the rod body (31); and a diameter of the plugging portion (33) is less than the diameter of the smaller portion of the through hole (46) in the middle portion of the fastener (42).

The novel folding awning locking device according to claim 1, wherein a cover plate (5) is further arranged at a bottom of the mounting disk (2); an opening (6) is provided in a middle portion of the cover plate (5); the opening (6) is configured to mount the button (43); and when the button (43) is mounted in the opening (6), at least a portion of each collision member (431) is located inside each collision slot (44).
5. The novel folding awning locking device according to claim 4, wherein a ratio of a distance between the collision members (431) to a distance between the collision slots (44) is 5: 4.

The novel folding awning locking device according to claim 3, wherein a limiting hole (7) is further provided in a top of the mounting disk (2); a ratio of a diameter of the limiting hole (7) to a diameter of the rod body (31) is 10: 9; and an arc-shaped guide surface (8) is further arranged at a top end of the limiting hole (7).

The novel folding awning locking device according to claim 1, wherein the fixed disk (1) is uniformly provided with several first connecting plates (9) in a circumferential direction of the fixed disk (1); several second connecting plates (10) are arranged at a top of the mounting disk (2) in a circumferential direction of the mounting disk (2); the first connecting plates (9) and the second connecting plates (10) are opposite to each other; and positions of the first connecting plates (9) and positions of the second connecting plates (10) are matched with each other.
