[0035] Referring to FIGS. 1 to FIG. 9, a net stand mainly includes locking members 1, a fixed rod 2, leg tubes 3 and support members 4. Specifically, two locking members 1 are provided, which are disposed at two sides of the fixed rod 2 symmetrically; one fixed rod 2 is provided, extending through the two locking members 1; four leg tubes 3 are provided, every two forming a pair and being assembled with one locking member 1 and one support member 4; and two support members 4 are provided, which are disposed at two ends of the fixed rod 2 respectively. During practical applications, the above components may be further structurally optimized, or equivalently replaced with existing components, or additional components may be added to continuously improve the performance of the net stand.
[0036] The locking member 1 in the figures can slide transversely on the fixed rod 2 to fold and unfold the four leg tubes 3, meanwhile the locking member 1 can be fixed by means of a moveable engagement between an elastic clamp plate 11 thereon and the support member 4. The locking member 1 includes a clamp plate 11, a clamp seat 12 and a spring (not shown in the figures). The clamp plate 11 is configured to allow a moveable engagement between the locking member 1 and the support member 4. The clamp seat 12 is configured to fix the clamp plate 11. The spring is configured to restore the clamp plate 11 when it is in an unlocked state. The clamp plate 11 in the figures includes a clamp head 111, a clamp tail 112 and a clamp handle 113. The clamp head 111 is a conventional hook-like structure, which engages with a clamp groove 413 at a corresponding position on a subsequent support body 41. The clamp tail 112 is a semicircular cap-like structure, configured to accommodate the spring. The clamp tail 112 forms a corresponding assembly relationship with a protruding tail seat portion on a subsequent clamp seat 12, thereby fixing the clamp plate 11. The clamp handle 113 is an obliquely protruding structure, allowing a user to lift the clamp head 111 with a finger. The clamp seat 12 is formed with a square first through hole 122 internally, allowing the fixed rod 2 to pass through. Meanwhile, the clamp seat 12 is provided with hinge portions 123 on two sides thereof respectively, each hinge portion 123 including a hinge cavity 1231 and a (^# 232, whereby the leg tube 3 can be disposed within the hinge cavity 1231 at one end thereof and hinged to the clamp seat 12 through the hinge hole 1232 and a corresponding hinge member.
[0037] The fixed rod 2 in the figures is provided as a square tube structure in its entirety. Two ends thereof are respectively arranged to incline downward, allowing the fixed rod 2 to form a V-shape in its entirety, thus achieving a good supporting effect, preventing tipping or relative rotation with other components, and ensuring the stability of the whole net stand. An end of the fixed rod 2 is fixed in an inner hole 411 of the support body 41, and a mounting hole 414 is formed above the inner hole 411. The end of the fixed rod 2 can be secured to the support member 4 by means of conventional mounting pieces, such as screw.
[0038] Each leg tube 3 in the figures is provided as a conventional circular tube structure. One end thereof, namely an inner side as shown in the figures, is hinged to the clamp seat 12. A middle portion thereof extends through the support member 4. A tail seat portion thereof faces outward and is sleeved with an elastic foot pad 7.
[0039] Each support member 4 in the figures is designed as an integral structure of a support body 41 and a support head 42. The support body 41 is configured to assemble with the leg tubes 3 and the fixed rod 2. The support head 42 is configured to mount a keel 5 supporting a net 8. The support body 41 is formed with second through holes 412 at two sides thereof, allowing the leg tubes 3 to pass through to achieve folding and unfolding. Each second through hole 412, as shown in the figures, can be designed as a hole structure providing an angular difference, namely, a difference between a folding angle and an unfolding angle. The shape of the second through hole is configured to adapt to the folding and unfolding actions of the leg tube. The support head is configured to fix the keel of the net stand; and the keel is configured to support the net of the net stand. The support head 42 is fixed on the support body 41 obliquely and protrusively, allowing the keel 5 to be mounted with a certain inclination for mounting the net 8, thereby facilitating the use of the net stand. As shown in the figures, on a single side, a total number of three keels 5 are provided, which are fixed together through a first connection piece 61, a second connection piece 62 and a third connection piece 63.
[0040] Referring to FIG. 10, the fixed rod 2 adopts a split-type structure in place of the fixed structure aforementioned. The fixed rod 2 includes an inner rod 21 and two outer rods 22. The two outer rods 22 are hinged to two ends of the inner rod 21 respectively. For specific hinging manners, reference may be made to concave-convex insertion or other existing manners. Meanwhile, for convenience, the outer rods 22 and the support member 4 can be designed as an integral structure.
