Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to a smoke discharge device for meat-grilling devices wherein, when a plurality of meat-grilling devices are used while connected to a single exhaust duct, a motor provided in the exhaust duct is prevented from being overloaded even if not all the meat-grilling devices are being used, and even when one of the plurality of meat-grilling devices is used to grill meat and another is being used to cook soup, the same temperature transmitted from the heat output of the meat-grilling device being used to cook soup is transmitted to the soup dish without overloading the motor provided in the corresponding exhaust duct.BACKGROUND ART
[0002] In general, when meat is grilled, a large amount of smoke is generated, causing irritation to the eyes and difficulty in breathing. Accordingly, a smoke discharge device for discharging smoke generated during the process of grilling meat to the outside is installed.
[0003] Particularly, in the case of public restaurants, a plurality of meat-grilling devices are installed at predetermined intervals, and smoke discharge devices are respectively installed above the respective meat-grilling devices.
[0004] FIG. 1 is a view illustrating a conventional smoke discharge device provided in a meat-grilling device.
[0005] As illustrated, in a conventional smoke discharge device provided in a meat-grilling device, a plurality of smoke discharge pipes 12 are installed on an exhaust duct 11 installed in a public restaurant so as to extend downward at predetermined intervals.
[0006] Moreover, at a lower end of the smoke discharge pipe 12, a heating device 17 such as a charcoal fire or a gas range is provided on a table, and a grill 16 is placed on the heating device 17. When meat 18 is placed on the grill 16, the meat placed on the grill 16 is grilled by heat radiated from the heating device 17.
[0007] Furthermore, a suction pipe 13 is installed at the lower end of the smoke discharge pipe 12 so as to suck smoke generated during the process of grilling meat and discharge the smoke to the outside through the smoke discharge pipe 12 and the exhaust duct 11.
[0008] At this time, the smoke discharge pipe 12 has a corrugated pipe shape. So, by lowering the smoke discharge pipe 12 as close as possible to the grill 16, the smoke discharge pipe 12 prevents smoke generated during grilling of meat from leaking into the surroundings of the restaurant as much as possible.
[0009] Despite such advantages, in the conventional smoke discharge device, in order to suck smoke generated during the process of grilling meat, the smoke discharge pipe 12 of a corrugated pipe type should be extended so that the suction pipe 13 is positioned as close as possible to the grill 16. Accordingly, there is a problem in that not only is it difficult to secure a field of view required for grilling meat, but also it is difficult to pick up grilled meat due to the smoke discharge pipe 12 and the suction pipe 13 positioned directly above the grill 16 when eating the grilled meat.
[0010] In order to overcome such problems, another conventional smoke discharge device has been proposed in which a smoke discharge pipe 51 is arranged inside a meat-grilling device.
[0011] FIG. 2 is a view illustrating another conventional smoke discharge device provided in a meat-grilling device.
[0012] First, the meat-grilling device is arranged on a floor surface. The meat-grilling device includes an outer body 20 having an upper side and a lower side opened, a table 30 fixedly installed along an edge of an upper end of the outer body 20, and an inner body 40 fixed to an inner upper portion of the outer body 20 and having an upper side and a lower side opened and a heating device (not shown) provided therein.
[0013] The conventional smoke discharge device provided in the meat-grilling device includes a smoke discharge pipe 51 having an upper end communicating with a lower end of the inner body 40, a hinge shaft 52 rotatably connected to the smoke discharge pipe 51, an opening and closing plate 53 connected to the hinge shaft 52 and configured to open and close an inside of the smoke discharge pipe 51, and a driving unit 54 connected to the hinge shaft 52 of the smoke discharge pipe 51 and configured to transmit a driving force in a forward direction or a reverse direction.
[0014] Additionally, an exhaust duct 11 is embedded in a lower portion of the outer body 20, and a lower end of the smoke discharge pipe 51 communicates with the embedded exhaust duct 11. Here, the exhaust duct 11 includes a motor connected to an exhaust fan to perform an exhaust function.
[0015] As described above, a plurality of the smoke discharge pipes 51 communicating with the exhaust duct 11 are connected due to characteristics of public restaurants so that lots of customers can use the meat-grilling devices.
[0016] Accordingly, when a user wants to grill meat using several meat-grilling devices connected to the exhaust duct 11 for example four meat-grilling devices, first the user operates the driving unit provided in the meat-grilling device to be used for grilling meat so that the opening and closing plate 53 connected to the smoke discharge pipe 51 rotates in a direction to open a flow path of the smoke discharge pipe 51, and then the exhaust duct 11 is driven.
[0017] Thereafter, when a burner serving as a heating device is provided in the inner body 40 and meat is placed on the grill, smoke generated while the meat is being grilled flows toward the inner body 40 positioned at a lower portion and is discharged to the outside through the exhaust duct 11.
[0018] As a result, the user can grill and eat meat conveniently because there is no structure disposed above the grilling area while smoke generated during the grilling process is discharged without being inhaled by the user.
[0019] However, despite such advantages, the conventional smoke discharge device has the following disadvantages.
[0020] Since the plurality of meat-grilling devices are installed in a public restaurant, several meat-grilling devices, for example about four meat-grilling devices, are connected to the single exhaust duct 11 to discharge smoke.
[0021] Accordingly, the exhaust capacity of the exhaust duct 11 is determined in consideration of the amount of smoke generated from about four meat-grilling devices. Therefore, when only two meat-grilling devices are used, since a flow path of the smoke discharge pipe 51 provided in the remaining two unused meat-grilling devices is in a closed state, the motor provided in the exhaust duct 11 is overloaded.
[0022] In order to overcome the disadvantage, the flow paths of the smoke discharge pipes 51 provided in all meat-grilling devices communicating with the exhaust duct 11 may be opened to be used, but this also causes the following disadvantage.
[0023] In the case of food cooked on the meat-grilling device, the user can grill meat and cook soup dishes such as soybean paste stew. Such soup dishes need to be heated at a high temperature to heat water to a high temperature. However, since the flow path of the smoke discharge pipe 51 is opened, the temperature becomes lower than the heat output provided in the meat-grilling device due to suction air through the exhaust duct 11. As a result, relatively more time is required to cook the soup dish, and the taste thereof is also deteriorated.DisclosureTechnical Problem
[0024] Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems occurring in the related art, and it is an objective of the present invention to provide a smoke discharge device for meat-grilling devices wherein, when a plurality of meat-grilling devices are used while connected to a single exhaust duct, a motor provided in the exhaust duct is prevented from being overloaded even if not all the meat-grilling devices are being used, and even when one of the plurality of meat-grilling devices is used to grill meat and another is being used to cook soup, the same temperature transmitted from the heat output of the meat-grilling device being used to cook soup is transmitted to the soup dish without overloading the motor provided in the corresponding exhaust duct.Technical Solution

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0050] As illustrated in FIG. 3 to FIG. 9, it is an objective of the present invention to provide a smoke discharge device for meat-grilling devices wherein, when a plurality of meat-grilling devices are used while connected to a single exhaust duct, a motor provided in the exhaust duct is prevented from being overloaded even if not all the meat-grilling devices are being used, and even when one of the plurality of meat-grilling devices is used to grill meat and another is being used to cook soup, the same temperature transmitted from the heat output of the meat-grilling device being used to cook soup is transmitted to the soup dish without overloading the motor provided in the corresponding exhaust duct. In order to achieve the objective, the smoke discharge device for meat-grilling devices according to the present invention provided in the meat-grilling device includes an exhaust duct 11 and a smoke discharge device provided in a plurality of meat-grilling devices A.
[0051] First, the exhaust duct 11 is a member in which an exhaust fan 62 connected to a duct-side motor 61 is installed therein to perform an exhaust function.
[0052] The exhaust duct 11 performing such a function may be embedded in a floor surface of a public restaurant or installed on the floor surface of the public restaurant. Meanwhile, when the exhaust duct 11 is installed on the floor surface of the public restaurant, a protective pipe body may be provided to cover the outside of the exhaust duct so that the exhaust duct 11 can be protected from dynamic impacts transmitted from the outside.
[0053] The meat-grilling device A is arranged on the floor surface of the public restaurant and includes an outer body 20 having an upper side and a lower side opened, a table 30 fixedly installed along an edge of an upper end of the outer body 20, and an inner body 40 fixed to an inner upper portion of the outer body 20 and having an upper side and a lower side opened and a heating device is provided therein.
[0054] In particular, a mounting container 41 in which the heating device is placed is fixedly installed inside the inner body 40. An outer diameter of the mounting container 41 is formed smaller than an inner diameter of the inner body 40 so that the mounting container 41 and the inner body 40 are spaced apart from each other. Accordingly, a flow path through which air flows is formed between the mounting container 41 and the inner body 40. So, it is preferable that shapes of the mounting container 41 and the inner body 40 are formed identically. That is, as illustrated in the drawings, the mounting container 41 and the inner body 40 may be formed as cylindrical bodies.
[0055] In addition, as illustrated in the drawings, as the heating device disposed inside the mounting container 41, a burner 42 configured to provide a heat source using gas or a charcoal container accommodating charcoal may be selectively used.
[0056] Moreover, according to selection, a suction ring body 43 having a cylindrical shape is mounted on an upper end of the mounting container 41 and has through-holes penetrating at predetermined intervals along a side surface thereof so that air flows along the side surface. Accordingly, smoke generated when meat is grilled flows through the through-holes of the suction ring body 43 to the flow path between the mounting container 41 and the inner body 40.
[0057] Furthermore, the table 30 is connected at an upper end of the outer body 20 so that food may be placed thereon, and a mounting hole is formed through a central portion of the table 30 so that a support member 31 such as a grill or a roasting plate may be placed therein.
[0058] Here, although not illustrated in the drawings, the support member 31 may be mounted directly above the suction ring body 43.
[0059] At least two meat-grilling devices A having the above configuration are connected to the exhaust duct 11. In an embodiment of the present invention, four meat-grilling devices A are connected.
[0060] The smoke discharge device B is positioned inside the meat-grilling device A and serves as a member for communicating the exhaust duct 11 with the meat-grilling device A.
[0061] In detail, the smoke discharge device B performing such a function includes a smoke discharge container 100, a main opening and closing plate 110, a driving unit 120, a bypass tube 130, a bypass-side opening and closing plate 140, and a plate adjusting unit 150.
[0062] First, the smoke discharge container 100 is a pipe-shaped member having an upper side and a lower side opened, wherein an upper end thereof communicates with a lower end of the inner body 40 arranged inside the meat-grilling device A and a lower end thereof communicates with the exhaust duct 11.
[0063] The main opening and closing plate 110 opens and closes a flow path of the smoke discharge container 100 and is rotatably installed inside the smoke discharge container 100 through a main hinge shaft 111. That is, the main hinge shaft 111 passes through the smoke discharge container 100 so as to be rotatably installed, and the main opening and closing plate 110 is fixedly connected to the main hinge shaft 111 positioned inside the smoke discharge container 100.
[0064] The main opening and closing plate 110 performing such a function may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the smoke discharge container 100. In the present embodiment, the shape is illustrated as a cylindrical shape. However, various shapes such as an elliptical shape or a polygonal shape including a rectangular shape may be selectively used.
[0065] The driving unit 120 is fixedly installed on an outer surface of the smoke discharge container 100 and is provided in the form of a printed circuit board (PCB). Here, the driving unit 120 provided as the printed circuit board (PCB) includes a plate-side motor 121 connected to the main hinge shaft 111 of the main opening and closing plate 110 so as to transmit a driving force in a forward direction to close the flow path of the main opening and closing plate 110 or in a reverse direction to open the flow path of the main opening and closing plate 110.
[0066] The plate-side motor 121 may be a motor capable of forward rotation and reverse rotation such as a stepping motor or a servo motor.
[0067] In addition, a power cord 102 is connected to the driving unit 120 so that power may be supplied through commercial power such as 110 V or 220 V, and a driving switch 103 requesting the plate-side motor 121 to rotate in the forward direction or the reverse direction is connected thereto.
[0068] The bypass tube 130 has left and right sides opened and is a tube member having one end communicating with a side surface of the main opening and closing plate 110. The shape of the bypass tube 130 may be formed in a shape corresponding to the smoke discharge container 100.
[0069] The bypass-side opening and closing plate 140 opens and closes a flow path of the bypass tube 130 and is rotatably installed in the bypass tube 130 through a bypass-side rotating member. The bypass-side opening and closing plate 140 may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the bypass tube 130. In the present embodiment, the shape is illustrated as a cylindrical shape, but various shapes such as an elliptical shape or a polygonal shape including a rectangular shape may be selectively used.
[0070] Here, the bypass-side rotating member installed in the bypass tube 130 may be selected from a hinge 141 or a bypass-side hinge shaft 142.
[0071] Meanwhile, when the bypass-side hinge shaft 142 is selected as the bypass-side rotating member installed in the bypass tube 130, the installation direction of the bypass-side hinge shaft 142 may be provided in a direction parallel to the floor surface or in a direction perpendicular to the floor surface.
[0072] Moreover, in the smoke discharge device for meat-grilling devices according to the present invention, a rotation restricting cord 143 is provided to restrict rotation of the bypass-side opening and closing plate 140 in an opening direction due to air introduced through the inner body 40 of the meat-grilling device A. The rotation restricting cord 143 is formed of a bendable material, with one end connected to the bypass-side opening and closing plate 140 and the other end connected to the plate adjusting unit 150.
[0073] A material of the rotation restricting cord 143 performing such a function may include cotton or synthetic fiber.
[0074] The plate adjusting unit 150 has one end attached to one surface of the main opening and closing plate 110. When driving force is transmitted in the forward direction from the driving unit 120 to close the flow path of the main opening and closing plate 110, the plate adjusting unit 150 is interlocked with the main opening and closing plate 110 when the main opening and closing plate 110 rotates in the forward direction. Accordingly, the other end of the plate adjusting unit 150 presses and rotates one surface of the bypass-side opening and closing plate 140 to open the flow path of the bypass tube 130.
[0075] The plate adjusting unit 150 performing such a function may include a connecting rod 151 having one end attached to one surface of the main opening and closing plate 110 and a pressing rod 152 bent and extending from the other end of the connecting rod 151.
[0076] Accordingly, air flowing into the smoke discharge container 100 due to exhaust of the exhaust duct 11 is controlled to be introduced through the opened opposite end of the bypass tube 130. Therefore, even when a soup dish is cooked in one of four meat-grilling devices connected to the single exhaust duct 11, the smoke discharge device for meat-grilling devices according to the present invention prevents the motor provided in the exhaust duct from being overloaded and allows the temperature transmitted from the heat output of the meat-grilling device used for cooking the soup dish to be delivered to the soup dish without loss. As a result, the smoke discharge device for meat-grilling devices can reduce the cooking time required for preparing the soup dish and induce a good taste of the soup dish.
[0077] Additionally, in the smoke discharge device for meat-grilling devices according to the present invention, when driving force is transmitted in the reverse direction from the driving unit 120 to open the flow path of the main opening and closing plate 110, the main hinge shaft 111 connected to the plate-side motor 121 of the driving unit 120 rotates in the reverse direction. Accordingly, the plate adjusting unit 150 connected to the main opening and closing plate 110 is interlocked, and the other end of the plate adjusting unit 150 that is in pressing contact with one surface of the bypass-side opening and closing plate 140 is released from contact. As a result, air flowing into the smoke discharge container 100 due to exhaust of the exhaust duct 11 is introduced through the inner body 40 of the meat-grilling device A, and smoke generated during grilling of meat flows through the flow path between the mounting container 41 and the inner body 40, passes through the smoke discharge container 100, and flows toward the exhaust duct 11.
[0078] FIG. 11 is a view illustrating an operating state of a bypass-side rotating member among components constituting the smoke discharge device for meat-grilling devices according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 12 is a view illustrating a configuration in which a plurality of smoke discharge devices for meat-grilling devices according to another embodiment of the present invention are provided in a meat-grilling device.
[0079] As illustrated in the drawings, in the smoke discharge device for meat-grilling devices according to another embodiment of the present invention, an installation structure of the smoke discharge container 100 is modified in order to simplify the configuration and reduce the size.
[0080] That is, in the smoke discharge device for meat-grilling devices according to the embodiment of the present invention, an exhaust duct 11 in which an exhaust fan 62 connected to a duct-side motor 61 is installed to perform an exhaust function and a plurality of meat-grilling devices A are provided with the same configuration and operational coupling as described above. Therefore, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
[0081] Moreover, a smoke discharge device B positioned inside the meat-grilling device A and configured to connect the exhaust duct 11 with the meat-grilling device A is also provided with substantially the same operational coupling except for some components, and therefore only modified portions will be mainly described.
[0082] That is, the modified portions of the smoke discharge device B are a smoke discharge container 100 and a rotating body 200.
[0083] First, the smoke discharge container 100 is a cylindrical member having an upper side and a lower side opened, wherein an upper end thereof communicates with a lower end of the inner body 40 arranged inside the meat-grilling device A and a lower end thereof communicates with the exhaust duct 11, and a side surface is opened so that an opening region 101 is formed therethrough. Here, the opening region 101 may have various shapes such as a circular shape or a polygonal shape, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the opening region 101 has a circular shape.
[0084] The rotating body 200 closes the opening region 101 formed through the side surface of the main opening and closing plate 110 and is a pipe-shaped member rotatably connected to the main opening and closing plate 110 through a hinge 210. The rotating body 200 may have a shape corresponding to the opening region 101. In the embodiment of the present invention, the rotating body 200 has a cylindrical shape. In addition, a thickness of the rotating body 200 is formed to be about 1.5 to 4 times greater than a thickness of the smoke discharge container 100 so that the rotating body 200 is opened substantially at a right angle when opened and is prevented from being opened due to air flowing by its own weight.
[0085] Accordingly, in the smoke discharge device for meat-grilling devices according to the present embodiment of the present invention, air flowing into the smoke discharge container 100 due to exhaust of the exhaust duct 11 is controlled to be introduced through the opening region 101.
[0086] In addition, in the smoke discharge device for meat-grilling devices according to another embodiment of the present invention, when driving force is transmitted in the reverse direction from the driving unit 120 to open the flow path of the main opening and closing plate 110, the main hinge shaft 111 connected to the plate-side motor 121 of the driving unit 120 rotates in the reverse direction, and the plate adjusting unit 150 connected to the main opening and closing plate 110 is interlocked. Accordingly, the other end of the plate adjusting unit 150 that is in pressing contact with one surface of the rotating body 200 is released from contact, and the rotating body 200 closes the opening region 101 of the smoke discharge container 100 by its own weight.
[0087] Accordingly, air flowing into the smoke discharge container 100 due to exhaust of the exhaust duct 11 is introduced through the inner body 40 of the meat-grilling device A, and smoke generated during grilling of meat flows through a flow path between the mounting container 41 and the inner body 40, passes through the smoke discharge container 100, and flows toward the exhaust duct 11.INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
[0088] The smoke discharge device for meat-grilling devices according to the present invention is configured such that when a plurality of meat-grilling devices are used while connected to a single exhaust duct, a motor provided in the exhaust duct is prevented from being overloaded even if not all the meat-grilling devices are being used, and even when one of the plurality of meat-grilling devices is used to grill meat and another is being used to cook soup, the same temperature transmitted from the heat output of the meat-grilling device being used to cook soup is transmitted to the soup dish without overloading the motor provided in the corresponding exhaust duct.
