[0005] The disclosure relates to scrubbing devices and more particularly pertains to a new scrubbing device for scrubbing skin of a user. The device includes a handle and member that is slidably attached to the handle such that the member has a telescopically adjustable length with respect to the handle. The device includes a brush head attached to the member and a plurality of bristles attached to the brush head. The device includes a soap reservoir integrate into the handle which contains a fluid soap and a fluid pump integrated into the handle which pumps the fluid soap from the soap reservoir onto the brushing head.(2) Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 and 1.98
[0006] The prior art relates to scrubbing devices including: a powered scrub brush device that includes a curved handle and a brush rotatably attached to the curved handle and a motor and a series of gears which rotate the brush; a combination back scratcher and lotion applicator device that includes a curved handle and a lotion tube within the curved handle and a plurality of interchangeable pivotable heads that are attachable to the curved handle; a variety of scrubbing devices that each at least includes a flexible handle and a scrubber attached to the flexible handle for scrubbing a user; a powered scrubbing wand device that includes a handle and a cleaning head rotatably attached to the handle and a drive unit which rotates the cleaning head and a spray unit for spraying fluid soap. In no instance does the prior art disclose a soap dispensing scrubbing device that includes a handle and a member slidably attached to the handle such that the member has a telescopically adjustable length with respect to the handle and a brush head attached to the member and a soap reservoir which contains a fluid soap and a fluid pump which pumps the fluid soap onto the brush head.(h) BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0007] An embodiment of the disclosure meets the needs presented above by generally comprising a handle which is gripped by a user while the user is bathing. A soap reservoir is positioned within the handle which contains a fluid soap. A member is slidably coupled to the handle and the member has a telescopically adjustable length with respect to the handle. A brush head is attached to the member and a fluid pump is positioned within the handle. The fluid pump urges the fluid soap from the soap reservoir to the brush head when the fluid pump is turned on. A plurality of bristles is each coupled to the brush head to brush the skin of the user to clean the skin of the user. The plurality of bristles receives the fluid soap to enhance cleaning the skin of the user.

[0019] With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to FIGS. 1 through 8 thereof, a new scrubbing device embodying the principles and concepts of an embodiment of the disclosure and generally designated by the reference numeral 10 will be described.
[0020] As best illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 8, the soap dispensing scrubbing device 10 generally comprises a handle 12 which can be gripped by a user 14 while the user 14 is bathing. The handle 12 is hollow and the handle 12 has a bottom end 16 and a top end 18; the top end 18 is open into an interior of the handle 12 and the bottom end 16 is closed. The handle 12 has an outer wall 20 extending between the top end 18 and the bottom end 16 and the outer wall 20 is continuously arcuate about an axis extending between the top end 18 and the bottom end 16 such that the handle 12 has a cylindrical shape which can be comfortably gripped by the user 14. The outer wall 20 has a medial section 22 angling inwardly between a lower section 24 and an upper section 26; the lower section 24 has a diameter which is greater than a diameter of the upper section 26. Furthermore, the medial section 22 is positioned closer to the top end 18 than the bottom end 16. The lower section 24 is associated with the bottom end 16 and the upper section 26 is associated with the top end 18.
[0021] The outer wall 20 has a first slot 28 extending through the lower section 24 into the interior of the lower section 24. The first slot 28 is elongated along the axis extending between the top end 18 and the bottom end 16 such that the first slot 28 has an ovoid shape. Furthermore, the first slot 28 is centrally located between the bottom end 16 and the medial section 22 of the outer wall 20. The outer wall 20 has a second slot 30 extending through the lower section 24 into the interior of the lower section 24. The second slot 30 is elongated along the axis extending between the top end 18 and the bottom end 16 such that the second slot 30 has an ovoid shape. Additionally, the second slot 30 is positioned between the first slot 28 and the medial section 22 and the second slot 30 is aligned with the first slot 28. The outer wall 20 has a plurality of adjustment holes 32 each extending through the upper section 26 into the interior of the handle 12. Each adjustment hole 32 of the plurality of adjustment holes 32 is evenly spaced apart from each other and is distributed between the medial section 22 and the top end 18; the plurality of adjustment holes 32 is aligned with the first slot 28 and the second slot 30.
[0022] The lower section 24 of the outer wall 20 has a recessed portion 34 and the recessed portion 34 extends from the bottom end 16 toward the medial section 22. The recessed portion 34 has a diameter which is less than the diameter of the lower section 24. Additionally, the recessed portion 34 has an outer surface 36 and the outer surface 36 is threaded. A cap 38 is provided which has a basal wall 40 and a perimeter wall 42 extending upwardly from the basal wall 40. The perimeter wall 42 has an inwardly facing surface 44 and the inwardly facing surface 44 is threaded. Furthermore, the inwardly facing surface 44 threadably engages the outer surface 36 of the recessed portion 34 of the lower section 24 of the outer wall 20 of the handle 12 for removably attaching the cap 38 to the recessed portion 34.
[0023] A cushion 46 surrounds the lower section 24 of the outer wall 20 of the handle 12 and the cushion 46 extends from the recessed portion 34 of the lower section 24 of the outer wall 20 toward the first slot 28 in the outer wall 20. Furthermore, the cushion 46 can be gripped by the user 14 when the user 14 grips the handle 12. The cushion 46 is comprised of a resiliently compressible material, including but not being limited to rubber or silicone, to enhance comfort for the user 14 when the user 14 grips the cushion 46. The cushion 46 has an exterior surface 48 and the cushion 46 has a plurality of depressions 50 each extending into the exterior surface 48. Each of the plurality of depressions 50 extends around a full circumference of the exterior surface 48 and the plurality of depressions 50 is evenly spaced apart from each other and are distributed along a full length of the cushion 46. Furthermore, the plurality of depressions 50 enhances an ability of the user 14 to grip the cushion 46.
[0024] A soap reservoir 52 is positioned within the handle 12 and the soap reservoir 52 can contain a fluid soap 54. The soap reservoir 52 is located in the lower section 24 of the handle 12 and the soap reservoir 52 is positioned closer to the medial section 22 of the outer wall 20 than the bottom end 16 of the handle 12. The outer wall 20 has a fill hole 56 extending through the lower section 24 of the handle 12 and the fill hole 56 extends into the soap reservoir 52 to fill the soap reservoir 52 with the fluid soap 54. The fluid soap 54 may be a fluid soap of any conventional design that is commonly employed for washing human skin.
[0025] A cover 58 is provided that has a coupled edge 60 and a bottom surface 62; the coupled edge 60 is hingedly coupled to the lower section 24 of the outer wall 20 of the handle 12. Additionally, the coupled edge 60 is located between the fill hole 56 and the medial section 22 of the outer wall 20 of the handle 12. The cover 58 has an annular ring 64 which is disposed on the bottom surface 62 of the cover 58 and the annular ring 64 extends into the fill hole 56 when the cover 58 is urged into a closed position for closing the fill hole 56. Conversely, the annular ring 64 is displaced from the fill hole 56 when the cover 58 is urged into an open position. The annular ring 64 frictionally engages a bounding surface 66 of the fill hole 56 when the annular ring 64 extends into the fill hole 56 for removably retaining the cover 58 in the closed position. Additionally, the cover 58 may be comprised of a flexible material, including but not being limited to rubber or silicone, to enable to the cover 58 to be positioned between the open position and the closed position.
[0026] A member 68 is provided and the member 68 is slidably coupled to the handle 12. Additionally, the member 68 has a telescopically adjustable length with respect to the handle 12. The member 68 has a lower end 70 and an upper end 72 and the member 68 has an exterior wall 74 extending between the lower end 70 and the upper end 72. Furthermore, the top end 18 of the handle 12 insertably receives the lower end 70 of the member 68. A lock 76 is provided and the lock 76 is movably coupled to the exterior wall 74 of the member 68. The lock 76 is biased to extend away from the exterior wall 74 and the lock 76 is urgeable to travel toward the exterior wall 74. The lock 76 extends through a respective adjustment hole 32 of the plurality of adjustment holes 32 in the upper section 26 of the outer wall 20 of the handle 12. Additionally, the lock 76 adjusts a combined length of the member 68 and the handle 12 when the lock 76 extends through the respective adjustment hole 32. The lock 76 retains the member 68 at a selected degree of extension from the handle 12 when the lock 76 extends through the respective adjustment hole 32.
[0027] A brush head 78 is attached to the member 68 and the brush head 78 lies on a plane which is oriented parallel to the member 68 such that the brush head 78 can be placed against skin 80 of the user 14 when the user 14 grips the handle 12. A block 82 is provided which has a front surface 84 and a back surface 86; the block 82 has a top surface 88 and a bottommost surface 90. Each of the top surface 88 and the bottommost surface 90 extends between the front surface 84 and the back surface 86. Furthermore, the back surface 86 is convexly arcuate between the top surface 88 and the bottommost surface 90 such that the block 82 has a Quonset shape. The brush head 78 has a rear surface 92 and a forward surface 94 and the front surface 84 of the block 82 is coupled to the rear surface 92 of the head. Furthermore, the block 82 is centrally located on the rear surface 92 and the upper end 72 of the member 68 is coupled to the bottommost surface 90 of the block 82.
[0028] A first conduit 96 is integrated into the member 68 and the block 82. The first conduit 96 extends between the lower end 70 of the member 68 and a point which is spaced from the top surface 88 of the block 82. A plurality of second conduits 98 each extends between the forward surface 94 of the brush head 78 and the first conduit 96. Each second conduit 98 of the plurality of second conduits 98 is in fluid communication with the first conduit 96. Additionally, the plurality of second conduits 98 is evenly spaced apart from each other and is distributed around a center point of the forward surface 94 of the brush head 78.
[0029] A fluid pump 100 is provided and the fluid pump 100 is positioned within the handle 12. The fluid pump 100 is in fluid communication between the soap reservoir 52 and the brush head 78 such that the fluid pump 100 can urge the fluid soap 54 from the soap reservoir 52 to the brush head 78 when the fluid pump 100 is turned on. The fluid pump 100 is located within the lower section 24 of the handle 12 and the fluid pump 100 is positioned between the soap reservoir 52 and the medial section 22 of the handle 12. The fluid pump 100 has an input 102 and an output 104; the input 102 is in fluid communication with the soap reservoir 52 such that the fluid pump 100 can urge the fluid soap 54 inwardly into the input 102 and outwardly from the output 104 when the fluid pump 100 is turned on. Furthermore, the fluid pump 100 may comprise an electric fluid pump of any conventional design which has an output volume that is adjustable.
[0030] A tube 106 is provided that has a coupled end 108 and a free end 110; the tube 106 is located in the first conduit 96 in the member 68. The coupled end 108 of the tube 106 is in fluid communication with output 104 of the fluid pump 100 such that the tube 106 receives the fluid soap 54 from the output 104 when the fluid pump 100 is turned on. The free end 110 of the tube 106 is in fluid communication with each second conduit 98 of the plurality of second conduits 98 in the brush head 78. Furthermore, the tube 106 releases the fluid soap 54 into each second conduit 98 of the plurality of second conduits 98 when the fluid pump 100 is turned on. In addition, the tube 106 slides freely in the first conduit 96 when the combined length of the handle 12 and the member 68 is adjusted.
[0031] A plurality of bristles 112 is provided and each bristle 112 of the plurality of bristles 112 is coupled to the brush head 78. Each bristle 112 of the plurality of bristles 112 can brush the skin 80 of the user 14 to clean the skin 80 of the user 14. The plurality of bristles 112 is in communication with the fluid pump 100 such that the plurality of bristles 112 receives the fluid soap 54 to enhance cleaning the skin 80 of the user 14. The brush head 78 has a lip 114 extending away from the forward surface 94 of the brush head 78 and the lip 114 extends around a full perimeter of the forward surface 94. Each bristle 112 of the plurality of bristles 112 has a coupled end 116 and the coupled end 116 of each bristle 112 of the plurality of bristles 112 is coupled to the forward surface 94 of the brush head 78. Furthermore, the lip 114 surrounds the plurality of bristles 112 and the plurality of bristles 112 is evenly distributed over an entire area of the forward surface 94 of the brush head 78. Each bristle 112 of the plurality of bristles 112 is comprised of a resiliently flexible material, including but not being limited rubber or plastic, such that the plurality of bristles 112 can scrub the skin 80 of the user 14 without scratching or otherwise injuring the skin 80 of the user 14.
[0032] A vibration unit 118 is integrated into the block 82 and the vibration unit 118 is in mechanical communication with the block 82. The vibration unit 118 vibrates each of the block 82 and the brush head 78 and the plurality of bristles 112 when the vibration unit 118 is turned on. Furthermore, the vibration unit 118 enhances comfort for the user 14 when the plurality of bristles 112 is employed to brush the skin 80 of the user 14 by vibrating the plurality of bristles 112. Additionally, the vibration unit 118 may comprise an electromechanical vibration unit which may include an electric motor and an eccentric cam that is rotated by the electric motor or other type of electronic vibration unit.
[0033] A vibration switch 120 is integrated into the lower section 24 of the outer wall 20 of the handle 12 and the vibration switch 120 has a vibration knob 122. The vibration knob 122 extends outwardly through the first slot 28 such that the vibration knob 122 is accessible to the user 14. The vibration switch 120 is in electrical communication with the vibration unit 118 and the vibration knob 122 is slidable between a minimum position and a maximum position. Furthermore, the vibration switch 120 adjusts an operational speed of the vibration unit 118 between a minimum operational speed and a maximum operational speed which corresponds to a position of the vibration knob 122 with respect to the minimum position and the maximum position. Subsequently, the operational speed of the vibration unit 118 can be adjusted by the user 14.
[0034] The vibration knob 122 has an exposed surface 124 and vibration indica 126 are applied to the exposed surface which comprise the letter “V”128. The vibration unit 118 is turned off when the vibration switch 120 is fully positioned in the minimum position and the vibration unit 118 is turned on when the vibration switch 120 is moved from the minimum position. First speed indicia 119 are applied to the lower section 24 of the outer wall 20 of the handle 12 adjacent to the first slot 28 comprising the letters “O”121 and “L”123 and “M”125 and “H”127 for indication and off position and a low position and a medium position and a high position of the vibration knob 122.
[0035] A soap switch 130 is integrated into the lower section 24 of the outer wall 20 of the handle 12 and the soap switch 130 has a soap knob 132. The soap knob 132 extends outwardly through the second slot 30 such that the soap knob 132 is accessible to the user 14. The soap switch 130 is in electrical communication with the fluid pump 100 and the soap knob 132 is slidable between a minimum position of the soap knob 132 and a maximum position of the soap knob 132. Furthermore, the soap switch 130 adjusts an output of the fluid pump 100 between a minimum output and a maximum output which corresponds to a position of the soap knob 132 with respect to the minimum position of the soap knob 132 and the maximum position of the soap knob 132. Subsequently, the fluid output of the fluid pump 100 can be adjusted by the user 14.
[0036] The soap knob 132 has an exposed surface 134 of the soap knob 132 and soap indicia 136 are applied to the exposed surface 134 of the soap knob 132 which comprise the letter “S”117. The fluid pump 100 is turned off when the soap switch 130 is fully moved into the minimum position and the fluid pump 100 is turned on when the soap switch 130 is moved from the minimum position. Second speed indicia 129 are applied to the lower section 24 of the outer wall 20 of the handle 12 adjacent to the second slot 30 comprising the letters “O”131 and “L”133 and “M”135 and “H”137 for indicating an off position and a low position and a medium position and a high position of the soap knob 132.
[0037] A power supply 138 is integrated into handle 12 and the power supply 138 is located in the lower section 24 of the outer wall 20 of the handle 12. The power supply 138 is in electrical communication with the vibration switch 120 and the power supply 138 is in electrical communication with the soap switch 130. The power supply 138 includes a rechargeable battery 140 which is located within the lower section 24 of the outer wall 20 of the handle 12. The rechargeable battery 140 is positioned between the vibration switch 120 and the bottom end 16 of the handle 12. Furthermore, the rechargeable battery 140 is in electrical communication with the vibration switch 120 and the rechargeable battery 140 is in electrical communication with the soap switch 130. The power supply 138 includes a charge port 142 which is recessed into the bottom end 16 of the handle 12 and the charge port 142 can be electrically mated to a charge cord 144. Furthermore, the charge port 142 is in electrical communication with the rechargeable battery 140 for charging the rechargeable battery 140. The charge port 142 may comprise a micro universal serial bus port or other type of female charge port that is common to rechargeable electronic devices.
[0038] In use, the lock 76 is depressed to enable the combined length of the member 68 and the handle 12 to be adjusted in accordance with preferences of the user 14 and the lock 76 is released such that the lock 76 extends outwardly through a respective adjustment hole 32. The cap 38 is positioned in the open position and the soap reservoir 52 is filled with the fluid soap 54 and the cap 38 is positioned in the closed position when the soap reservoir 52 is filled with the fluid soap 54. The soap switch 130 is moved from the minimum position to actuate the fluid pump 100 and the soap switch 130 is positioned at a desired position between the minimum position and the maximum position to distribute a desired volume of the fluid soap 54 onto the plurality of bristles 112. Additionally, the vibration switch 120 is moved from the minimum position to actuate the vibration unit 118, should the user 14 desire to do so, and the vibration switch 120 is positioned at a desired position between the minimum position and the maximum position to adjust the intensity of the vibration unit 118. The user 14 grips the cushion 46 and the user 14 scrubs their skin 80 with the plurality of bristles 112 while the user 14 is bathing such that the user 14 can clean their skin 80.
[0039] With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.

Claims
1. A soap dispensing scrubbing device for scrubbing a body of a user while the user is bathing, said device comprising:a handle being configured to be gripped by the user while the user is bathing, said handle being hollow;a soap reservoir being positioned within said handle wherein said soap reservoir is configured to contain a fluid soap;a member being slidably coupled to said handle, said member having a telescopically adjustable length with respect to said handle;a brush head being attached to said member, said brush head lying on a plane being oriented parallel to said member wherein said brush head is configured to be placed against skin of the user when the user grips said handle;a fluid pump being positioned within said handle, said fluid pump being in fluid communication between said soap reservoir and said brush head wherein said fluid pump is configured to urge the fluid soap from said soap reservoir to said brush head when said fluid pump is turned on; anda plurality of bristles, each bristle of said plurality of bristles being coupled to said brush head wherein each bristle of said plurality of bristles is configured to brush the skin of the user to clean the skin of the user, said plurality of bristles being in communication with said fluid pump wherein said plurality of bristles is configured to receive the fluid soap to enhance cleaning the skin of the user.
2. The soap dispensing scrubbing device according to claim 1, wherein:said handle has a bottom end and a top end;said top end is open into an interior of said handle;said bottom end is closed;said handle has an outer wall extending between said top end and said bottom end;said outer wall is continuously arcuate about an axis extending between said top end and said bottom end such that said handle has a cylindrical shape wherein said handle is configured to be comfortably gripped by the user;said outer wall has a medial section angling inwardly between a lower section and an upper section;said lower section has a diameter being greater than a diameter of said upper section;said medial section is positioned closer to said top end than said bottom end;said lower section is associated with said bottom end; andsaid upper section is associated with said top end.

The soap dispensing scrubbing device according to claim 2, wherein:said outer wall has a first slot extending through said lower section into said interior of said lower section;said first slot is elongated along said axis extending between said top end and said bottom end such that said first slot has an ovoid shape; andsaid first slot is centrally located between said bottom end and said medial section of said outer wall.

The soap dispensing scrubbing device according to claim 3, wherein:said outer wall has a second slot extending through said lower section into said interior of said lower section;said second slot is elongated along said axis extending between said top end and said bottom end such that said second slot has an ovoid shape;said second slot is positioned between said first slot and said medial section; andsaid second slot is aligned with said first slot.
5. The soap dispensing scrubbing device according to claim 4, wherein:said outer wall has a plurality of adjustment holes each extending through said upper section into said interior of said handle;each adjustment hole of said plurality of adjustment holes is evenly spaced apart from each other and is distributed between said medial section and said top end; andsaid plurality of adjustment holes is aligned with said first slot and said second slot.
6. The soap dispensing scrubbing device according to claim 2, wherein:said lower section of said outer wall has a recessed portion;said recessed portion extends from said bottom end toward said medial section;said recessed portion has a diameter being less than said diameter of said lower section;said recessed portion has an outer surface;said outer surface is threaded;said device includes a cap having a basal wall and a perimeter wall extending upwardly from said basal wall;said perimeter wall has an inwardly facing surface;said inwardly facing surface is threaded; andsaid inwardly facing surface threadably engages said outer surface of said recessed portion of said lower section of said outer wall of said handle for removably attaching said cap to said recessed portion.

The soap dispensing scrubbing device according to claim 2, wherein:said soap reservoir is located in said lower section of said handle;said soap reservoir is positioned closer to said medial section of said outer wall than said bottom end of said handle;said outer wall has a fill hole extending through said lower section of said handle; andsaid fill hole extends into said soap reservoir wherein said fill hole is configured to fill said soap reservoir with the fluid soap.

The soap dispensing scrubbing device according to claim 7, wherein:said soap dispensing scrubbing device includes a cover having a coupled edge and a bottom surface;said coupled edge is hingedly coupled to said lower section of said outer wall of said handle;said coupled edge is located between said fill hole and said medial section of said outer wall of said handle;said cover has an annular ring being disposed on said bottom surface of said cover;said annular ring extends into said fill hole when said cover is urged into a closed position for closing said fill hole;said annular ring is displaced from said fill hole when said cover is urged into an open position; andsaid annular ring frictionally engages a bounding surface of said fill hole when said annular ring extends into said fill hole for removably retaining said cover in said closed position.
9. The soap dispensing scrubbing device according to claim 5, wherein:said member has a lower end and an upper end;said member has an exterior wall extending between said lower end and said upper end; andsaid top end of said handle insertably receives said lower end of said member;said soap dispensing scrubbing device includes a lock being movably coupled to said exterior wall of said member;said lock is biased to extend away from said exterior wall;said lock is urgeable to travel toward said exterior wall; andsaid lock extends through a respective adjustment hole of said plurality of adjustment holes in said upper section of said outer wall of said handle.
10. The soap dispensing scrubbing device according to claim 9, wherein:said lock adjusts a combined length of said member and said handle when said lock extends through said respective adjustment hole; andsaid lock retains said member at a selected degree of extension from said handle when said lock extends through said respective adjustment hole.
11. The soap dispensing scrubbing device according to claim 9, wherein:said soap dispensing scrubbing device includes a block having a front surface and a back surface;said block has a top surface and a bottommost surface;each of said top surface and said bottommost surface extends between said front surface and said back surface;said back surface is convexly arcuate between said top surface and said bottommost surface such that said block has a Quonset shape;said brush head has a rear surface and a forward surface;said front surface of said block is coupled to said rear surface of said head;said block is centrally located on said rear surface; andsaid upper end of said member is coupled to said bottommost surface of said block.
12. The soap dispensing scrubbing device according to claim 11, wherein:said soap dispensing scrubbing device includes a first conduit being integrated into said member and said block;said first conduit extends between said lower end of said member and a point being spaced from said top surface of said block;said soap dispensing scrubbing device includes a plurality of second conduits;each second conduit of said plurality of second conduits extends between said forward surface of said brush head and said first conduit;each second conduit of said plurality of second conduits is in fluid communication with said first conduit; andsaid plurality of second conduits is evenly spaced apart from each other and is distributed around a center point of said forward surface of said brush head.
13. The soap dispensing scrubbing device according to claim 12, wherein:said fluid pump is located within said lower section of said handle;said fluid pump is positioned between said soap reservoir and said medial section of said handle;said fluid pump has an input and an output; andsaid input is in fluid communication with said soap reservoir wherein said fluid pump is configured to urge the fluid soap inwardly into said input and outwardly from said output when said fluid pump is turned on.
14. The soap dispensing scrubbing device according to claim 1, wherein:said brush head has a forward surface;said brush head has a lip extending away from said forward surface of said brush head;said lip extends around a full perimeter of said forward surface;each bristle of said plurality of bristles has a coupled end;said coupled end of each bristle of said plurality of bristles is coupled to said forward surface of said brush head;said lip surrounds said plurality of bristles; andsaid plurality of bristles is evenly distributed over an entire area of said forward surface of said brush head.
15. The soap dispensing scrubbing device according to claim 11, wherein:said soap dispensing scrubbing device includes a vibration unit being integrated into said block;said vibration unit is in mechanical communication with said block; andsaid vibration unit vibrates each of said block and said brush head and said plurality of bristles when said vibration unit is turned on wherein said vibration unit is configured to enhance comfort for the user when said plurality of bristles is employed to brush the skin of the user.
16. The soap dispensing scrubbing device according to claim 15, wherein:said soap dispensing scrubbing device includes a vibration switch being integrated into said lower section of said outer wall of said handle;said vibration switch has a vibration knob;said vibration knob extends outwardly through said first slot wherein said vibration knob is configured to be accessible to the user;said vibration switch is in electrical communication with said vibration unit;said vibration knob is slidable between a minimum position and a maximum position; andsaid vibration switch adjusts an operational speed of said vibration unit between a minimum operational speed and a maximum operational speed which corresponds to a position of said vibration knob with respect to said minimum position and said maximum position wherein said operational speed of said vibration unit is configured to be adjusted by the user.

The soap dispensing scrubbing device according to claim 4, wherein:said soap dispensing scrubbing device includes a soap switch being integrated into said lower section of said outer wall of said handle;said soap switch has a soap knob;said soap knob extends outwardly through said second slot wherein said soap knob is configured to be accessible to the user;said soap switch is in electrical communication with said fluid pump;said soap knob is slidable between a minimum position of said soap knob and a maximum position of said soap knob; andsaid soap switch adjusts an output of said fluid pump between a minimum output and a maximum output which corresponds to a position of said soap knob with respect to said minimum position of said soap knob and said maximum position of said soap knob wherein said output of said fluid pump is configured to be adjusted by the user.

The soap dispensing scrubbing device according to claim 4, wherein:said soap dispensing scrubbing device includes a vibration switch being integrated into said handle;said soap dispensing scrubbing device includes a power supply being integrated into handle;said power supply is located in said lower section of said outer wall of said handle;said power supply is in electrical communication with said vibration switch;said power supply is in electrical communication with said soap switch;said power supply includes a rechargeable battery being located within said lower section of said outer wall of said handle;said rechargeable battery is positioned between said vibration switch and said bottom end of said handle;said rechargeable battery is in electrical communication with said vibration switch;said rechargeable battery is in electrical communication with said soap switch;said power supply includes a charge port being recessed into said bottom end of said handle wherein said charge port is configured to be electrically mated to a charge cord; andsaid charge port is in electrical communication with said rechargeable battery for charging said rechargeable battery.

A soap dispensing scrubbing device for scrubbing a body of a user while the user is bathing, said device comprising:a handle being configured to be gripped by the user while the user is bathing, said handle being hollow, said handle having a bottom end and a top end, said top end being open into an interior of said handle, said bottom end being closed, said handle having an outer wall extending between said top end and said bottom end, said outer wall being continuously arcuate about an axis extending between said top end and said bottom end such that said handle has a cylindrical shape wherein said handle is configured to be comfortably gripped by the user, said outer wall having a medial section angling inwardly between a lower section and an upper section, said lower section having a diameter being greater than a diameter of said upper section, said medial section being positioned closer to said top end than said bottom end, said lower section being associated with said bottom end, said upper section being associated with said top end, said outer wall having a first slot extending through said lower section into said interior of said lower section, said first slot being elongated along said axis extending between said top end and said bottom end such that said first slot has an ovoid shape, said first slot being centrally located between said bottom end and said medial section of said outer wall, said outer wall having a second slot extending through said lower section into said interior of said lower section, said second slot being elongated along said axis extending between said top end and said bottom end such that said second slot has an ovoid shape, said second slot being positioned between said first slot and said medial section, said second slot being aligned with said first slot, said outer wall having a plurality of adjustment holes each extending through said upper section into said interior of said handle, each adjustment hole of said plurality of adjustment holes being evenly spaced apart from each other and being distributed between said medial section and said top end, said plurality of adjustment holes being aligned with said first slot and said second slot, said lower section of said outer wall having a recessed portion, said recessed portion extending from said bottom end toward said medial section, said recessed portion having a diameter being less than said diameter of said lower section, said recessed portion having an outer surface, said outer surface being threaded;a cap having a basal wall and a perimeter wall extending upwardly from said basal wall, said perimeter wall having an inwardly facing surface, said inwardly facing surface being threaded, said inwardly facing surface threadably engaging said outer surface of said recessed portion of said lower section of said outer wall of said handle for removably attaching said cap to said recessed portion;a soap reservoir being positioned within said handle wherein said soap reservoir is configured to contain a fluid soap, said soap reservoir being located in said lower section of said handle, said soap reservoir being positioned closer to said medial section of said outer wall than said bottom end of said handle, said outer wall having a fill hole extending through said lower section of said handle, said fill hole extending into said soap reservoir wherein said fill hole is configured to fill said soap reservoir with the fluid soap;a cover having a coupled edge and a bottom surface, said coupled edge being hingedly coupled to said lower section of said outer wall of said handle, said coupled edge being located between said fill hole and said medial section of said outer wall of said handle, said cover having an annular ring being disposed on said bottom surface of said cover, said annular ring extending into said fill hole when said cover is urged into a closed position for closing said fill hole, said annular ring being displaced from said fill hole when said cover is urged into an open position, said annular ring frictionally engaging a bounding surface of said fill hole when said annular ring extends into said fill hole for removably retaining said cover in said closed position;a member being slidably coupled to said handle, said member having a telescopically adjustable length with respect to said handle, said member having a lower end and an upper end, said member having an exterior wall extending between said lower end and said upper end, said top end of said handle insertably receiving said lower end of said member;a lock being movably coupled to said exterior wall of said member, said lock being biased to extend away from said exterior wall, said lock being urgeable to travel toward said exterior wall, said lock extending through a respective adjustment hole of said plurality of adjustment holes in said upper section of said outer wall of said handle, said lock adjusting a combined length of said member and said handle when said lock extends through said respective adjustment hole, said lock retaining said member at a selected degree of extension from said handle when said lock extends through said respective adjustment hole;a brush head being attached to said member, said brush head lying on a plane being oriented parallel to said member wherein said brush head is configured to be placed against skin of the user when the user grips said handle;a block having a front surface and a back surface, said block having a top surface and a bottommost surface, each of said top surface and said bottommost surface extending between said front surface and said back surface, said back surface being convexly arcuate between said top surface and said bottommost surface such that said block has a Quonset shape, said brush head having a rear surface and a forward surface, said front surface of said block being coupled to said rear surface of said head, said block being centrally located on said rear surface, said upper end of said member being coupled to said bottommost surface of said block;a first conduit being integrated into said member and said block, said first conduit extending between said lower end of said member and a point being spaced from said top surface of said block;a plurality of second conduits, each second conduit of said plurality of second conduits extending between said forward surface of said brush head and said first conduit, each second conduit of said plurality of second conduits being in fluid communication with said first conduit, said plurality of second conduits being evenly spaced apart from each other and being distributed around a center point of said forward surface of said brush head;a fluid pump being positioned within said handle, said fluid pump being in fluid communication between said soap reservoir and said brush head wherein said fluid pump is configured to urge the fluid soap from said soap reservoir to said brush head when said fluid pump is turned on, said fluid pump being located within said lower section of said handle, said fluid pump being positioned between said soap reservoir and said medial section of said handle, said fluid pump having an input and an output, said input being in fluid communication with said soap reservoir wherein said fluid pump is configured to urge the fluid soap inwardly into said input and outwardly from said output when said fluid pump is turned on;a member having a coupled end and a free end, said member being located in said first conduit in said member, said coupled end of said member being in fluid communication with output of said fluid pump wherein said member is configured to receive the fluid soap from said output when said fluid pump is turned on, said free end of said member being in fluid communication with each second conduit of said plurality of second conduits in said brush head wherein said member is configured to release the fluid soap into each second conduit of said plurality of second conduits when said fluid pump is turned on, said member sliding freely in said first conduit when said combined length of said handle and said member is adjusted;a plurality of bristles, each bristle of said plurality of bristles being coupled to said brush head wherein each bristle of said plurality of bristles is configured to brush the skin of the user to clean the skin of the user, said plurality of bristles being in communication with said fluid pump wherein said plurality of bristles is configured to receive the fluid soap to enhance cleaning the skin of the user, said brush head having a lip extending away from said forward surface of said brush head, said lip extending around a full perimeter of said forward surface, each bristle of said plurality of bristles having a coupled end, said coupled end of each bristle of said plurality of bristles being coupled to said forward surface of said brush head, said lip surrounding said plurality of bristles, said plurality of bristles being evenly distributed over an entire area of said forward surface of said brush head;a vibration unit being integrated into said block, said vibration unit being in mechanical communication with said block, said vibration unit vibrating each of said block and said brush head and said plurality of bristles when said vibration unit is turned on wherein said vibration unit is configured to enhance comfort for the user when said plurality of bristles is employed to brush the skin of the user;a vibration switch being integrated into said lower section of said outer wall of said handle, said vibration switch having a vibration knob, said vibration knob extending outwardly through said first slot wherein said vibration knob is configured to be accessible to the user, said vibration switch being in electrical communication with said vibration unit, said vibration knob being slidable between a minimum position and a maximum position, said vibration switch adjusting an operational speed of said vibration unit between a minimum operational speed and a maximum operational speed which corresponds to a position of said vibration knob with respect to said minimum position and said maximum position wherein said operational speed of said vibration unit is configured to be adjusted by the user, said vibration knob having an exposed surface, said vibration knob having vibration indica being applied to said exposed surface, said vibration indica comprising the letter “V”;a soap switch being integrated into said lower section of said outer wall of said handle, said soap switch having a soap knob, said soap knob extending outwardly through said second slot wherein said soap knob is configured to be accessible to the user, said soap switch being in electrical communication with said fluid pump, said soap knob being slidable between a minimum position of said soap knob and a maximum position of said soap knob, said soap switch adjusting an output of said fluid pump between a minimum output and a maximum output which corresponds to a position of said soap knob with respect to said minimum position of said soap knob and said maximum position of said soap knob wherein said output of said fluid pump is configured to be adjusted by the user, said soap knob having an exposed surface of said soap knob, said soap knob having soap indicia being applied to said exposed surface of said soap knob, said soap indicia comprising the letter “S”; anda power supply being integrated into handle, said power supply being located in said lower section of said outer wall of said handle, said power supply being in electrical communication with said vibration switch, said power supply being in electrical communication with said soap switch, said power supply comprising:a rechargeable battery being located within said lower section of said outer wall of said handle, said rechargeable battery being positioned between said vibration switch and said bottom end of said handle, said rechargeable battery being in electrical communication with said vibration switch, said rechargeable battery being in electrical communication with said soap switch; anda charge port being recessed into said bottom end of said handle wherein said charge port is configured to be electrically mated to a charge cord, said charge port being in electrical communication with said rechargeable battery for charging said rechargeable battery.
