[0021] The structure of the present invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0022] Referring to FIGS. 1 through 4, the soccer protective sock of the present invention comprises a sock body 1 and a sock leg 2 connected to the sock body. A first soft gel layer 11 is disposed on the sock body at locations corresponding to the upper and front sides of the big toe and the second toe, as well as the inner side of the big toe. A second soft gel layer 12 is applied over the first soft gel layer. The hardness of the first soft gel layer is 15-18 Shore A, while the hardness of the second soft gel layer is 18-25 Shore A. The first and second soft gel layers ensure wearing comfort and allow for flexible movement while simultaneously providing a certain degree of cushioning elasticity for the big toe, thereby protecting the big toe from injury. A third soft gel layer 13 is disposed on the sock body at locations corresponding to the upper and inner sides of the first metatarsal bone. The hardness of the third soft gel layer is 15-20 Shore A; this layer ensures wearing comfort and allow for flexible movement while simultaneously providing a certain degree of cushioning elasticity for the first metatarsal bone, thereby protecting the first metatarsal bone from injury. In this embodiment, the first soft gel layer, the second soft gel layer, and the third soft gel layer may each consist of a TPE layer, a TPU layer, a TPR layer, a silicone layer, or a rubber layer. These materials possess excellent shock-absorbing properties and are easy to manufacture. The surface area of the first soft gel layer is larger than that of the second soft gel layer. Furthermore, the first soft gel layer is softer than the second soft gel layer, thereby ensuring a comfortable feeling for the foot.

[0023] In a specific implementation, the first soft gel layer 11 may alternatively be positioned on the inner side of the sock body, while the second soft gel layer 12 is positioned on the outer side of the sock body, with the second soft gel layer being arranged in a position corresponding to the first soft gel layer. In a specific implementation, a third soft gel layer 13 may also be positioned on the inner side of the sock body, while a sixth soft gel layer 14 is provided on the outer side of the sock body. The sixth soft gel layer is positioned to correspond with the third soft gel layer. The material of the sixth soft gel layer is identical to that of the second soft gel layer—specifically, a TPE, TPU, TPR, silicone, or rubber layer—and possesses a hardness of 20-25 Shore A. The inner third soft gel layer serves a cushioning and protective function, while the outer layer, being harder than the inner layer, provides protection against impact to the first metatarsal bone on the instep.

[0024] In this embodiment, the fourth soft gel layer 21 is provided on the sock leg 2, corresponding to the front side of the calf; a fifth gel layer 22 is applied over the fourth soft gel layer. The fourth soft gel layer has a hardness of 18-20 Shore A. In this embodiment, the fourth soft gel layer consists of a TPE layer, a TPU layer, a TPR layer, a silicone layer, or a rubber layer; these materials exhibit excellent shock-absorbing properties and are easy to manufacture. The fourth soft gel layer provides a cushioning effect for the front of the calf. The fifth gel layer has a hardness of 150-200 Rockwell R and consists of a PP, PC, or ABS layer; it serves to prevent injury to the front of the calf resulting from violent impacts during soccer play. The surface area of the fourth soft gel layer is larger than that of the fifth gel layer, and the fourth soft gel layer is softer than the fifth gel layer, thereby ensuring a comfortable feel for the wearer.

[0025] In a specific implementation, the fourth soft gel layer may alternatively be positioned on the inner side of the sock leg, with the fifth gel layer positioned on the outer side of the sock leg, such that the fifth gel layer corresponds in position to the fourth soft gel layer.

[0026] In this embodiment, the first, the second, and the third soft gel layers are each provided with second ventilation holes, while the fourth soft gel layer and the fifth gel layer are each provided with first ventilation holes. These ventilation holes facilitate air circulation and heat dissipation, ensuring comfortable wear and preventing foot odor.

[0027] Although specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail herein in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, this description should not be construed as limiting the scope of protection of the present invention. Within the scope described in the claims, various modifications and variations that can be made by a person skilled in the art without inventive effort still fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
