Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the field of compressed towel humidification technologies, and in particular, to an automatic towel machine.BACKGROUND
[0002] With the continuous improvement of residents'quality of life, the market demand for clean towels continues to rise in various application scenarios such as hotels, catering, beauty and wellness, office spaces, and homes. In order to meet the upgrading needs of market consumption, various types of compressed dry towel supply devices have gradually become popular and available. These devices mainly have core functions such as supplying compression.
[0003] The towel machine that can supply compressed towels in existing technology usually consists of machine housing, a storage bin, and a pushing structure. The storage bin is used to store dry compressed towels, and the pushing structure is responsible for transporting compressed towels from the storage bin to a retrieval area.
[0004] Regarding the relevant technologies mentioned above, when the user retrieves the compressed towel from the retrieval area, the compressed towel is in a compressed and unfolded state, requiring the user to manually unfold it, resulting in a poor user experience.SUMMARY
[0005] In order to improve the users'experience and enable them to directly retrieve compressed towels that have already been unfolded, the present application provides an automatic towel machine.
[0006] The automatic towel machine provided in the present application adopts the following technical solution.
[0007] An automatic towel machine, including: a housing, a material warehouse cylinder, a pushing mechanism, and a water injection mechanism, where the housing is provided with a water injection platform, and the material warehouse cylinder is provided on the housing and configured to store compressed towels; where the material warehouse cylinder is provided with a discharge port for the compressed towels to fall out of the material warehouse cylinder, and the pushing mechanism is provided on the housing and configured to push the compressed towels that fall from the discharge port to the water injection platform; where the water injection mechanism is provided on the housing and configured to inject water and humidify a compressed towel that is located on the water injection platform.
[0008] In summary, the present application includes at least one beneficial technical effect as follows.
[0009] When the user needs to retrieve a wet towel, the wet towel machine starts. After the wet towel machine starts up, the pushing mechanism pushes the compressed towel that falls from the through-hole of the material storage cylinder to the water injection platform. The water injection mechanism starts up and humidifies the compressed towel on the compression platform, so that the compressed towel absorbs water and unfolds. After the compressed towel is humidified, the protective cover is opened, so that the water injection platform can be opened, allowing the user to retrieve the compressed towel on the water injection platform. When the user retrieves the compressed towel, the protective cover re closes the water injection platform to maintain the stable environment during subsequent water injection and humidification of the compressed towel, thereby solving the problem of the lack of enclosed protection affecting the cleanliness of the compressed towel during humidification.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

[0019] Further detailed explanations of the present disclosure will be provided in combination with FIGS. 1-9.
[0020] Referring to FIGS. 1-3, the present disclosure provides an automatic towel machine, which includes a housing 1, a material warehouse cylinder 2, a pushing mechanism 3, a water injection mechanism 4, and a protective mechanism 5. The housing 1 is provided with a water injection platform 11, the material warehouse cylinder 2 is provided on the housing 1 and used to store compressed towels, the material warehouse cylinder 2 is provided with a discharge port for the compressed towels to fall out of the material warehouse cylinder 2, the pushing mechanism 3 is provided on the housing 1 and used to push the compressed towels that fall from the discharge port to the water injection platform 11. The water injection mechanism 4 is provided on the housing 1 and used to inject water and humidify a compressed towel that is located on the water injection platform 11. The protective mechanism 5 includes a protective cover 51, and the protective cover 51 is provided on the housing 1 and used to close the water injection platform 11. It should be understood that there are multiple compressed towels stacked inside the material warehouse cylinder 2, and under the action of gravity, the compressed towels in the material warehouse cylinder 2 fall one by one from the discharge port of the material warehouse cylinder 2, that is, the compressed towels at a bottom of the material warehouse cylinder 2 tend to move towards a discharge port position due to their own gravity, and finally fall from the discharge port position, thereby providing a material basis for a subsequent pushing action of the pushing mechanism 3. When the compressed towels fall from the discharge port position, the remaining compressed towels in the material warehouse cylinder 2 cannot continue to fall from the discharge port position under an obstruction of the already fallen compressed towels, thus ensuring that the pushing mechanism 3 pushes one compressed towel at a time. In order to make the compressed towels fall more smoothly, there is a certain gap between the compressed towels and an inner wall of the material warehouse cylinder 2 to avoid significant friction between the compressed towels and the inner wall of the material warehouse cylinder 2 that prevents them from falling. In an implementation mode, the compressed towels are circular compressed towels, and the material warehouse cylinder 2 is a cylindrical cylinder. A diameter of one compressed towel is smaller than an inner diameter of the material warehouse cylinder 2, and there is a gap between the compressed towels and the inner wall of the material warehouse cylinder 2 to make the falling of the compressed towels smoother.
[0021] Where the water injection platform 11 refers to a load-bearing planar structure provided on the housing 1. The water injection platform 11 is used to receive the compressed towel pushed by the pushing mechanism 3. It can be understood that the position of the water injection platform 11 corresponds to an end of a stroke of the pushing mechanism 3, so as to ensure that the compressed towel receives water injection in a stationary state, thereby improving the uniformity and adequacy of humidification. Therefore, the closure of the water injection platform 11 by the protective cover 51 can be understood as the isolation of the interaction between the water injection platform 11 and an outside of the housing 1 by the protective cover 51, so as to ensure that the compressed towel can achieve stable water injection humidification after being pushed to the water injection platform 11, thereby avoiding the interference of dust and impurities outside the housing 1. Besides that, it can also avoid a user from taking the compressed towel that has not been humidified in advance. This ensures that when the user uses the compressed towel, the moisture level of the compressed towel is in an optimal state for use.
[0022] Referring to FIGS. 1-3, an implementation mode, the protective cover 51 slides and fits with the housing 1. When the protective cover 51 slides towards the water injection platform 11, the water injection platform 11 is closed. When the protective cover 51 slides away from the water injection platform 11, the water injection platform 11 is opened, rendering it convenient to open or close the protective cover 51. In an implementation mode, the protective cover 51 can also be connected to the housing 1 through a detachable connection method, so that when the compressed towel is located on the water injection platform 11 for water injection humidification, the protective cover 51 and the housing 1 can be connected to seal the water injection platform 11. After the compressed towel completes water injection humidification, the protective cover 51 can be removed from the housing 1 to open the water injection platform 11.
[0023] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, an implementation mode, the protective mechanism 5 further includes a sliding component 52, and the sliding component 52 includes a sliding rack 521 and a sliding gear 522. The sliding rack 521 is slidably matched with the housing 1 and fixedly connected to the protective cover 51. The sliding gear 522 is rotatably provided on the housing 1 and meshes with the sliding rack 521, so that when the sliding gear 522 rotates, the sliding rack 521 drives the protective cover 51 to slide, making the opening of the protective cover 51 simpler and more convenient. In addition, in an implementation mode, the opening of the protective cover 51 can also be manually opened by the user. It should be understood that the number of the sliding component 52 can be one or more groups. When the number of the sliding component 52 is multiple groups, each sliding gear 522 is connected through a synchronous connection rod to ensure synchronous rotation of each sliding gear 522. Thus, the synchronous driving of each sliding gear 522 can be achieved. Furthermore, there is no need to set the synchronous connection rod between each sliding gear 522, so that each sliding gear 522 can be independently driven.
[0024] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, an implementation mode, the sliding component 52 further includes a driving motor 523 and a driving gear 524. The driving motor 523 is provided on the housing 1, and the driving gear 524 is fixedly provided on an output shaft of the driving motor 523. The driving gear 524 meshes with the sliding gear 522 to drive the sliding gear 522 to rotate. Therefore, when the compressed towel is filled with water and humidified, the driving motor 523 is driven, and the output shaft of the driving motor 523 drives the driving gear 524 to rotate. The driving gear 524 rotates and drives the sliding gear 522 to rotate. The sliding rack 521 rotates and drives the sliding rack 521 to slide, and the sliding rack 521 slides to drive the protective cover 51 to slide, thereby achieving the protective cover 51 being driven to slide. After the compressed towel is filled with water and is humidified, the protective cover 51 can automatically open. For the user to take the compressed towel that has been humidified on the water injection platform 11, in an implementation mode, a driving method of the sliding gear 522 can also be driven by a handle or directly driven by a motor.
[0025] Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, in an implementation mode of the present application, the pushing mechanism 3 includes a pushing block 31, and the pushing block 31 slides and cooperates with the housing 1. When the pushing block 31 slides from an initial position towards a direction of the compressed towel, it pushes the compressed towel that falls from the discharge port to the water injection platform 11. It should be understood that when the pushing block 31 pushes the compressed towel out of the water injection platform 11, the compressed towels in the material warehouse cylinder 2 cannot fall from the discharge port at this time. After the pushing block 31 completes the pushing of the compressed towel and slides back to the initial position, the compressed towels in the material warehouse cylinder 2 can fall from the discharge port. Inan implementation mode, the pushing mechanism 3 further includes a pushing gear 32 and a pushing rack 33. The pushing rack 33 is rotatably provided on the housing 1 and is fixedly connected to the pushing block 31. The pushing gear 32 meshes with the pushing rack 33. When the pushing gear 32 rotates, it drives the pushing rack 33 to slide, thereby driving the pushing block 31 to slide. Where when the pushing rack 33 drives the pushing block 31 to push out the current compressed towel, the pushing rack 33 will block the discharge port of the material warehouse cylinder 2 to prevent the compressed towels in the material warehouse cylinder 2 from falling. When the pushing rack 33 drives the pushing block 31 to return to the initial position, the discharge port of the material warehouse cylinder 2 is in an unobstructed state, and a next compressed towel falls from the discharge port.
[0026] In an implementation mode of the present application, the driving of the rotation of the pushing gear 32 is achieved through a motor. In an implementation mode of the present application, the driving of the rotation of the pushing gear 32 can also be achieved through other means, such as using a handle to drive the pushing gear 32. In addition, in an implementation mode of the present application, a sliding limit of the pushing block 31 is achieved through a mutual cooperation limit between the pushing rack 33 and the housing 1. In an implementation mode, the sliding limit of the pushing block 31 can also be limited by setting guide rails, sliding grooves or guide columns on the inner wall of the housing 1. In an implementation mode, the pushing rack 33 can be bent to facilitate the storage of the pushing rack 33 in the housing 1. The bending of the pushing rack 33 refers to the fact that it can be bent. The pushing rack 33 can undergo elastic deformation in a specific direction. In order to ensure that when the pushing gear 32 rotates and drives the pushing rack 33 to perform the towel pushing action, the pushing rack 33 maintains sufficient rigidity or tension to transmit power. When it is not in working state, standby state, or requires internal maintenance, the pushing rack 33 can use its bendable characteristics to change its own shape, thereby ensuring a normal transmission function of the pushing rack 33 and making the space occupied by the pushing gear 32 in the housing 1 more reasonable, thereby achieving the effect of optimizing the internal layout of the housing 1.
[0027] Referring to FIG. 1, the housing 1 is provided with a material warehouse cavity 12, and the material warehouse cylinder 2 is arranged in the material warehouse cavity 12. In an embodiment of the present application, the material warehouse cylinder 2 can be detachably connected to the material warehouse cavity 12, so that after the compressed towels in the material warehouse cylinder 2 are completely dropped, towels can be quickly replenished by replacing the material warehouse cylinder 2. In an implementation mode of the present application, the material warehouse cavity 12 is provided with a connection convex ring121, and the discharge port of the material warehouse cylinder 2 is provided with a connection groove 21. When the material warehouse cylinder 2 is provided in the material warehouse cavity 12, the connection convex ring 121 is connected to the connection groove 21 to achieve the installation of the material warehouse cylinder 2 in the material warehouse cavity 12.
[0028] Referring to FIG. 9, in an implementation mode, there is an elastic buckle 22 provided on the material warehouse cylinder 2. The compressed towels inside the material warehouse cylinder 2 are blocked by the elastic buckle 22 and cannot fall out of the material warehouse cylinder 2. When the connection convex ring 121 is connected to the connection groove 21, the connection convex ring 121 presses the elastic buckle 22 outward, so that the compressed towels can fall out from the discharge port of the material warehouse cylinder 2.
[0029] In other implementation mode, the discharge port of the material warehouse cylinder 2 can also be provided with a tear resistant film to prevent the compressed towels from falling off. When the connection convex ring 121 is connected to the connection groove 21, the connection convex ring 121 tears off the tear resistant film, so that the compressed towels can fall out from the discharge port of the material warehouse cylinder 2.
[0030] The housing 1 is rotatably connected to a material warehouse cover 13, and the material warehouse cover 13 is used to control the opening or protection of the material warehouse cavity 12. The material warehouse cover 13 is fixedly provided with a correction ring 131, and the correction ring 131 is fixedly provided with a correction protrusion 1311. When the material warehouse cover 13 closes the material warehouse cavity 12, the correction protrusion 1311 corrects the position of the material warehouse cylinder 2 and abuts against the material warehouse cylinder 2. It can be understood that the correction protrusion 1311 corrects the position of the material warehouse cylinder 2 in the following way: when the material warehouse cover 13 closes the material warehouse cavity 12, an inclined surface of the correction protrusion 1311 pushes the material warehouse cylinder 2 to remain vertical, thereby achieving the correction of the position of the material warehouse cylinder 2. The housing 1 is rotatably connected to a discharge flip cover 14, and the discharge flip cover 14 is used to block the water injection platform 11 and the material warehouse cavity. 12, thereby reducing the entry of dust and impurities from the outside of the housing 1 into the material warehouse cavity 12, and maintaining the cleanliness of the compressed towels. It should be understood that the compressed towels first fall to the bottom of the material warehouse cavity 12, and then are pushed to the water injection platform 11 through the pushing mechanism 3. Besides that, it should be understood that the discharge flip cover 14 is provided with a through groove, so that the pushing block 31 can pass through the discharge flip cover 14 without opening the discharge flip cover 14.
[0031] Referring to FIG. 8, in an implementation mode of the present application, the water injection mechanism 4 includes a water tank 41, a water pump 42, and a heating module 43. The water tank 41 is provided in the housing 1, and the water pump 42 is provided in the housing 1 and communicates to the water tank 41 for injecting the water in the water tank 41 into the water injection platform 11. It can be understood that the water tank 41 and the water pump 42 are connected by a water pipe, and the water injection platform 11 and the water pump 42 are connected by the water pipe, so that the water in the water tank 41 can flow to the water pump 42 through the water pipe and be transported to the water injection platform 11 through the water pump 42, thereby injecting water and humidifying the compressed towel on the water injection platform 11. The heating module 43 is provided in the housing 1 and used to heat the water to maintain the temperature of the water injected into the water injection platform 11. In an implementation mode of the present application, the heating module 43 is provided between the water tank 41 and the water pump 42 to heat the water flowing into the water pump 42. In an implementation mode, the heating module 43 can also be provided between the water pump 42 and the water injection platform 11 to heat the water flowing out of the water pump 42. It should be understood that the water tank 41 can be opened to facilitate the user adding water to the inside of the water tank 41. In an implementation mode of the present application, the water tank 41 is provided with a cover that controls the opening or closing of the water tank 41 to facilitate the user to open the water tank 41 and add water to the inside of the water tank 41.
[0032] Referring to FIG. 8, in an implementation mode of the present application, the wet towel machine further includes an electronic control component 6, and the electronic control component 6 includes a circuit board 61, a buzzer 62, and an induction module 63. The circuit board 61 is disposed in the housing 1 and used to control the water injection mechanism 4 and the pushing mechanism 3. The induction module 63 is disposed in the housing 1 and electrically connected to the circuit board 61. The induction module 63 is used to sense the compressed towel on the water injection platform 11. The buzzer 62 is disposed in the housing 1 and electrically connected to the circuit board 61. When the pushing mechanism 3 pushes the compressed towel to the water injection platform 11, the induction module 63 senses that the compressed towel is pushed to the water injection platform 11, thereby transmitting a signal to the circuit board 61. The circuit board 61 that receives the signal controls the water injection mechanism 4 be activated to inject water and humidify the compressed towel located on the water injection platform 11. After the water injection mechanism 4 completes the water injection and humidification of the compressed towel, the buzzer 62 sounds, indicating to the user that the compressed towel has been filled with water for humidification.
[0033] The implementation principle of the automatic towel machine in embodiments of the present application is as follows: when the user needs to take a wet towel, the wet towel machine starts. It should be understood that the way of starting the wet towel machine can be achieved through buttons or induction, the present application is not limited to this. After the wet towel machine starts, the pushing mechanism 3 pushes the compressed towel falling from the discharge port of the material warehouse cylinder 2 to the water injection platform 11. The induction module 63 senses the appearance of the compressed towel on the water injection platform 11, and the water injection mechanism 4 starts to inject water and humidify the compressed towel on the compression platform, so that the compressed towel absorbs water and unfolds. When the compressed towel is filled with water and is humidified, the buzzer 62 starts to emit a sound to remind the user that the compressed towel has completed the water injection and humidification, and the driving motor 523 is synchronously activated and drive the protective cover 51 to slide away from the water injection platform 11, so that the water injection platform 11 is opened, allowing the user to take the compressed towel that has completed water injection humidification on the water injection platform 11. When the user takes the compressed towel, the protective cover 51 slides towards the direction close to the water injection platform 11, thereby re-sealing the water injection platform 11 to maintain the stability of the environment during subsequent water injection humidification of the compressed towels. This improves the current wet towel machine, which generally adopts an open humidification environment and lacks effective sealing protection measures. This makes the wet towel machine susceptible to external dust and impurities when humidifying the compressed towels, thereby affecting the cleanliness of the final produced towels and the user's experience.
[0034] The above are the preferred embodiments of the present application and do not limit the protection scope of the present application. Therefore, any equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape, and principle of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.
