Description

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

[0001] This application is based upon and claims the benefit of priority of the prior Japanese Patent Application No. P2025-054180, filed on Mar. 27, 2025, and the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.TECHNICAL FIELD

[0002] The present invention relates to a working vehicle.BACKGROUND ART

[0003] As an example of a working vehicle, a hydraulic excavator, a track loader or the like having a lower body with a traveling crawler or tire installed thereon, an upper body arranged above the lower body, and a working device installed at the lower body or the upper body and operating hydraulically (that is, with hydraulic oil having a predetermined pressure) is known according to the related art.

[0004] Recently, a working vehicle having an electric motor instead of a conventional engine as a drive source of a working device has been developed (refer to JP-A-2007-325431).SUMMARY OF INVENTIONTechnical Problem

[0005] Normally, as the working vehicle becomes smaller, the space where a device is installed becomes narrower. Therefore, the configuration and arrangement of the device and the securing of an installation space therefor are persistent problems.

[0006] In the presence of such problems, particularly in an electric working vehicle, the number of electrical devices installed (for example, an inverter, a charging connector, a contactor, and the like) that are necessary for charging and discharging increases in addition to a rechargeable battery (for example, a lithium-ion rechargeable battery) requiring a large installation space, and therefore there is a problem in that these devices need to be efficiently arranged in a limited space.

[0007] With respect to the electric working vehicle, the present inventor has intensively studied the arrangement and structure of electrical devices to be installed in a device compartment.

[0008] Specifically, a configuration in which a charging port of a charging connector is arranged in an outer wall part (for example, a sidewall part) of a device compartment has been examined. As a result, there is a case where water enters inside the device compartment from a boundary part or the like between the outer wall part and an open-close cover and an electrical device (for example, a connection terminal of a charging connector, a contactor, and the like) arranged on the inner side of the outer wall part is soaked with water.

[0009] The present invention has been accomplished under the above-described circumstances and an object thereof is to provide a working vehicle in which electrical devices arranged inside a device compartment can be efficiently arranged in a limited space and can be prevented from being soaked with water.Solution to Problem

[0010] The present invention solves the above-described problems by a solution as described below as an embodiment.

[0011] A working vehicle according to an embodiment is a working vehicle including an upper body having a device compartment, and inside the device compartment, an electrical device is arranged and a frame is arranged at a position above the electrical device, and an eave part for covering the electrical device is provided at a position above the electrical device and fixed to the frame.Advantageous Effects of Invention

[0012] In the working vehicle according to the embodiment, the electrical device arranged inside the device compartment can be efficiently arranged in a limited space and can be prevented from being soaked with water.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

[0022] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic view (perspective view from above a left rear part) showing an example of a working vehicle 1 according to the present embodiment. Also, FIG. 2 is a perspective view (perspective view from above a left rear part) showing an example of an upper body 2 of the working vehicle 1 shown in FIG. 1. For the sake of convenience of description, there are cases where upward and downward, left and right, and forward and backward directions are indicated by arrows in the drawings. Also, there are cases where members having the same function are denoted by the same sign in all the drawings for illustrating the embodiment and the repeated description thereof is omitted.

[0023] First, the overall configuration of the working vehicle 1 will be described. A hydraulic excavator will be described as an example of the working vehicle 1. However, the working vehicle 1 is not limited to the hydraulic excavator.

[0024] As shown in FIG. 1, the working vehicle 1 has a lower body 3 provided with a traveling device, and an upper body 2 arranged above the lower body 3. This working vehicle 1 has working devices 12, 14 that operate hydraulically (with hydraulic oil having a predetermined pressure). Also, a cabin 16 provided with an operation device (not illustrated) with which an operator on board carries out operations for traveling and work is provided. The cabin 16 is assumed to be a closed type (cabin) but may also be an open type (canopy).

[0025] As an example of the lower body 3, a pair of left and right crawlers 15 are provided. However, the traveling device is not limited to the crawlers 15 and may employ a configuration having tires instead of the crawlers 15 (not illustrated). The crawlers 15 are driven by a traveling hydraulic motor 17.

[0026] As an example of the working device 12, a blade 40 is provided. The blade 40 is installed at the lower body 3 so as to be able to swing upward and downward (including forward and backward components). The blade 40 is driven by a hydraulic cylinder (blade cylinder) (not illustrated). However, the working device 12 is not limited to the above-described configuration.

[0027] As an example of the working device 14, a boom 42, an arm 44, and an attachment (in the present embodiment, a bucket) 46 are provided. However, the attachment 46 is not limited to the bucket. The boom 42 is installed at the upper body 2 so as to be able to swing upward and downward (including forward and backward components) (a boom bracket may or may not be provided in between). The arm 44 is installed at the boom 42 so as to be able to swing upward and downward (including forward and backward components). The attachment 46 is installed at the arm 44 so as to be able to swing upward and downward (including forward and backward components). The boom 42 is driven by a hydraulic cylinder (boom cylinder) (not illustrated). The arm 44 is driven by a hydraulic cylinder (arm cylinder) 54. The attachment 46 is driven by a hydraulic cylinder (bucket cylinder) 56. However, the working device 14 is not limited to the above-described configuration.

[0028] The working vehicle 1 has a drive source, a hydraulic pump, and a control valve or the like (none of which is illustrated) inside a device compartment 10, described later, or the like, as a drive mechanism for driving the above-described traveling hydraulic motor 17 and hydraulic cylinders 54, 56 or the like. One or a plurality of hydraulic pumps are provided in accordance with the configurations of the working devices 12, 14 or the traveling device or the like, or loads or the like.

[0029] In the working vehicle 1 having the above-described configuration, the operator operates the operation device (not illustrated) and thus performs control to activate the control valve to supply hydraulic oil with a predetermined pressure sent out from the hydraulic pump to the traveling hydraulic motor 17 and the hydraulic cylinders 54, 56 or the like. Thus, the traveling of the working vehicle 1 and the work by the working devices 12, 14 can be performed.

[0030] The working vehicle 1 has an electric motor (not illustrated) as a drive source for driving the above-described hydraulic pump or the like (or may have a configuration having an engine (not illustrated)). The working vehicle 1 also has a battery (for example, a lithium-ion rechargeable battery (not illustrated)) for supplying electricity to this electric motor, and an electrical device (for example, an inverter (not illustrated), a charging connector 22, a contactor 24 or the like) for charging and discharging. As an example, the electric motor is an AC motor, and the specifications thereof (the number of electric motors and the rated output thereof or the like) are set as appropriate in accordance with the number of driven devices and the rated output thereof or the like.

[0031] Also, the working vehicle 1 has, in the upper body 2, the device compartment 10 in which the above-described electric motor, battery, and electrical device or the like are installed, and an open-close cover 11 covering the device compartment 10 in an openable and closable manner.

[0032] The configuration of the above-described device compartment 10 will be described. FIG. 3 is a schematic view (perspective view from above a right rear part) showing a configuration example of the outside of the device compartment 10. FIGS. 4 and 5 are schematic views (perspective views from above a left rear part) showing a configuration example of the inside of the device compartment 10 (in a state where the open-close cover 11 is opened). FIG. 5 illustrates a state where a cover 30, described later, is removed. FIGS. 6 and 7 are schematic views (side views from the left direction) showing a configuration example of the inside of the device compartment 10 (in the state where the open-close cover 11 is opened). FIG. 7 illustrates a state where the cover 30, described later, is removed. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view along a line VIII-VIII in FIG. 6. FIG. 9 is an enlarged view (perspective view from above a right rear part) showing a configuration example of a frame 26, described later, and an eave part 28, described later, and the surroundings thereof inside the device compartment 10.

[0033] In the present embodiment, a charging port 22A of the charging connector 22 is arranged in an outer wall part (as an example, a sidewall part 10A on the right side) of the device compartment 10.

[0034] Also, electrical devices provided corresponding to the above-described charging port 22A (specifically but not limited to a connection terminal 22B of the charging connector 22, and the contactor 24 electrically connected to the charging connector 22 or the like) are arranged inside the device compartment 10.

[0035] In the present embodiment, the above-described electrical devices 22B, 24 are arranged in a space part formed on the inner side of the sidewall part 10A. Thus, this space part, which has been previously a dead space, can be effectively utilized to implement space-saving installation. Therefore, particularly, even in the case where the working vehicle 1 is relatively small or the like, the electrical devices 22B, 24 can be efficiently arranged in the limited space inside the device compartment 10.

[0036] However, if the above-described installation structure is employed, the electrical devices 22B, 24 are arranged at positions below a boundary part 10B between the upper surface of the sidewall part 10A of the device compartment 10 and the upper surface of the open-close cover 11 (that is, a position directly below and a position nearby). Therefore, it is probable that water may enter inside the device compartment 10 from an upper part (particularly this boundary part 10B) of the device compartment 10 and that these electrical devices 22B, 24 may be soaked with water.

[0037] However, the working vehicle 1 according to the present embodiment can solve the problem by having the following configuration. Specifically, inside the device compartment 10, the frame 26 is arranged at a position above the above-described electrical devices 22B, 24. Also, the eave part 28 fixed to the frame 26 and arranged so as to cover the electrical devices 22B, 24 at a position above the electrical devices 22B, 24 is provided. As an example, the frame 26 is formed to have an annular cross section, using a metal plate member or tubular member. Also, the eave part 28 is formed to have an L-shaped cross section, using a metal plate member (see FIG. 8 and the like). However, this configuration is not limiting.

[0038] With this configuration, water entering from the upper part of the device compartment 10 can be made to move along a surface of the eave part 28 (an upper surface 28a and a lateral surface 28b shown in FIG. 8) and flow out of the eave part 28. Therefore, water entering from the upper part of the device compartment 10 can be prevented from falling onto the electrical devices 22B, 24. That is, the electrical devices 22B, 24 can be prevented from being soaked with water.

[0039] Also, the eave part 28 according to the present embodiment is formed in a sloped shape descending along a direction from inside to outside of the device compartment 10. This has an effect in that water falling on the upper surface 28a of the eave part 28 can easily flow in the direction from inside to outside of the device compartment 10. Therefore, the discharge of this water is facilitated.

[0040] Next, the working vehicle 1 according to the present embodiment has the cover 30 fixed to the frame 26 and arranged so as to cover the electrical devices 22B, 24, at a position becoming the side of the electrical devices 22B, 24.

[0041] With this configuration, water falling down toward the electrical devices 22B, 24 from above (for example, water falling along the lateral surface 28b of the eave part 28) can be made to move along a surface (surface opposite to the surface facing the electrical devices 22B, 24) of the cover 30 and flow out of the cover 30. Therefore, water falling down toward the electrical devices 22B, 24 from above can be prevented from falling onto the electrical devices 22B, 24. That is, the electrical devices 22B, 24 can be prevented from being soaked with water.

[0042] Also, for the cover 30 according to the present embodiment, a resin sheet that is formed of a transparent resin material (for example, a vinyl resin, an ethylene-based resin, a styrene-based resin or the like) and is flexible is used. This creates a state where the electrical devices 22B, 24 cannot be directly touched, and therefore an accident, for example, touching the electrical devices 22B, 24 by mistake and getting an electric shock at the time of maintenance or the like, can be prevented. Also, since a transparent resin sheet is used, the inspection of the electrical devices 22B, 24 can be performed by visual checking through the resin sheet. Also, since a flexible resin sheet is used, the resin sheet can fit the shapes of the electrical devices 22B, 24 and cover the electrical devices 22B, 24, even if the electrical devices 22B, 24 have complex shapes. Therefore, reliable waterproofing can be achieved.

[0043] Also, the cover 30 according to the present embodiment is fixed using a fixture (as an example, a resin clip 32, described later) in such an arrangement that an upper end part (relatively upper end part in the vertical direction of the cover 30) 30a and a peripheral area thereof are held between a lateral part 26a of the frame 26 and a lower part (relatively lower part in the vertical direction of the eave part 28) 28c of the eave part 28 hanging down to a position facing the lateral part 26a. Thus, water can be prevented from entering from the junction part between the frame 26 and the eave part 28 toward electrical devices 22B, 24. That is, the electrical devices 22B, 24 can be prevented from being soaked with water.

[0044] Also, as another example, the eave part 28 is fixed to the frame 26 by welding. In this case, the gap between the frame 26 and the eave part 28 may be filled with a caulking material. As another example, the eave part 28 is fixed to the frame 26, using an adhesive caulking material. Thus, when the cover 30 fixed to the frame 26 in the above-described arrangement is to be replaced, the eave part 28 can be easily detached from the frame 26 and the upper end part 30a of the cover 30 can be exposed, and therefore the cover 30 can be easily replaced.

[0045] Also, the cover 30 according to the present embodiment is fixed to the frame 26, using the known resin clip 32. Thus, when the cover 30 fixed to the frame 26 is to be replaced, the resin clip 32 can be easily removed without a tool, as compared with a fixing method using a screw or an adhesive, and therefore the cover 30 can be easily replaced.

[0046] Next, the working vehicle 1 according to the present embodiment has a cover holding member 34 that continues to one end part (in the present embodiment, an end part near outside of the device compartment 10) 28d of the eave part 28 and that has a shape hanging down from the eave part 28 and holds a corresponding position in the cover 30 (in the present embodiment, a lateral end part of the cover 30 (end part near outside of the device compartment 10)) 30b. Thus, water can be prevented from entering from between the frame 26 and the lateral end part 30b of the cover 30 toward the electrical devices 22B, 24. That is, the electrical devices 22B, 24 can be prevented from being soaked with water.

[0047] The other mechanisms for traveling and work in the working vehicle 1 according to the present embodiment are similar to those in a known working vehicle (hydraulic excavator) and therefore the detailed description thereof is omitted.

[0048] As described above, it is preferable that the present invention includes the configurations given below.

[0049] (1) A working vehicle according to an embodiment is a working vehicle including an upper body having a device compartment, and inside the device compartment, an electrical device is arranged and a frame is arranged above the electrical device, and an eave part for covering the electrical device is provided above the electrical device and fixed to the frame.

[0050] (2) In the working vehicle according to the above aspect (1), it is preferable that a cover for covering the electrical device is provided at a side of the electrical device and fixed to the frame.

[0052] (4) In the working vehicle according to the above aspect (3), it is preferable that the resin sheet is flexible.

[0053] (5) In the working vehicle according to any one of the above aspects (2) to (4), it is preferable that the cover is fixed in such an arrangement that an upper end part of the cover is held between a lateral part of the frame and a lower part of the eave part hanging down from an upper surface of the eave part to a position facing the lateral part of the frame.

[0054] (6) In the working vehicle according to any one of the above aspects (1) to (5), it is preferable that the eave part is formed in a sloped shape descending from inside to outside of the device compartment.

[0055] (7) In the working vehicle according to any one of the above aspects (2) to (5), it is preferable that a cover holding member that continues to an end part of the eave part near outside of the device compartment, and that has a shape hanging down from the end part and holds the cover at a corresponding position, is provided.

[0056] (8) In the working vehicle according to any one of the above aspects (1) to (7), it is preferable that the eave part is fixed to the frame, using an adhesive caulking material.

[0057] (9) In the working vehicle according to any one of the above aspects (2) to (5) and (7), it is preferable that the cover is fixed to the frame, using a resin clip.

[0058] According to the present invention, a working vehicle in which an electrical device arranged inside a device compartment can be efficiently arranged in a limited space and can be prevented from being soaked with water can be implemented.

[0059] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment (hydraulic excavator). For example, while a hydraulic excavator has been described as an example of the working vehicle, the present invention can be similarly applied to a track loader or the like.
