[0017] In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the solution of the present application, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present application, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative work shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

[0018] Below, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described in conjunction with the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.

[0019] In the related art, the inventor of the present application discovers that, due to reasons such as the design difficulty of the machine body and the rotational requirements of the snow-discharging rotary drum, the shape of the machine body snow outlet of the machine body is difficult to match the shape of the bottom of the snow-discharging rotary drum. When the snow-discharging rotary drum rotates relative to the machine body, the snow-discharging rotary drum forms a step with the machine body, thereby hindering snow discharge of the snow removal device.

[0020] Please refer to FIGS. 1 and 6. Some embodiments of the present application provide a snow removal device 10, and the snow removal device 10 can be used in a snow removal equipment 20. In the following embodiments, the description will be mainly based on the example of the snow removal device 10 being used in the snow removal equipment 20. Other situations requiring the snow removal device 10 can refer to the embodiments.

[0021] Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 3, the snow removal device 10 may include a machine body assembly 100 and a snow-discharging rotary drum 200, and the machine body assembly 100 may include a machine body 110 and a transition ring seat 120. The machine body 110 may be provided with a machine body snow outlet 111, and the transition ring seat 120 may be connected to the machine body 110 and disposed around the machine body snow outlet 111. The transition ring seat 120 may be provided with an inner ring surface 121, and an end of the inner ring surface 121 facing away from the machine body snow outlet 111 is provided with a first circular rim 122. An inlet end 201 of the snow-discharging rotary drum 200 is rotatably connected to the machine body assembly 100, and the inlet end 201 may be provided with a second circular rim 201a. The second circular rim 201a may overlap the first circular rim 122. In this way, the transition ring seat 120 is connected to the machine body 110 and disposed around the machine body snow outlet 111, and the second circular rim 201a overlaps the first circular rim 122, such that the snow-discharging rotary drum 200 can cooperate with the first circular rim 122 of the transition ring seat 120 via the second circular rim 201a, thus avoiding the formation of a step between the snow-discharging rotary drum 200 and the machine body 110 during rotation, and further preventing the snow-discharging rotary drum 200 from obstructing the machine body snow outlet 111 during rotation, which is beneficial for snow discharge of the snow removal device 10.

[0022] The snow removal device 10 of some embodiments of the present application helps to eliminate the obstruction of the machine body snow outlet 111 by the snow-discharging rotary drum 200 by adding the transition ring seat 120, while the shape of the snow-discharging rotary drum 200 and the shape and mold of the machine body 110 may not need to be changed or may only require minor adjustments, which helps to reduce the design difficulty and production cost of the snow-discharging rotary drum 200 and the machine body 110.

[0023] The snow removal device 10 may further include a snow throwing mechanism 500, which may be disposed inside the machine body 110 and may throw the snow collected by the snow removal device 10 out from the machine body snow outlet 111.

[0024] The snow-discharging rotary drum 200 may rotate relative to the machine body 110 to control the snow discharge direction of the snow removal device 10. Specifically, when snow is thrown out from the machine body snow outlet 111, the snow will continue to move along the guiding direction of the snow-discharging rotary drum 200, such that the snow removal device 10 can discharge snow in a certain direction (the snow may be thrown out from the snow-discharging rotary drum 200 under the centrifugal force of the snow-discharging rotary drum 200).

[0025] The snow-discharging rotary drum 200 may be located above the machine body 110 of the snow removal device 10, which is beneficial for the snow removal device 10 to throw out snow, thereby facilitating the snow removal device 10 to quickly clear snow from a road and improving the efficiency of the snow removal device 10 in clearing road snow.

[0026] The snow-discharging rotary drum 200 may include an inlet end 201 and an outlet end 202 opposite to each other, the inlet end 201 being disposed toward the machine body assembly 100, and the outlet end 202 being disposed away from the machine body assembly 100.

[0027] The snow-discharging rotary drum 200 may include a rotary drum body 210 and an annular sleeve 220, the rotary drum body 210 may be provided with a first end 211 and a second end 212 opposite to each other, the first end 211 being disposed toward the machine body snow outlet 111, and the annular sleeve 220 may be fitted around the rotary drum body 210 and is located on a side of the first end 211. In this way, the annular sleeve 220 may be disposed on the periphery of the rotary drum body 210 and may frictionally contact the snow around the snow-discharging rotary drum 200, thereby reducing wear on the rotary drum body 210.

[0028] The annular sleeve 220 and the rotary drum body 210 may be connected as a single piece in various ways, such that the annular sleeve 220 rotates along with the rotary drum body 210.

[0029] The first end 211 and the second end 212 of the rotary drum body 210 are respectively two ends of the rotary drum body 210. The outlet end 202 may be the end of the rotary drum body 210 facing away from the machine body 110 of the snow removal device 10, and the second end 212 may be the outlet end 202 of the snow-discharging rotary drum 200.

[0030] The outer contour of the rotary drum body 210 may be generally arc-shaped. For example, the rotary drum body 210 may extend in an arc shape from the first end 211 in a direction away from the axis of rotation of the first end 211, thereby enabling the snow removal device 10 to control the snow discharge direction and helping the snow removal device 10 to throw out snow.

[0031] In some embodiments, the annular sleeve 220 may be detachably connected to the rotary drum body 210. For example, the annular sleeve 220 and the rotary drum body 210 may be connected by a snap-fit structure. As another example, the annular sleeve 220 and the rotary drum body 210 may be fixed together by fasteners such as screws, bolts, or studs. This facilitates the manufacturing of the annular sleeve 220 and the rotary drum body 210, as well as their assembly. In other embodiments, the annular sleeve 220 and the rotary drum body 210 may also be detachably connected in other ways.

[0032] The snow-discharging rotary drum 200 may further include a bracket 230. The bracket 230 may be fixedly connected to the annular sleeve 220; or, the bracket 230 may be fixedly connected to the rotary drum body 210; or alternatively, the bracket 230 may be fixedly connected to both the annular sleeve 220 and the rotary drum body 210.

[0033] Since the bracket 230 is located between the rotary drum body 210 and the machine body 110 and is disposed close to the machine body snow outlet 111, the bracket 230 may serve as the inlet end 201 of the snow-discharging rotary drum 200.

[0034] There are various ways for the inlet end 201 to be rotatably connected to the machine body assembly 100 of the snow removal device 10. For example, the inlet end 201 may be rotatably connected to at least one of the machine body 110 and the transition ring seat 120 of the snow removal device 10 via a bearing; as another example, the inlet end 201 may be provided with a rotating shaft, and at least one of the machine body 110 and the transition ring seat 120 of the snow removal device 10 may be provided with a rotating groove, such that the inlet end 201 can be rotatably connected to at least one of the machine body 110 and the transition ring seat 120.

[0035] There are various ways for the transition ring seat 120 to be connected to the machine body 110. For example, the transition ring seat 120 may be connected to the machine body 110 via screws; as another example, the transition ring seat 120 may be connected to the machine body 110 via a snap fit structure; as yet another example, the transition ring seat 120 may be connected to the machine body 110 via bolts, such that the transition ring seat 120 is fixed to the machine body 110.

[0036] Please refer to FIGS. 3 to 5. The outer contour of the transition ring seat 120 is generally annular. The inner diameter of the transition ring seat 120 may be adapted to the width of the machine body snow outlet 111. For example, the inner diameter of the transition ring seat 120 may be equal to the width of the machine body snow outlet 111; as another example, the inner diameter of the transition ring seat 120 may be greater than the width of the machine body snow outlet 111.

[0037] In some embodiments, the inner diameter d of the transition ring seat 120 gradually increases in a direction from the machine body snow outlet 111 toward the first circular rim 122. In this way, when snow moves in the transition ring seat 120, the movement space of the snow gradually increases, such that the transition ring seat 120 does not block the snow, helping the snow to quickly move from the transition ring seat 120 to the snow-discharging rotary drum 200.

[0038] The first circular rim 122 may be connected to the second circular rim 201a in a smooth transition manner, that is, the curvature of the first circular rim 122, the curvature at the connection portion of the first circular rim 122 and the second circular rim 201a, and the curvature of the second circular rim 201a are continuous. In this way, the snow-discharging rotary drum 200 can be connected to the transition ring seat 120 in a smooth transition manner, making the connection portion between the snow-discharging rotary drum 200 and the transition ring seat 120 relatively smooth, which helps snow to move more easily from the inner ring surface 121 to the snow-discharging rotary drum 200, thereby increasing the movement speed of the snow and improving snow removal efficiency.

[0039] Please refer to FIG. 3. In some embodiments, the machine body 110 may include a machine body snow outlet edge 112, which surrounds to form the machine body snow outlet 111. The end of the inner ring surface 121 facing away from the first circular rim 122 is provided with a ring seat edge 123, and the ring seat edge 123 overlaps the machine body snow outlet edge 112. Specifically, the inner diameter of the ring seat edge 123 is adapted to the inner diameter of the machine body snow outlet edge 112. For example, the inner diameter of the ring seat edge 123 may be slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the machine body snow outlet edge 112; as another example, the inner diameter of the ring seat edge 123 may be equal to the inner diameter of the machine body snow outlet edge 112; as yet another example, the inner diameter of the ring seat edge 123 may be slightly larger than the inner diameter of the machine body snow outlet edge 112. In this way, the ring seat edge 123 overlaps the machine body snow outlet edge 112, thus avoiding the formation of a step at the connection portion between the snow-discharging rotary drum 200 and the machine body 110, helping to reduce the risk of the transition ring seat 120 obstructing snow discharge. Moreover, the structure is simple and the cost is low.

[0040] In some embodiments, the machine body snow outlet edge 112 is a first polygonal edge, and the outer contour of the first polygonal edge may be generally polygonal. For example, the outer contour of the first polygonal edge may be generally quadrilateral, pentagonal, or hexagonal. The first polygonal edge may include a plurality of side edges, and the plurality of side edges of the first polygonal edge are connected in sequence to form the first polygonal edge.

[0041] The ring seat edge 123 is a second polygonal edge, and the outer contour of the second polygonal edge may be generally polygonal. For example, the outer contour of the second polygonal edge may be generally quadrilateral, pentagonal, or hexagonal. The second polygonal edge may also include a plurality of side edges, and the plurality of side edges of the second polygonal edge form the second polygonal edge.

[0042] The second polygonal edge may overlap the first polygonal edge, and the first polygonal edge is adapted to the second polygonal edge. Specifically, the plurality of side edges of the second polygonal edge overlap the plurality of side edges of the first polygonal edge in a one-to-one correspondence, that is, each side edge of the second polygonal edge overlaps a corresponding side edge of the first polygonal edge.

[0043] In this way, the second polygonal edge overlaps the first polygonal edge, thus avoiding the formation of a step at the connection portion between the transition ring seat 120 and the machine body 110, reducing the risk of the transition ring seat 120 obstructing the machine body snow outlet 111, which in turn helps the snow removal device 10 to discharge snow.

[0044] Furthermore, the machine body snow outlet edge 112 is a first polygonal edge, meaning that the outer contour of the machine body snow outlet edge 112 is generally polygonal, which helps to reduce the use of curved sheet metal parts for connection on the machine body 110, making the formation of the machine body 110 simpler, thereby reducing the difficulty of manufacturing the machine body 110.

[0045] In some embodiments, the second polygonal edge may include a plurality of side sub-edges 123a, and the plurality of side sub-edges 123a may form the second polygonal edge. The inner ring surface 121 located between the side sub-edges 123a and the first circular rim 122 gradually expands from the side sub-edges 123a in a direction away from the axis of the transition ring seat 120. Specifically, the inner ring surface 121 located between the side sub-edges 123a and the first circular rim 122 gradually expands from the side sub-edges 123a in a direction away from the axis of the transition ring seat 120; that is to say, the inner ring surface 121 located between the side sub-edges 123a and the first circular rim 122 is provided with a groove, and both the depth and width of the groove gradually increase from the side sub-edge 123a toward the first circular rim 122, such that the second polygonal edge can transition smoothly to the first circular rim 122. Furthermore, the shape of the groove can play a role in guiding the path of snow.

[0046] In this way, since the shape of the groove can play a role in guiding the path of snow, the inner ring surface 121 located between the side sub-edges 123a and the first circular rim 122 can guide the path of snow, which helps to guide the snow and facilitates the rapid movement of snow from the second polygonal edge to the first polygonal edge.

[0047] Furthermore, the inner ring surface 121 located between the side sub-edges 123a and the first circular rim 122 allows for a smooth transitional connection between the second polygonal edge and the first circular rim 122, avoiding the inner ring surface 121 located between the side sub-edges 123a and the first circular rim 122 from obstructing snow.

[0048] In some embodiments, the second polygonal edge may further include a plurality of chamfered sub-edges 123b, the side sub-edges 123a are provided on both sides of each chamfered sub-edge 123b. The inner ring surface 121 located between the chamfered sub-edge 123b and the side sub-edge 123a contracts gradually from the chamfered sub-edge 123b in a direction close to the axis of the transition ring seat 120. Specifically, the inner ring surface 121 located between the chamfered sub-edge 123b and the side sub-edge 123a contracts gradually from the chamfered sub-edge 123b in a direction close to the axis of the transition ring seat 120; that is to say, the inner ring surface 121 located between the chamfered sub-edges 123b and the first circular rim 122 is provided with a groove, and both the depth and width of the groove gradually decrease from the chamfered sub-edges 123b toward the first circular rim 122, such that the second polygonal edge can transition smoothly to the first circular rim 122, thereby allowing the transition ring seat 120 to transition from a square contour to a circular contour, so as to be correspondingly connected to the second circular rim 201a of the snow-discharging rotary drum 200 and the first polygonal edge of the machine body 110.

[0049] In some embodiments, the inner ring surface 121 is arranged towards the axis O of the transition ring seat 120, and the roughness Ra of the inner ring surface 121 is less than 1. Specifically, the roughness Ra of the inner ring surface 121 is less than 1; that is to say, the inner ring surface 121 can be made to have a roughness Ra of less than 1 through an industrial polishing process; or, the inner ring surface 121 may be provided with a smooth material coating with a roughness Ra of less than 1; or, the transition ring seat 120 may be manufactured using a material with a roughness Ra of less than 1.

[0050] In some embodiments, the roughness Ra of the inner ring surface 121 may be, but is not limited to: 0.99, 0.95, 0.9, 0.85, 0.8, 0.75, 0.7, 0.65, 0.6, 0.55, 0.5, 0.45, 0.4, 0.35, 0.3, 0.025, 0.2, 0.15, or 0.1. In this way, the inner ring surface 121 is relatively smooth, which helps to reduce the friction between the inner ring surface 121 and snow, and helps the snow removal device 10 to quickly throw out snow. Furthermore, the inner ring surface 121 is relatively smooth, which helps reduce snow accumulation on it and prevents the snow from freezing on the inner ring surface to affect the rotation of the snow-discharging rotary drum 200.

[0051] In some embodiments, the roughness Ra of the inner ring surface 121 is less than 0.8. For example, the roughness Ra of the inner ring surface 121 may be, but is not limited to: 0.79, 0.75, 0.7, 0.65, 0.6, 0.55, 0.5, 0.45, 0.4, 0.35, 0.3, 0.025, 0.2, 0.15, and 0.1. In this way, the roughness Ra of the inner ring surface 121 can be in a relatively small range, making the inner ring surface 121 smoother, which is more conducive to reducing the friction between the inner ring surface 121 and snow, as well as minimizing snow adhesion to the inner ring surface 121.

[0052] In some embodiments, the transition ring seat 120 is a nylon transition part or a polytetrafluoroethylene part, or, the inner ring surface 121 is provided with a nylon coating or a polytetrafluoroethylene coating, which can make the surface of the transition ring seat 120 relatively smooth and at a low cost.

[0053] Please refer to FIG. 3. In some embodiments, the snow removal device 10 may further include a sealing member 300. The sealing member 300 may be a silicone sealing member or a rubber sealing member. The sealing member 300 may be connected between the bracket 230 and the transition ring seat 120 to improve the sealing effect at the connection portion between the bracket 230 and the transition ring seat 120.

[0054] In some embodiments, the snow throwing mechanism 500 of the snow removal device 10 may include an impeller assembly 510. The impeller assembly 510 may include a plurality of centrifugal impellers 511. The impeller assembly 510 may be installed at the bottom portion of the machine body 110 and may be in direct contact with snow. When the centrifugal impellers 511 rotate at high speed, the snow collected by the plurality of centrifugal impellers 511 is collected into the machine body 110 under the action of centrifugal force and is thrown out through the snow-discharging rotary drum 200.

[0055] Some embodiments of the present application provide a snow removal equipment 20. The snow removal equipment 20 includes the snow removal device 10 and a self-moving device 400. The self-moving device 400 may be connected to the machine body 110 of the snow removal device 10 to carry the snow removal device 10 for snow removal. For the specific structure of the snow removal device 10, please refer to the above embodiments. Since the snow removal equipment 20 adopts all the technical solutions of all the above embodiments, it at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments, which will not be repeated here.
