[0003] In conventional packaging structures, when packaging heavy objects, for the convenience of extraction by users, a plastic handle is often provided. However, the plastic handle is not integrally formed with the packaging structure, which not only consumes additional assembly time but also increases the use of plastic, failing to meet current environmental protection requirements.

[0004] In addition, during the delivery of goods, for protective purposes, conventional packaging structures are often further placed inside a shipping box. When the contents are heavy items, it is difficult to extract the packaging structure from the shipping box, and conventional packaging structures are often damaged due to insufficient structural robustness at the extraction points.

[0006] The objective of the present disclosure is to provide a two-handle packaging structure that is easy to assemble while also ensuring structural robustness.

[0007] One aspect of the present disclosure is to provide a two-handle packaging structure, which includes a bottom, two foldable areas, two first supporting portions, two second supporting portions, two third supporting portions, two rib portions, two fourth supporting portions and two handles. The bottom includes a plurality of fitting holes, which are disposed at two opposite sides of the bottom. The foldable areas are connected to the other two opposite sides of the bottom, and each of the foldable areas and the bottom are respectively provided with a first fold line. The first supporting portions are connected to two opposite sides of one of the foldable areas, and between the one of the foldable areas and the first supporting portions are respectively provided with a second fold line. The second supporting portions are connected to two opposite sides of the other foldable area, and between the other foldable area and the second supporting portions are respectively provided with a third fold line. The third supporting portions are connected to the two opposite sides of the bottom, and each of the third supporting portions and the bottom are respectively provided with a fourth fold line. Each rib portion includes a hole, and each rib portion is connected to each of the third supporting portions, with a fifth fold line formed between each rib portion and each of the third supporting portions. Each fourth supporting portion includes a plurality of protruding portions, and each fourth supporting portion is connected to each of the rib portions, such that the fourth supporting portions and the third supporting portions are disposed at two opposite sides of each rib portion, with a sixth fold line formed between each fourth supporting portion and each rib portion. Each handle is connected to each of the second supporting portions. Claims

1. A two-handle packaging structure, comprising:a bottom comprising a plurality of fitting holes, the fitting holes being disposed at two opposite sides of the bottom;two foldable areas connected to the other two opposite sides of the bottom, each of the foldable areas and the bottom respectively having a first fold line therebetween;two first supporting portions connected to two opposite sides of one of the two foldable areas, each of the one of the two foldable areas and each of the first supporting portions respectively having a second fold line therebetween;two second supporting portions connected to two opposite sides of the other one of the two foldable areas, each of the other one of the two foldable areas and each of the second supporting portions respectively having a third fold line therebetween;two third supporting portions connected to the two opposite sides of the bottom, each of the third supporting portions and the bottom respectively having a fourth fold line therebetween;two rib portions, each rib portion comprising a hole, each rib portion being connected to each of the third supporting portions, and each rib portion and each of the third supporting portions respectively having a fifth fold line therebetween;two fourth supporting portions comprising a plurality of protruding portions, each of the fourth supporting portions being connected to each of the rib portions, such that each of the fourth supporting portions and each of the third supporting portions are respectively disposed at two opposite sides of each of the rib portions, and each of the fourth supporting portions and each of the rib portions respectively having a sixth fold line therebetween; andtwo handles, each handle being connected to each of the second supporting portions;wherein, when the two-handle packaging structure is folded along the two first fold lines, the two second fold lines, the two third fold lines, the two fourth fold lines, the two fifth fold lines and the two sixth fold lines, each of the first supporting portions and each of the second supporting portions are clamped by the corresponding third supporting portions and the corresponding fourth supporting portions, the protruding portions of each of the fourth supporting portions are correspondingly engaged with the fitting holes of the bottom, and each of the handles extends through the hole of each rib portion.

2. The two-handle packaging structure according to claim 1, wherein the hole of each of the rib portions is located at the center of each rib portion, such that when each of the handles extends through the hole of each of the rib portions, the handles are positioned at the center of each rib portion.

3. The two-handle packaging structure according to claim 1, wherein one of the two foldable areas has a first length, the other of the two foldable areas has a second length, and the first length is greater than the second length.

4. The two-handle packaging structure according to claim 1, wherein one of the two foldable areas has a first length, the other of the two foldable areas has a second length, and the second length is greater than the first length.

5. The two-handle packaging structure according to claim 1, wherein one of the two foldable areas has a first length, the other of the two foldable areas has a second length, the first length is equal to the second length plus two times a thickness of the two-handle packaging structure, or the second length is equal to the first length plus two times the thickness of the two-handle packaging structure.

6. The two-handle packaging structure according to claim 1, wherein one of the two foldable areas has a first length, the other of the two foldable areas has a second length, the bottom has a third length, and the third length is greater than the first length and the second length.

7. The two-handle packaging structure according to claim 6, wherein each of the fitting holes has a first width, and the first length is equal to the third length minus two times the first width, or the second length is equal to the third length minus two times the first width.

8. The two-handle packaging structure according to claim 1, wherein the two-handle packaging structure has a thickness T, and T satisfies the following condition: 0.5 mm ≤ T ≤ 8.0 mm.

9. The two-handle packaging structure according to claim 8, wherein each of the rib portions has a second width, and the second width is greater than or equal to three times the thickness of the two-handle packaging structure.

10. The two-handle packaging structure according to claim 8, wherein each of the fitting holes has a first width, and the first width is greater than or equal to two times the thickness of the two-handle packaging structure.

11. The two-handle packaging structure according to claim 1, wherein a seventh fold line is respectively provided between each of the handles and each of the second supporting portions.

12. The two-handle packaging structure according to claim 11, wherein an edge of each of the second supporting portions connected to each handle to the seventh fold line has a third width therebetween, and the third width is greater than or equal to a thickness of the two-handle packaging structure.

13. The two-handle packaging structure according to claim 1, wherein each of the rib portions has a fourth length, each of the second supporting portions has a fifth length, each of the handles has a sixth length, and the fifth length is greater than or equal to 0.5 times the fourth length plus 0.5 times the sixth length.

14. The two-handle packaging structure according to claim 1, further comprising a cover connected to one of the two foldable areas, wherein an eighth fold line is provided between the one of the two foldable areas and the cover;wherein, when the two-handle packaging structure is folded along the two first fold lines, the two second fold lines, the two third fold lines, the two fourth fold lines, the two fifth fold lines, the two sixth fold lines and the eighth fold line, the cover abuts against the two rib portions and the other one of the two foldable areas.

15. The two-handle packaging structure according to claim 14, wherein the cover comprises:a top portion connected to one of the two foldable areas, the eighth fold line being located between the top portion and the one of the two foldable areas, and the one of the two foldable areas being located between the top portion and the bottom;a connecting portion connected to the top portion such that the top portion is located between the one of the two foldable areas and the connecting portion, and a ninth fold line is provided between the connecting portion and the top portion; andtwo tabs connected to two opposite sides of the connecting portion, each of the tabs and the connecting portion respectively having a tenth fold line therebetween;wherein, when the two-handle packaging structure is folded along the two first fold lines, the two second fold lines, the two third fold lines, the two fourth fold lines, the two fifth fold lines, the two sixth fold lines, the eighth fold line, the ninth fold line, and the two tenth fold lines, each of the tabs is correspondingly inserted between each of the third supporting portions and each of the fourth supporting portions.

16. The two-handle packaging structure according to claim 15, wherein the top portion has a fourth width, each of the rib portions has a fourth length, and the fourth width is greater than or equal to a sum of the fourth length and a thickness of the two-handle packaging structure.

17. The two-handle packaging structure according to claim 15, wherein the connecting portion has a fifth width, the other one of the two foldable areas has a sixth width, and the fifth width is greater than or equal to the sixth width plus 0.5 times a thickness of the two-handle packaging structure.
