[0039] Embodiments of the present disclosure are further described in detail below with reference to the drawings and embodiments. The following detailed description of the embodiments and the drawings are used to exemplarily illustrate principles of the present disclosure, but cannot be used for limiting the scope of the present disclosure, and the present disclosure may be implemented in many different forms, and is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed herein, but includes all technical solutions falling within the scope of the claims.

[0040] In fields such as building construction, metallurgy, mining, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, transportation, forestry and the like, in order to ensure personal safety, it is generally necessary to wear a protective apparatus during operations, for example, a safety helmet or a helmet.

[0041] The safety helmet, as an important protective apparatus for a head, is required to have a certain strength. Moreover, in a special scenario, for example, a place where light is weak, it is usually required to be used in conjunction with an accessory, such as a miner lamp and a warning device. In the related art, various accessories (for example, the miner lamp, the warning device) are generally fixed on the safety helmet in manners such as screw fastening, strap binding, magnetic adhesion or adhesive bonding.

[0042] When the accessories are fixed on the safety helmet in the screw fastening manner, it is usually necessary to drill a hole on a shell. The safety helmet used in the industrial field is required to have a relatively high strength and impact resistance to protect a head. Therefore, to maintain the integrity and the strength of the safety helmet, it generally not allowed to drill a hole on the safety helmet, thereby avoiding the strength of the shell is reduced and affecting the ability of the shell to absorb and disperse an impact force due to the punching by the hole. Moreover, a screw is generally made of a metal material, which may introduce a new safety hazard.

[0043] When the accessories are fixed on the safety helmet by means of magnetic adhesion or adhesive bonding, the accessories may fall off due to unstable attachment caused by an insufficient magnetic force or adhesive strength or being exposed to dust and corrosive substances. In addition, when the accessories are fixed on the safety helmet by means of the strap, a smooth surface of the safety helmet may cause the strap to be prone to sliding or even falling off, so that the accessories are displaced or falls off, and thus the operation is affected.

[0044] In addition, other materials introduced for fix the accessories may accelerate aging of a material of the shell and degrade protective performance of the shell if the material selection is inappropriate.

[0045] In order to solve the above problems in the related art, referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 8. according to a first aspect, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a protective apparatus 1000. The protective apparatus 1000 may include a shell 10. The shell 10 is provided with at least one first connecting member 11 outside, and the at least one first connecting member 11 may be over-molded with the shell 10, for example, integral injection molding. A reinforcing structure 13 may be disposed between the first connecting member 11 and the shell 10.

[0046] In this way, the first connecting member 11 and the shell 10 are over-molded, so that a connection strength of the first connecting member 11 and the helmet 10 shell is relatively high. The first connecting member 11 may clamp and fix accessories, such as an illuminating lamp, a warning device on the shell 10, so that an operation is convenient, and the fixing is relatively firm. Therefore, it is not necessary to drill a hole on the shell 10 to insert a screw, or to use a strap, magnetic adhesion or adhesive bonding, or the like manners to fixedly connect the accessories such as an illuminating lamp. Therefore, the strength and impact resistance of the shell 10 will not be weakened, and also the accessories will not fall off due to the insufficient magnetic force or adhesive strength, or slippage of the strap.

[0047] In addition, the reinforcing structure 13 disposed between the first connecting member 11 and the shell 10 may further improve the strength of the first connecting member 11, thereby improving the mounting strength of the accessories on the shell 10.

[0048] It may be understood that, the first connecting member 11 and the shell 10 may also be over-molded in other manners, for example, be over-molded in a 3D printing manner.

[0049] Referring to FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG. 8, the at least one first connecting member 11 may include at least one clamping groove, the reinforcing structure 13 may include a reinforcing base 131, and the at least one clamping groove may be formed on the reinforcing base 131.

[0050] For example, the at least one clamping groove may include two first clamping slots 11a and a second clamping groove 11b. The second clamping groove 11b is formed by outer groove walls of the two first clamping slots 11a and a connecting arm 132 connecting the outer groove walls simultaneously.

[0051] In this way, the first clamping groove 11a may be used for fixing an accessory, for example, fixing a rotating structure of a lamp, and the second clamping groove 11b may be used for fixing a helmet hook of a miner lamp. In addition, strength of the first clamping groove 11a may be further improved by the connecting arm 132 connecting the first clamping groove 11a and the second clamping groove 11b.

[0052] It may be understood that, other quantities of the first clamping slots 11a may also be provided as required, such as one, three, or four. In addition, the first connecting member 11 may also be a clamping block, and at this time, the corresponding accessory is provided with a clamping groove.

[0053] For example, referring to FIG. 2, the reinforcing base 131 may be two triangular-like reinforcing blocks formed on the shell 10, and an upper portion of each of the two reinforcing blocks is hollowed out to reduce weight and improve strength. Certainly, the reinforcing blocks may not be hollowed out. It may be understood that, the reinforcing base 131 may also be constructed as other structures and shapes according to a requirement. For example, the reinforcing base 131 is formed by an integral reinforcing block with a hollowed-out upper portion, which is not limited in the present disclosure.

[0054] For example, continuing referring to FIG. 2, the two first clamping slots 11a may be formed by the enclosure of groove walls extending from side surfaces of the reinforcing base 131 and the side surfaces of the reinforcing base 131, to simplify a structure. Certainly, the first clamping slots 11a may also be formed on the reinforcing base 131 in other manners.

[0055] For example, continuing referring to FIG. 2, the connecting arm 132 is a U-shaped member connecting two outer groove walls of the first clamping slots 11a, and the strength of the first clamping slots 11a may be improved based on a simple structure. Certainly, the connecting arm 132 may also be constructed as other shapes as required, such as a V-shape or an M-shape.

[0056] Continuing referring to FIG. 2, a bottom of the connecting arm 132 may extend to bottoms of the first clamping slots 11a, and may be connected with the bottoms of the first clamping slots 11a and the reinforcing base 131, to further improve the strength of the first clamping slots 11a.

[0057] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, FIG. 5, and FIG. 8, the shell 10 is provided with at least one second connecting member 12 outside, the at least one second connecting member 12 is over-molded (for example, integral injection molding) with the shell 10.

[0058] In this way, an accessory (for example, an electric cable) may be fixed by the second connecting member 12, and meanwhile, an accessory may be clamped on a sliding groove 123 on the second connecting member 12, for example, a handle of a warning lamp. Moreover, the sliding groove 123 is disposed on the second connecting member 12, which may simplify and integrate the structure and facilitate manufacturing.

[0059] For example, the at least one first connecting member 11 may be located at a first side outside the shell 10, and the at least one second connecting member 12 may be located at a second side outside the shell 10.

[0060] Herein, the first side may be opposite to the second side, for example, the first connecting member 11 is located at a front side of the exterior of the shell 10, and the second connecting member 12 is located at a rear side of the exterior of the shell 10. When a head rope is set on the safety helmet, the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 12 work together to prevent the head rope from slipping off. The at least one second connecting member 12 may be provided with sliding grooves 123.

[0061] It may be understood that, the at least one first connecting member 11 and the at least one second connecting member 12 may also be provided at other positions outside the shell 10 as required.

[0062] For example, the at least one second connecting member 12 may include a first clamping member 12a and a second clamping member 12b which are arranged at intervals, and the first clamping member 12a and the second clamping member 12b are respectively provided with sliding grooves 123. Certainly, other quantities of the second clamping member 12b, for example, one, three, or four, may also be provided as required. In addition, the second connecting member 12 may be other connecting members, for example, a riveting member.

[0063] For example, the first clamping member 12a and the second clamping member 12b may separately include a first clamping arm 121 and a second clamping arm 122, a clamping space 124 is formed between the first clamping arm 121 and the second clamping arm 122, and the first clamping arm 121 of the first clamping member 12a and the second clamping arm 122 of the second clamping member 12b may be respectively provided with the sliding grooves 123, so that the accessories such as a warning light are provided on the shell 10 by the sliding groove 123, so that the structure is compact and a space is saved.

[0064] It may be understood that the sliding grooves 123 may also be provided on other positions of the first clamping member 12a and the second clamping member 12b. For example, the sliding grooves 123 may be provided on the two clamping arms of the first clamping member 12a, or provided on the two second clamping arms 122 or the two first clamping arms 121, or the sliding groove 123 may be provided on merely one the clamping arm.

[0065] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5 and FIG. 8, a top of the shell 10 may be provided with an H-shaped reinforcing rib 18. Two side arms 181 of the H-shaped reinforcing rib 18 extend from a first side of the shell 10 to a second side of the shell 10, for example, extend from a front side to a rear side of the shell 10. A middle arm 182 of the H-shaped reinforcing rib 18 is connected to the two side arms and located on the top of the shell.

[0066] In the related art, in order to enhance a strength of a top of a shell to help disperse and absorb an impact force, is usually disposed the top of the shell is generally provided with a top rib. However, the top rib is mostly a single arm top rib, a three arms top rib, a five arms top rib, a V-shaped top rib and the like, and it is difficult to fully meet requirements of high-strength protection, and the shapes are relatively common and lack uniqueness, resulting in a low market identification degree.

[0067] In the above technical solution of the present disclosure, the top of the shell 10 is provided with the H-shaped reinforcing rib 18, a structure of the reinforcing rib is symmetrical, and the strength and impact resistance of the top of the shell 10 may be uniformly improved, so that head protection is improved. Moreover, the shell 10 is more aesthetically pleasing and has a higher identification degree.

[0068] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 4, the shell 10 may be integrally injection-molded with the at least one first connecting member 11, and an injection gate 14 of the shell 10 is located at an inner side of the shell 10. In an example, the injection gate 14 may be located at an area where the middle arm 182 of the H-shaped reinforcing rib 18 is located.

[0069] In the related art, a mold for injection molding of a shell generally includes a fixed mold as a female mold and a movable mold as a male mold. During a molding process, an injection molding machine injects heated and melted plastic raw material into the mold by an injection gate on the fixed mold, and an outer surface of the shell is formed at the side of the fixed mold, and an inner surface of the shell is formed at the side of the movable mold. After the molding process is completed and the shell has cooled, the movable mold and the shell are separated from the fixed mold, and then the shell is pushed out from the movable mold. At a position of the injection gate, a mark (also referred to as a gate mark) of the injection gate is left on the shell, which is typically formed on a top of the outer surface of the shell. Weakest positions of an injection molded member are usually the positions where a welding line, an injection gate, an opposite side of the injection gate, and the like are located. Therefore, when a worker wears the safety helmet, impact resistance of the top of the shell of this kind of safety helmet will be weakened.

[0070] During the injection molding process, the injection gate 14 is a place where the shell 10 finally solidifies, a strength of the injection gate 14 is relatively weak relative to other areas. By providing the injection gate 14 on the inner side of the shell 10, so that the weak portion of the shell 10 may be prevented from being directly impacted when the shell 10 is subjected to an impact, and thus protection capability for the head is improved.

[0071] In addition, the injection gate 14 is located on an area where the middle arm 182 of the H-shaped reinforcing rib 18 is located, so that the weak portion of the shell 10 is further prevented from directly impacted when the shell 10 is subjected to an impact.

[0072] In some embodiments, referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, a logo 19 is integrally injection molded on the shell 10, the logo 19 has a draft angle a.

[0073] In the related art, a logo such as a brand logo is generally formed on a surface of a shell either by direct injection molding or post-printing. However, the printed logo is not wear-resistant, and is prone to fading or peeling off. Moreover, the quality of printing is often poor, which may convey a perception that the brand is not concerned or is unprofessional to a consumer, so that aesthetics of the product and brand image is ultimately affected. When forming the brand logo by integral molding with the shell, it is required that relevant performance of the shell itself will not be affected. Consequently, the brand logo is generally designed to protrude to a certain height on the surface of the shell, which may easily cause an undercut during demolding, and thereby preventing smooth demolding. Forced demolding under such conditions may cause drag marks and deformation on the shell.

[0074] According to the foregoing solution, the logo 19, for example, a brand logo 19, may be over-molded with the shell 10 to avoid a problem that a logo 19 formed by spraying printing is prone to wearing and peeling off.

[0075] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 7, the shell 10 may be integrally injection molded with the at least one first connecting member 11. A distance between a parting line of the shell 10 and an edge of an inner surface of the shell 10 may be D, and the D satisfies: 0.05 mm≤D≤0.25 mm, for example, 0.08 mm, 0.09 mm, 0.1 mm, 0.15 mm, 0.18 mm, or 0.2 mm.

[0076] In the specification, the edge of the inner surface of the shell 10 may be understood as a boundary between an outer surface and an inner surface of the shell 10 in a top view.

[0077] During injection molding of a shell, a reference line at the boundary between a movable mold and a fixed mold is termed a parting line. Since fillets or rounded edges is not easily provided at the parting line, improper treatment of a brim of a safety helmet may result in the brim is sharp or uneven, so that wearing comfort and protective performance of the safety helmet is reduced.

[0078] The parting line has a distance D with the edge of the inner surface of the shell 10, so that the wearing comfort and the protection performance of the safety helmet may be improved. Furthermore, controlling the distance D within the foregoing range may avoid that the D is too small to achieve the corresponding effect, or the D is too large which affect the appearance of the shell 10.

[0079] During the injection molding process, abrupt variations in a flow state of molten plastic at sharp corners will generate a greater stress, and thereby causing residual stress to be formed at the sharp corners ultimately. When subjecting to impact or vibration, the sharp corners are prone to cracking due to stress concentration. Additionally, the sharp corners increase flow resistance of the molten plastic, then resulting in incomplete filling at these areas, and thus defective products is formed.

[0080] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5 and FIG. 8, at least one fixing cavity 16 may be disposed in the shell 10. The at least one fixing cavity 16 is in arc transition with a shell body of the shell, to avoid that the molten plastic is incomplete filled between the fixing cavity 16 and the shell body of the shell 10 and stress concentration is caused during the injection molding process.

[0081] In an example, an edge of the fixing cavity 16 is arc-shaped, to further avoid that the molten plastic is incomplete filled between the fixing cavity 16 and the shell body of the shell 10 and stress concentration is caused during the injection molding process.

[0082] In an example, a first limiting part 17 is disposed in the at least one fixing cavity 16, for example, a clamping block, a clamping groove or a hook, to facilitate a detachable connection between the first limiting part 17 and a crown strap 20. For example, the at least one fixing cavity 16 includes eight fixing lugs 16, and other quantities of the fixing lugs 16 may also be disposed as required, for example, six, seven, nine, or ten.

[0083] In an example, it may be satisfied simultaneously that the at least one fixing lug 16 may be disposed in the shell 10, the at least one fixing lug 16 is in arc transition with the shell body of the shell 10, the edge of the fixing lug 16 is arc-shaped, and the first limiting part 17 is disposed in the at least one fixing lug 16.

[0084] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 9, and FIG. 10, the protective apparatus 1000 may further include a crown strap 20. An end of the crown strap 20 is provided with at least one fixing block 21, the at least one fixing block 21 is arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the at least one fixing lug 16 and is accommodated in the at least one fixing lug 16, to facilitate replacing the crown strap 20 or the shell 10, so that a utilization rate of the product is improved and it is convenient for maintenance.

[0085] For example, the crown strap 20 may include a crown strap body 24 and a plurality of crown strap arms 25, for example, six crown strap arms 25. Certainly, the crown strap arms 25 may also be provided to other quantities as required. The fixing block 21 may be located at an end of the crown strap arm 25 or on a secondary arm 27 disposed at the end of the crown strap arm 25. The crown strap body 24 may be provided with a plurality of crown strap ventilation holes 26.

[0086] In an example, the number of the fixing block 21 may be eight to ensure a connection strength. Certainly, the fixing block 21 may also be set to other quantities as required, for example, four, six, seven, nine, or ten, and the number of the fixing cavity 16 is required to be adjusted accordingly.

[0087] Continuing referencing to FIG. 1, FIG. 9, and FIG. 10, the at least one fixing block 21 may be provided with a second limiting part 22, and the first limiting part 17 may be detachably connected to the second limiting part 22. For example, the second limiting part 22 is correspondingly constructed as a clamping groove, a clamping block, or a hook according to the first limiting part 17.

[0088] The crown strap is a liner in the safety helmet that is in direct contact with a head of a user. Generally, a connecting groove of a connecting portion of the safety helmet and the crown strap is square, and the number of the connecting groove is generally four or six. As described above, during the injection molding process, the abrupt variations in the flow state of the molten plastic at the sharp corners will generate the greater stress, and the residual stress is formed at the sharp corners ultimately. When subjecting to the impact or vibration, the sharp corners are prone to cracking due to stress the concentration. Additionally, the sharp corners increase the flow resistance of the molten plastic, then resulting in incomplete filling at these areas, and thus defective products is formed.

[0089] In an example, a side surface of the at least one fixing block 21 is arc-shaped to facilitate molding and avoid stress concentration.

[0090] In an example, it may be satisfied simultaneously that the at least one fixing block 21 may be provided with the second limiting part 22, the first limiting part 17 may be detachably connected to the second limiting part 22, and the side surface of the at least one fixing block 21 is arc-shaped.

[0091] Continuing referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 9, and FIG. 10, at least one third limiting part 23, such as a T-shaped groove, may be further provided at the ends of the crown strap 20 to be detachably connected to the headband 30, and it is not easy to fall off.

[0092] It may be understood that the third limiting part 23 may also be other forms of grooves, such as U-shaped, oval, circular, gourd-shaped. Alternatively, the third limiting part 23 may also be a limiting block.

[0093] Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 11 to FIG. 15, the protective apparatus 1000 further may include a headband 30, and the headband 30 may be provided with an adjusting structure 31. The adjusting structure 31 may include a first adjusting part 311 and a second adjusting part 322 respectively located at two ends of the headband 300. The first adjusting part 311 may be provided with at least one positioning column 3111, the second adjusting part 312 may be provided with at least one positioning hole 3121, and the at least one positioning hole 3121 is detachably connected to the at least one positioning column 3111. The at least one positioning column 3111 has a first slope at an entry side of the second adjusting part 312, to facilitate sliding the second adjusting part 312 into the first adjusting part 311. When using, an enclosure size of the headband 30 is capable of being adjusted by adjusting a connection position between the at least one positioning hole 3121 and the at least one positioning column 3111.

[0094] The headband is an adjustable band that is fixed around a head circumference. In the related art, the headband mostly adopts a gear to adjust a size, so that an overall weight of the safety helmet is increased, and thus comfort of a wearer is affected.

[0095] According to the above technical solution, the enclosure size of the headband 30 may be adjusted by adjusting the connection position between the at least one positioning hole 3121 and the at least one positioning column 3111, so that the adjustment structure 31 is simple, and a weight of the protective apparatus 1000 will not be increased too much. Moreover, in the entry side of the second adjusting part 312, the positioning column 3111 has the first slope, so that the second adjusting part 312 may be conveniently slid into the first adjusting part 311.

[0096] For example, the first adjusting part 311 may further be provided with a constraint slot to constrain a tail of the second adjusting part 312.

[0097] For example, the at least one positioning column 3111 may include a plurality of positioning columns 3111, and the plurality of positioning columns 3111 may be uniformly distributed on the first adjusting part 311. The at least one positioning hole 3121 may include a plurality of positioning holes 3121, and the plurality of positioning holes 3121 may be uniformly distributed on the second adjusting part 312. In addition, the at least one positioning column 3111 may be one positioning column 3111, and at this time, the at least one positioning hole 3121 is the plurality of positioning holes 3121; or, the at least one positioning column 3111 may be the plurality of positioning columns 3111, and at this time, the at least one positioning hole 3121 is one positioning hole 3121 Referring to FIG. 11 to FIG. 15, the adjusting structure 31 may further include a push-out structure 313, and the push-out structure 313 is disposed on a side of the at least one positioning column 3111 of the first adjusting part 311. When the push-out structure 313 is pressed, the at least one positioning hole 3121 will be separated from the at least one positioning column 3111. In this way, the positioning hole 3121 may be separated from the positioning column 3111 by pressing the push-out structure 313, so that the structure is relatively simple.

[0098] Continuing referring to FIG. 11 to FIG. 15, the push-out structure 313 may include a push-out member 3131 and a pressing part 3132, and the push-out member 3131 protrudes from a surface of a body of the headband 30. When the push-out structure 313 is pressed, the at least one positioning hole 3121 is separated from the at least one positioning column 3111.

[0099] In an example, a height of the push-out member 3131 may be gradually reduced in a direction close to the positioning column 3111, so that when the enclosure size of the headband 30 is adjusted, the push-out member 3131 gradually enters between the first adjusting part 311 and the second adjusting part 312 and separates the positioning hole 3121 from the positioning post 3111, and thus adjustment resistance and difficulty is reduced.

[0100] Continuing referring to FIG. 11 to FIG. 15, the push-out structure 313 may include a first push-out structure 313 and a second push-out structure 313 that are respectively located at two sides of the at least one positioning column 3111, so that forces may be simultaneously applied from the two sides, which is more convenient for adjusting the enclosure size of the headband 30.

[0101] Referring to FIG. 11 to FIG. 14, the headband 30 may further be provided with at least one fourth limiting part 314, and the at least one fourth limiting part 314 is configured to be detachably connected to a crown strap 20. For example, the fourth limiting part 314 may be a T-shaped column, so that a connection portion is not easy to fall off. Certainly, the fourth limiting part 314 may also be constructed as other shapes, such as a cylinder, an elliptical column, a gourd-shaped column, and correspondingly, a shape of a connection part on the crown strap 20 is required to be adjusted, for example, the shape of the third limiting part 23 is required to be adjusted. In addition, the fourth limiting part 314 may also be a T-shaped groove or other shapes of grooves, and correspondingly, the third limiting part 23 is a T-shaped column or other shapes of columns.

[0102] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 16, the protective apparatus 1000 may further include a chin strap 40. The chin strap 40 may be provided with at least one fifth limiting part 41, and the at least one fifth limiting part 41 is configured to be detachably connected to the headband 30.

[0103] In an example, the fifth limiting part 41 may be a limiting groove. The limiting groove may be a T-shaped limiting groove, so that a connection portion may be better prevented from slipping off. Certainly, the limiting groove may also be constructed as another shape, such as a circle, an ellipse, a square or a gourd shape, or the like. Correspondingly, the shape of the connection part on the headband 30 also be changed accordingly, for example, the fourth limiting part 314 on the headband 30 is changed correspondingly. The fifth limiting part 41 may also be a limiting block, and in this case, the fourth limiting part 314 is correspondingly a limiting groove.

[0104] In this way, the chin strap 40 may be detachably provided on the shell 10, so that it is convenient for replacing and maintaining.

[0105] Referring to FIG. 16, the chin strap 40 may include at least one fixing strap 42 and at least one connecting strap 43, a first-type fastener, and a second-type fastener. Two ends of the fixing strap 42 may be respectively provided with a buckle 421, the buckle 421 may be provided with a fifth limiting part 41, and the buckle 421 may be over-molded with the fixing strap 42. The at least one fixing strap 42 is connected to the at least one connecting strap 43 to form the chin strap 40. The first-type fastener may be over-molded with the fixing strap 42 or the connecting strap 43, and the second-type fastener may be movably provided on the connecting strap 43 for adjusting a length of the chin strap 40.

[0106] Continuing referring to FIG. 16, the at least one fixing strap 42 may include two fixing straps 42, and the at least one connecting strap 43 may include a first connecting strap 431 and a second connecting strap 432. The two fixing straps 42 are respectively connected to the first connecting strap 431 and the second connecting strap 432. The first connecting strap 431 may be provided with a first fastener 4311, the second connecting strap 432 is provided with a second fastener 4321, and the first fastener 4311 is capable of joining with the second fastener 4321 to facilitate wearing and removing the safety helmet.

[0107] Continuing referring to FIG. 16, the second connecting strap 432 may be provided with an adjusting buckle 4323 to adjust the length of the chin strap 40. Certainly, the adjusting buckle 4323 may also be provided on the first connecting strap 431 or the fixing strap 42.

[0108] Continuing referring to FIG. 16, the first connecting strap 431 and the second connecting strap 432 are respectively provided with a first mating buckle 4312 and a second mating buckle 4322 at their connection ends coupled to the two fixing straps 42.

[0109] For example, the first buckle member 4311 may be an inserting hole (for example, a female buckle), and the second buckle member 4321 may be an inserting block (for example, a male buckle). Of course, the two may be interchanged.

[0110] Continuing referring to FIG. 16, the first mating buckle 4312 and the buckle member 4311 may be over-molded with the first connecting strap 431.

[0111] The first-type fastener may include at least one of a second mating buckle 4322 and an anti-detachment buckle 4324. In an example, the second mating buckle 4322 and the anti-detachment buckle 4324 may be over-molded with the second connecting strap 432.

[0112] In an example, the buckle 421 is over-molded with the fixing strap 42.

[0113] In an example, it may be satisfied simultaneously that the first mating buckle 4312 and the first buckle member 4311 may be over-molded with the first connecting strap 431, the second mating buckle 4322 and the anti-detachment buckle 4324 may be over-molded with the second connecting strap 432, and the buckle 421 may be over-molded with the fixing strap 42.

[0114] The chin strap is an adjustable accessory playing an auxiliary fixing function, which is ties under a chin to maintain a position and stability of the safety helmet. In the related arts, connections between various straps and buckles on the chin strap typically rely on stitched joints. However, connection strength of the stitched joints is relatively low, and there are often excessive loose threads. Stitching threads may wear out or break after being used for a long-term or subjecting to a significant external force, and then resulting in separation of the strap from the buckle. Furthermore, a stitching process is cumbersome, and additional stitching materials is required, and even manual operation is required, so that not only a production cost is increased, but also a production efficiency is reduced.

[0115] In the present disclosure, the first mating buckle 4312 and the first buckle member 4311 may be over-molded with the first connecting strap 431, the second mating buckle 4322 and the anti-detachment buckle 4324 may be over-molded with the second connecting strap 432, and the buckle 421 and the fixing strap 42 are over-molded, so that automatic forming is facilitated, and thus the production efficiency and the production cost are relatively low. Moreover, an overall strength is relatively high, so that it is not easy to damage.
