[0002] The present disclosure relates to the field of sports equipment technologies, and in particular, to a luminous baseball.BACKGROUND
[0003] Traditional baseball is made of round cork, rubber or similar material as a center of a ball, wrapped with hemp thread, and then tightly sewn with two pieces of white horsehide or cowhide. Traditional baseball, due to its inability to emit light, can only be played in well-lit areas and cannot be played in dimly lit places, which limits the popularity of baseball.
[0004] In the existing technology, CN202323630276.1 discloses an LED luminous baseball. In which, the baseball is equipped with a battery and an LED light inside, and the battery continuously supplies power to the LED light. The battery is a dry battery, and the baseball is equipped with a pressing piece for pressing the battery. The battery can be replaced by disassembling the pressing piece. However, in an actual use, due to the exposed end of the pressing piece of the luminous baseball, if the pressing piece is hit during the baseball hitting process, it is easy to damage the pressing piece and cause the baseball to be tilted, affecting the sports experience. Besides that, the current luminous baseball only provides continuous power to the LED lights through the battery internally. When not in use, the battery needs to be removed, which is quite troublesome and can only produce monochromatic light, which cannot meet the needs of the user for luminous baseball.SUMMARY
[0005] To solve the above problems, the present disclosure proposes a luminous baseball.
[0006] The technical solution adopted by the present disclosure is: a luminous baseball, including a housing, where a fixed structure configured to install an integrated circuit board is provided in the housing, and a battery and at least one light emitting source are electrically connected to the integrated circuit board; the housing is made of transparent material, and light emitted by the light emitting source passes through the housing and diverges to an outer side of the housing.
[0007] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the housing includes an inner shell, a soft rubber layer, and a leather layer in sequence from inside to outside.
[0008] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the light emitting source is a plurality of LED light beads, and the LED light beads are soldered on two sides of the integrated circuit board.

[0017] By providing the integrated circuit board inside the housing, the light emitting color and color changing time of the LED light beads can be controlled, rendering it more intelligent and aesthetically pleasing when hitting the baseball.
[0018] The adhesive is provided in the first socket, the second socket, and the battery slot, and the integrated circuit board is clamped by the first socket and the second socket. The first half shell and second half shell are fastened with screws, rendering the installation of the integrated circuit board very stable. This can reduce resonance and damage to the electronics on the integrated circuit board, and there will be no shaking or damage during a process of hitting the baseball.
[0019] Due to the presence of the soft rubber layer and the leather layer on an exterior of the hard inner shell, it can ensure the leather cushioning effect of traditional baseball. The setting of the soft rubber layer can be used to adjust the softness and hardness of the baseball, reduce a direct force during hitting, and improve cushioning performance. The leather layer adopts a fully wrapped structure, which only hits the leather layer while hitting the baseball and will not damage the baseball.

[0036] Referring to FIGS. 1-8, the present disclosure is a luminous baseball, which includes a housing. An interior of the housing is provided with a fixed structure for installing an integrated circuit board 2. The integrated circuit board 2 is electrically connected to a battery 3 and at least one light emitting source. The housing is made of transparent material, and light emitted by the light emitting source passes through the housing and diverges to an outside of the housing.
[0037] In an implementation mode, please refer to FIGS. 1, 3, and 4. It can be seen that the housing includes an inner liner shell 1, a soft rubber layer 4, and a leather layer 5 in sequence from inside to outside.
[0038] In this embodiment, the material of the inner shell 1 is PC (polycarbonate), the material of the soft rubber layer 4 is TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber), and the leather layer 5 is sewn from natural animal leather or synthetic leather.

[0056] Please refer to FIGS. 1-4, it can be seen that the leather layer 5 is provided with an opening 51 that corresponds to both the first avoidance port 11c and the second avoidance port 11d, and a sealing plug 6 is provided in the opening 51.
[0057] Here, the sealing plug 6 is made of elastic material, so there is sufficient static friction between the sealing plug 6 and the inner wall of the opening 51. During the process of hitting or flying the baseball, the sealing plug 6 will not be detached from the baseball. When charging through USB or TYPE-C charging port, or pressing the button on the switch component 22, it is necessary to remove the sealing plug 6.
[0058] Below is an explanation of an assembly process for the inner shell 1.
[0059] Firstly, one end of the integrated circuit board 2 is inserted into the first socket 11a located on the first half shell 11 (it should be noted that an insertion direction of the integrated circuit board 2, the button of the switch component 22 is aligned with the first avoidance port 11c, and the USB or TYPE-C charging port is aligned with the second avoidance port 11d). Then, the second socket 12a on the second half shell 12 is aligned with the other end of the integrated circuit board 2, and the other end of the integrated circuit board 2 is inserted into the second socket 12a, and one end of the battery 3 is inserted into the battery socket 12d. At this time, the first bolts 11b and the second bolts 12b are correspondingly inserted; after the first half shell 11 and the second half shell 12 are closed, the screws are screwed into the first bolts 11b and the second bolts 12b through the holes 12c so as to complete the assembly of the inner shell 1.
[0060] After the assembly of the inner shell 1 is completed, the soft rubber layer 4 is injected into the outside of the inner shell 1 through an injection molding machine (during the injection molding of the soft rubber layer 4, it will block the four holes 12c on the inner shell 1, as well as the Hough line between the first half shell 11 and the second half shell 12, which is more beautiful). Claims
1. A luminous baseball, comprising a housing, wherein a fixed structure configured to install an integrated circuit board is provided in the housing, and a battery and at least one light emitting source are electrically connected to the integrated circuit board;the housing is made of transparent material, and light emitted by the light emitting source passes through the housing and diverges to an outer side of the housing.
2. The luminous baseball according to claim 1, wherein the housing comprises an inner shell, a soft rubber layer, and a leather layer in sequence from inside to outside.
3. The luminous baseball according to claim 2, wherein the light emitting source is a plurality of LED light beads, and the LED light beads are soldered on two sides of the integrated circuit board.
4. The luminous baseball according to claim 3, wherein a light emitting area emitted by the plurality of LED light beads covers the inner shell.
5. The luminous baseball according to claim 4, wherein the battery is bonded or clamped and fixed on one side of the integrated circuit board.

The luminous baseball according to claim 2, wherein the inner shell comprises a first half shell and a second half shell that are spliced together,the fixed structure comprises a first socket provided on an inner wall of the first half shell and a second socket provided on an inner wall of the second half shell, and the integrated circuit board is connected between the first socket and the second socket.

The luminous baseball according to claim 6, wherein a switch component and a charging component are fixed on the integrated circuit board, and a first avoidance port corresponding to the switch component and a second avoidance port corresponding to the charging component are provided on the inner shell.

The luminous baseball according to claim 7, wherein the first half shell is provided with a plurality of first bolts, the second half shell is provided with a plurality of second bolts,the first bolts and the second bolts are correspondingly inserted;an outer wall of the first half shell is provided with a plurality of holes corresponding to the first bolts, and the holes are configured for screws to be screwed into the first bolts and the second bolts, and the soft rubber layer is filled into the holes.
9. The luminous baseball according to claim 8, wherein the integrated circuit board is placed along an extension direction of the first bolts and the second bolts.
10. The luminous baseball according to claim 8, wherein the leather layer is provided with openings corresponding to the first avoidance port and the second avoidance port, and a sealing plug is provided in the openings.
