Abstract

A non-pressure-sensing slider and a zipper, relating to the technical field of zippers. The non-pressure-sensing slider comprises: a base core; two side blocking plates, respectively located on the two sides of the base core, the base core and the two side blocking plates forming side walls of a channel through which elements are imported; a base bottom, arranged on the bottom end face of the base core, the two sides of the base bottom respectively extending in directions towards the different side blocking plates; two side bottom plates, respectively arranged on the bottom end faces of the different side blocking plates and both extending in the direction towards the base bottom, wherein the two side bottom plates are configured to be attached to cloth tapes; a height difference is present between the two side bottom plates and the base bottom; a gap is reserved between the base bottom and the cloth tapes; the two side bottom plates and the two sides of the base bottom form the bottom end of the channel. According to the non-pressure-sensing slider and the zipper, the non-pressure-sensing slider can be prevented from coming into contact with the skin during wearing.

Description

[0001] The present application is a National Phase entry of PCT Application No. PCT / CN2023 / 106726, filed on Jul. 11, 2023, which claims the priority to the Chinese Patent Application No. 202221868841.0, titled “NON-PRESSURE-SENSING SLIDER AND ZIPPER”, filed on Jul. 19, 2022 with the China National Intellectual Property Administration, which are incorporated herein by reference in their entireties.FIELD

[0002] The present application relates to the field of zippers, and in particular to a non-pressure-sensing slider and a zipper.BACKGROUND

[0003] A zipper, as an essential component of garment accessories, is widely used in garments, backpacks, tents, and other daily necessities.

[0004] It is well-known that the zipper is a device for binding two rows of zipper teeth together by a slider. Typically, the zipper consists of cloth tape, zipper teeth, a slider, and top and bottom stops. A conventional zipper has two cloth tapes arranged on two sides, each with a row of zipper teeth. The two rows of zipper teeth interlock with each other for joining, and sliding of the slider allows the zipper teeth on both sides to engage or disengage.

[0005] In the conventional technology, the slider is generally made of alloy material. When the zipper is used on single-layer garments, it often comes into contact with the skin, causing a sense of discomfort, and sometimes even pain and a cold sensation, resulting in a poor user experience. In light of this, how to redesign the slider to avoid contact with the skin in wearing is a problem that needs to be solved.SUMMARY

[0006] Embodiments of the present application provide a non-pressure-sensing slider, avoiding contact with the skin in wearing.

[0007] A non-pressure-sensing slider is provided according to the present application, including:

[0008] a core;

[0009] two side blocking boards located on both sides of the core respectively, and each forming a side wall of a slot for introducing zipper teeth along with the core;

[0010] a base disposed on a bottom end face of the core, with both sides of the base extending in a direction facing towards different side blocking boards respectively; and

[0011] two side bottom boards disposed on bottom end faces of the different side blocking boards respectively and extending in a direction facing towards the base, where the two side bottom boards are used to contact to a cloth tape, with a height difference present between the two side bottom boards and the base and a gap present between the base and the cloth tape, and the two side bottom boards and the two sides of the base form bottom end of the slot.

[0012] In one embodiment, two sides of the core are further provided with upper boards, where the two upper boards are respectively connected to the different side blocking boards, and the upper boards form a top end of the slot.

[0013] In one embodiment, an end of the core extends to a surface of the upper board facing away from the base through an outer edge of the upper board.

[0014] In one embodiment, a pull tab is rotatably provided on the upper board, and is located on the side of the upper board facing away from the base.

[0015] In one embodiment, the base and the two side bottom boards are arranged in parallel.

[0020] A zipper is further provided according to the present application, including the non-pressure-sensing slider described above.

[0021] Compared with the above background technology, in the non-pressure-sensing slider provided according to the present application, two side blocking boards are respectively located at two sides of the core. The base is arranged on a bottom end face of the core, and both sides of the base extend in a direction facing different side blocking boards. Two side bottom boards are respectively arranged on bottom end faces of different side blocking boards, and extend in a direction facing the base. The two side bottom boards are used to be attached to the cloth tape, with a height difference between the two side bottom boards and the base and a gap between the base and the cloth tape. The two side bottom boards and both sides of the base form the bottom end of the slot. It can be seen that when in use, the non-pressure-sensing slider is surrounded by the cloth tapes on both sides of the zipper teeth, and the two side bottom boards are covered by the cloth tapes, with only the core being exposed. Since the base of the core is lower than the two side bottom boards, the exposed base is also lower than the cloth tapes on both sides. As a result, the only exposed core does not come into contact with the skin, achieving the effects of pressure-free and painless.

[0038] The embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely as follows in conjunction with the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It is apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments according to the present application, rather than all the embodiments.

[0039] In order to provide a better understanding of the embodiments of the present application, the present application is described in further detail below in conjunction with the drawings and some embodiments.

[0040] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 8, a non-pressure-sensing slider 1 is provided according to an embodiment of the present application. The non-pressure-sensing slider 1 includes a core 11, a base 12, two side blocking boards 15 and two side bottom boards 16.

[0041] The non-pressure-sensing slider 1 is used to realize the engagement and the disengagement of the zipper teeth 2, to close and open the zipper. The zipper teeth 2 are sewn on cloth tape 4, and the zipper teeth 2 are provided with tape ribs 3, which may be of a cylindrical shape. An end of the cloth tape 4 close to the zipper teeth 2 has a cloth tape bend 41, which is bent in a direction facing the zipper teeth 2.

[0042] Two side blocking boards 15 are respectively located at two sides of the core 11, and the two side blocking boards 15 and the core 11 form side walls of a slot for introducing the zipper teeth 2. The base 12 is arranged on a bottom end face of the core 11, and both sides of the base 12 extend in a direction facing different side blocking boards 15. Two side bottom boards 16 are respectively arranged on bottom end faces of different side blocking boards 15 and extend in a direction facing the base 12. The two side bottom boards 16 are used to contact to the cloth tape 4, with a height difference present between the two side bottom boards 16 and the base 12 and a gap present between the base 12 and the cloth tape 4. The two side bottom boards 16 and both sides of the base 12 form the bottom end of the slot.

[0043] Spacing between the base 12 and the side bottom board 16 may be set to 0.05 mm to 0.2 mm for optimal performance. The spacing of 0.1 mm between the base 12 and the side blocking board 16 is most ideal, as it maximizes the pressure-free feel while ensuring normal use and preventing cloth jamming in use.

[0044] When in use, the non-pressure-sensing slider 1 is surrounded by the cloth tapes 4 on both sides of the zipper teeth 2, and the two side bottom boards 16 are blocked by the cloth tapes 4, with only the core 11 being exposed. Since the base 12 of the core 11 is lower than the two side bottom boards 16, the exposed base 12 is also lower than the cloth tapes 4 on both sides. As a result, the only exposed core 11 does not come into contact with the skin, achieving the effects of pressure-free and painless.

[0045] In one embodiment, the base 12 and the two side bottom boards 16 may be arranged in parallel. When in use, the side bottom boards 16 contact with the cloth tape 4, and a certain spacing is maintained between the base 12 and the cloth tape 4, to further ensure no contact with the skin and improving the use effect. The two side bottom boards 16 may also be coplanar, which ensures flatness of the cloth tape 4 when the two side bottom boards 16 contact with the cloth tape 4, thus preventing the cloth tape 4 from wrinkling.

[0046] Reference is further made to FIG. 1. It is further provided with upper boards 14 on both sides of the core 11. The two upper boards 14 are connected to different side blocking boards 15 respectively, and the upper boards 14 form the top end of the slot. It can be seen that the core 11, the base 12, the upper board 14, the side blocking board 15 and the side bottom board 16 enclose to form a semi-enclosed slot for the zipper teeth 2 to pass through.

[0047] Both sides of the base 12 and edges of the two side bottom boards 16 may be of an arc shape to avoid the zipper teeth 2 from being stuck in use, to reduce stress concentration and prolonging the service life of the non-pressure-sensing slider 1.

[0048] In some embodiments, the core 11, the base 12, the two side blocking boards 15 and the two side bottom boards 16 are integrally formed, for example, by integral injection molding, to enhance the structural strength of the non-pressure-sensing slider 1 and ensure reliable use.

[0049] The end of the core 11 extends to a surface of the upper board 14 facing away from the base 12 through an outer edge of the upper board 14. It can be considered that the end of the core 11 covers the two surfaces of the upper board 14, which effectively improves the connection strength between the core 11 and the upper board 14 and ensures the reliable use of the non-pressure-sensing slider 1 as a whole.

[0050] A pull tab 17 is rotatably provided on the upper board 14, and is located on the side of the upper board 14 facing away from the base 12. By pulling the pull tab 17, the non-pressure-sensing slider 1 can entirely move relative to the zipper teeth 2, realizing the engagement and the disengagement of the zipper teeth 2.

Claims

1. A non-pressure-sensing slider, comprising:a core;two side blocking boards located on both sides of the core respectively, and each forming a side wall of a slot for introducing zipper teeth along with the core;a base disposed on a bottom end face of the core, with both sides of the base extending in a direction facing towards different side blocking boards respectively; andtwo side bottom boards disposed on bottom end faces of the different side blocking boards respectively and extending in a direction facing towards the base, wherein the two side bottom boards are used to contact to a cloth tape, with a height difference present between the two side bottom boards and the base and a gap present between the base and the cloth tape, and the two side bottom boards and the two sides of the base form a bottom end of the slot.

2. The non-pressure-sensing slider according to claim 1, wherein two sides of the core are further provided with upper boards, the two upper boards are respectively connected to the different side blocking boards, and the upper boards form a top end of the slot.

3. The non-pressure-sensing slider according to claim 2, wherein an end of the core extends to a surface of the upper board facing away from the base through an outer edge of the upper board.

4. The non-pressure-sensing slider according to claim 2, wherein a pull tab is rotatably provided on the upper board, and is located on the side of the upper board facing away from the base.

5. The non-pressure-sensing slider according to claim 1, wherein the base and the two side bottom boards are arranged in parallel.

6. The non-pressure-sensing slider according to claim 1, wherein the two side bottom boards are coplanar.

7. The non-pressure-sensing slider according to claim 6, wherein spacing between the base and the side bottom board is 0.05 mm to 0.2 mm.

8. The non-pressure-sensing slider according to claim 1, wherein both sides of the base and the edges of the two side bottom boards are arc-shaped.

9. The non-pressure-sensing slider according to claim 1, wherein the core, the base, the two side blocking boards and the two side bottom boards are integrally formed.

10. A zipper, comprising the non-pressure-sensing slider according to claim 1.

11. A zipper, comprising the non-pressure-sensing slider according to claim 2.
