CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0001] The application claims priority to Chinese patent application No. 2025205476696, filed on Mar. 26, 2025, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.TECHNICAL FIELD
[0002] The utility model relates to the field of fitness equipment, in particular to a fitness device.BACKGROUND
[0003] In the field of fitness equipment, rail-type exercise devices (such as kicking exercisers and slide rail type strength exercisers) achieve muscle exercise through the reciprocating sliding of a sliding seat on a rail and elastic resistance. Existing rails are mostly inseparable, resulting in large space occupation for transportation and storage and high maintenance cost for overall replacement in case of partial damage. Chinese patent document No. CN1218703A discloses a fitness device, characterized by comprising: a guide rail; a track carriage capable of sliding on the guide rail; and a resistance device for providing unidirectional and variable resistance to the track carriage. When a force is applied to the track carriage sufficient to overcome the resistance force of the resistance device, the track carriage is capable of sliding along the guide rail in a first direction. When the force is removed, the track carriage is capable of sliding along the guide rail in a direction opposite to the first direction.
[0004] The guide rail in the above solution is inseparable, resulting in large space occupation for both storage and packaging.SUMMARY
[0005] The objective of the utility model is to provide a fitness device that occupies small space for packaging, transportation, and storage.
[0006] To achieve the above objective, the technical solution adopted by the utility model is as follows:
[0007] A fitness device comprises a rail plate and a sliding seat, the sliding seat is slidably arranged at a top of the rail plate, an elastic band is provided in the rail plate, one end of the elastic band is connected to the rail plate and the other end is connected to the sliding seat; the elastic band can apply elastic force to the sliding seat, such that the sliding seat can move to its initial position; the sliding seat is provided with a connector extending into the rail plate, the other end of the elastic band is connected to the connector, the top of the rail plate is provided with a yield hole that yields to the connector and extends along its length direction, the rail plate comprises a first rail segment and a second rail segment, a first end of the first rail segment is detachably spliced with a first end of the second rail segment through a splicer, and a top of each of the first rail segment and the second rail segment is formed with a yield hole segment penetrating its first end; after the first rail segment is spliced with the second rail segment, the yield hole segments of the first rail segment and the second rail segment form the yield hole.
[0008] By adopting the above technical solution, the first end of the first rail segment is detachably spliced with the first end of the second rail segment through the splicer, and the yield hole segments of the first rail segment and the second rail segment form the yield hole after splicing, such that the first rail segment and the second rail segment can be separated for easy transportation and storage, solving the problem of large space occupation of conventional one-piece rails.
[0009] A bottom of the first end of each of the first rail segment and the second rail segment is provided with at least one insertion slot deviating from the connector, and the splicer is provided with at least two insertion portions adaptively inserted into the insertion slots of the first rail segment and the second rail segment.
[0010] The bottom of the first end of each of the first rail segment and the second rail segment is provided with at least one insertion slot deviating from the connector, and the splicer is provided with at least two insertion portions adaptively inserted into the insertion slots of the first rail segment and the second rail segment, such that the two insertion portions of the splicer can be inserted into the insertion slots to complete the splicing of the first rail segment and the second rail segment during use, where the first rail segment and the second rail segment can be separated for easy transportation and storage.
[0011] The bottom of the first end of each of the first rail segment and the second rail segment is provided with two insertion slots on two sides of the connector, and the splicer is provided with four insertion portions inserted into the two insertion slots of the first rail segment and the second rail segment.
[0012] The insertion portions are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the connector, such that the pressure borne by the splicer is evenly distributed, avoiding deformation or detachment of the splicer due to single-side stress concentration.
[0013] The bottom of the first end of each of the first rail segment and the second rail segment is provided with a yield slot that yields to the splicer; and after the insertion portions of the splicer are inserted into the insertion slots, a bottom surface of the splicer is flush with bottom surfaces of the first rail segment and the second rail segment.
[0014] The splicer is flush with the bottom surface of the rail after being inserted into the yield slots, avoiding the problem of unstable placement of instruments or scratching with the ground due to the protruding of the connector.
[0015] One end of the elastic band is fixed in the first rail segment, and the initial position of the sliding seat is at the top of the first rail segment.
[0016] The initial position of the sliding seat is fixed at the first rail segment, ensuring that the sliding seat automatically resets to the same starting point after each user exercise, and improving the repeatability and resistance consistency of exercise.
[0017] At least one turning wheel for guiding the elastic band to move is provided in the first rail segment.
[0018] The turning wheel converts the sliding friction between the elastic band and the rail into rolling friction, reducing the wear of the elastic band, extending the service life, and preventing the elastic band from deviating from the motion trajectory through the guidance of the turning wheel.
[0019] The fitness device further comprises an auxiliary support seat, a second end of the first rail segment is connected to the auxiliary support seat, and an armrest is provided on the auxiliary support seat. When in use, a user grips the armrest and steps on the sliding seat for leg movements.
[0020] The user can bend down and grip the armrest for kicking exercise, and the auxiliary support seat serving as a weighted base can further reduce overall shaking of the device due to the movement of the sliding seat.
[0021] The second end of the first rail segment is detachably connected to the auxiliary support seat. The user can disassemble the auxiliary support seat according to needs to convert the device into a simple slide rail exerciser, improving space utilization, and reducing the volume of each component after disassembly, making it easy to transport or store in a standard-sized packaging box.
[0022] The fitness device comprises two parallel rail plates, each of which is provided with the sliding seat. The dual rail support significantly increases the contact area between the sliding seats and the rail, reduces the risk of side turning, and is suitable for heavy users or high-intensity exercise.
[0023] The sliding seat is provided with at least one grip rod for detachable insertion. The sliding seat is detachably provided with at least one grip rod, which can increase the usage scenario of the sliding seat. When needed, the grip rod can be mounted on the sliding seat, and then the user bends down and holds the grip rod for exercise. When not needed, the grip rod can be disassembled.
[0024] The fitness device further comprises a pedal component detachably arranged on the sliding seat, the pedal component is provided with two insertion rods, and the sliding seat is formed with insertion holes adapted to the insertion rods. The pedal component can make it more convenient for the exerciser to exert force with feet during use, and the insertion holes adapted to the insertion rods facilitate the mounting of the pedal component.

[0026] By adopting the above technical solution, the buckle plate can be directly buckled and covered on the sliding seats of the two rail plates, which can increase the integrity of the sliding seats and prevent the sliding seats of the two rail plates from moving in different trajectories during exercise.
[0027] A top of the auxiliary support seat is provided with a first support table, a top of the buckle plate is provided with a second support table, and each of the first support table and the second support table is formed with a groove for borrowing force.
