[0041] To more fully describe the technical content, the objects to be achieved, and the advantageous effects of the present disclosure, the following detailed description is provided in conjunction with exemplary embodiments and the accompanying drawings.

[0042] Blower devices are commonly used in outdoor environments, automotive cleaning, and other similar scenarios. Such blower devices typically include a volute-shaped air duct, a fan blade, a handle main body, and other components. In practical applications, when the motor drives the fan blade to rotate, air is drawn in through the air inlet of the volute-shaped air duct. The high-speed rotation of the fan blade accelerates and swirls the airflow within the volute-shaped air duct, and the air is then discharged at high speed through the air outlet. However, in conventional blower devices, the size of the air inlet is generally similar to that of the air outlet. Consequently, when the motor drives the fan blade to generate a swirling intake airflow, it is difficult to effectively increase the air output volume. Furthermore, in traditional blower devices, the volute air duct and the handle portion are fixedly connected and cannot rotate relative to each other, making it impossible to adjust the blowing direction of the blower device.

[0043] In view of the above, with reference to FIGS. 1 to 16, the present disclosure provides a handheld blower device, including a handle device 1, an air outlet device 2, and a button 3. The air outlet device 2 is provided with an air outlet 26. The air outlet device 2 is rotatably connected to the handle device 1. The button 3 is slidably disposed on the handle device 1 and is releasably engaged with the air outlet device 2.

[0044] Specifically, when the button 3 is in a pressed state, the button 3 is disengaged from the air outlet device 2, thereby allowing relative rotation between the air outlet device 2 and the handle device 1, and leading the air outlet device 2 and the handle device 1 to be in a relatively rotatable state. When the button 3 is in a reset state (i.e., a released state), the button 3 is engaged with the air outlet device 2, thereby preventing relative rotation between the air outlet device 2 and the handle device 1, and placing the air outlet device 2 and the handle device 1 in a non-rotatable (locked) state.

[0045] In practical use, since the button 3 is slidably provided on the handle device 1, the button 3 can be depressed upon application of an external force and can automatically return to its original position when the external force is removed. Based on this configuration, when the button 3 is pressed, it enters the pressed state and becomes disengaged from the air outlet device 2, such that the engagement connection therebetween is released. At this time, the air outlet device 2 and the handle device 1 are in a relatively rotatable state (unlocked state), allowing the air outlet device 2 to rotate freely relative to the handle device. Thus, the user can rotate the air outlet device 2 to adjust the blowing direction corresponding to the air outlet 26, thereby meeting the wind direction requirements in various usage scenarios. After the desired blowing direction is achieved, the user releases the button 3 to cause it to auto-reset, that is to return to the reset position, whereupon the button 3 once again engages with the air outlet device 2, placing the air outlet device 2 and the handle device1 in a non-rotatable state (locked state). In this manner, the adjusted blowing direction is securely locked.

[0046] The handheld blower device is capable of adjustable blowing direction. By providing an air outlet device 2 and a handle device 1 that are rotatably connected to each other, and by utilizing the button 3, rapid switching between the unlocked state and the locked state can be achieved when adjustment of the wind direction is required. In the unlocked state, the air outlet device 2 can be rotated to adjust the blowing direction corresponding to the air outlet 26. Thereafter, releasing the button 3 switches the device to the locked state, thereby locking the adjusted blowing direction and satisfying the requirements for different blowing directions, and easy to operation.

[0047] Further, as shown in FIGS. 5, 6 and 7, the handheld blower device of the present embodiment, the button 3 includes a pressing portion 31, a first engaging rod 32, and a first engaging tooth portion 33. One end of the first engaging rod 32 is connected to the pressing portion 31, while the other end of the first engaging rod 32 is slidably connected to the handle device 1. The first engaging tooth portion 33 is fixedly disposed on one side of the first engaging rod 32. When the button 3 is in a pressed state, the first engaging tooth portion 33 is configured to disengage from the air outlet device 2. When the button 3 is in a reset state, the first engaging tooth portion 33 is configured to engage with and connect to the air outlet device 2.

[0048] In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, the pressing portion 31 is exposed from the handle device 1 to facilitate pressing of the first engaging rod 32. The first engaging tooth portion 33 is located on the side of the first engaging rod 32 facing the air outlet device 2, thereby forming an L-shaped structure. By pressing the pressing portion 31, sliding movement of the first engaging rod 32 is controlled, which in turn drives the first engaging tooth portion 33 to disengage from or engage with the air outlet device 2, thereby simplifying the rotary unlocking operation and facilitating switching between the unlocked state and the locked state.

[0049] Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the handle device 1 includes a handle body and a first connecting shell 13 is disposed on the handle body 11. The first connecting shell 13 defines a first engaging groove 14 therein. The first engaging rod 32 is slidably disposed in the first engaging groove 14.

[0050] In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the handle body 11 has an overall D-shaped configuration and inicludes a gripping portion 112 and a connecting portion 113 that are connected to each other. An receiving space 114 for receiving a hand is formed between the gripping portion 112 and the connecting portion 113.

[0051] The first connecting shell 13 includes a mounting outer shell 131 and a mounting inner shell 132. The mounting outer shell 131 is mounted at a middle portion of the connecting portion 113, and the mounting inner shell 132 is detachably mounted at an opening of the mounting outer shell 131. The first engaging groove 14 is provided on the mounting inner shell 132. The extending direction of the first connecting shell 13 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the gripping portion 112, such that sufficient clearance is provided between the air outlet device 2 and the gripping portion 112 to allow a hand to extend into the receiving space 114.

[0052] More specifically, the button 3 is located on a side of the first connecting shell 13 away from the gripping portion 112, thereby facilitating one-handed gripping of the handle body 11 while the other hand presses the button 3 to control rotation of the air outlet device 2.

[0053] Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 4, 5 and 7, the first connecting shell 13 is provided with an elastic reset component 16, and the elastic reset component 16 is connected with the pressing portion 31 and is configured to urge the pressing portion 31 to reset.

[0054] From the above description, it can be seen that the provision of the elastic reset component 16 enables the button 3 to automatically reset when not subjected to an external force (such as pressing by a user), thereby ensuring that the air outlet device 2 and the handle device 1 remain in a locked state when no operation is performed, avoiding accidental rotation due to a user forgetting to lock the device, improving the safety and stability of the device during use, and also making the operation of the button 3 more effortless and convenient.

[0055] More specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, the elastic reset component 16 includes a fixed shaft 161 and a spring 162. The fixed shaft 161 is fixedly disposed on the first connecting shell 13. The spring 162 is sleeved on the fixed shaft, with two ends of the spring respectively connected to the first connecting shell 13 and the pressing portion 31, so as to urge the pressing portion31 to reset.

[0056] In the present embodiment, the two ends of the spring 162 are fixedly connected to the first connecting shell 13 and the pressing portion 31, respectively, to prevent complete separation of the button 3 from the first connecting shell 13.

[0057] The air outlet device 2 defines a first through hole 23 therein, and the first engaging tooth portion 33 at least partially extends into the first through hole 23.

[0058] The first direction is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the air outlet device 2. Along the rotation axis of the air outlet device 2, a second engaging tooth portion 24 is disposed on the inner wall of the first through hole 23. The first engaging tooth portion 33 is configured to engage with the second engaging tooth portion 24 when the button 3 is in the reset state.

[0059] In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the air outlet device 2 includes a first housing 21 and a second housing 22 that are detachably connected to each other. The second housing 22 is proximate to the handle body 11 and is connected to the first connecting shell 13.

[0060] Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 5-12, the air outlet device 2 defines a first through hole 23, and two adjacent teeth of the second engaging tooth portion 24 form notches 70 for engaging with the first engaging tooth portion 33. When the first engaging tooth portion 33 engages with a corresponding notch 70, locking between the handle device 1 and the air outlet device 2 is achieved. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, when rotation is required, the button 3 is pressed, causing the button 3 to move downward, thereby disengaging the first engaging tooth portion 33 of the button 3 from the second engaging tooth portion 24, so that the two no longer maintain engagement (i.e., the teeth are released). At this point, the first engaging tooth portion 33 can no longer restrain the air outlet device 2 by engaging the second engaging tooth portion 24, and the air outlet device 2 and the handle device 1 are in a relatively rotatable state (i.e., an unlocked state). In the unlocked state, the air outlet device 2 can be rotated accordingly to adjust the blowing direction.

[0061] The first engaging tooth portion 33 is at least provided with two teeth. In the present embodiment, by increasing the number of teeth of the first engaging tooth portion 33, the connection stability between the first engaging tooth portion 33 and the second engaging tooth portion 24 can be improved, reducing the likelihood of fracture of the first engaging tooth portion 33, thereby extending the service life of the button 3. It should be understood that, in other embodiments, the number of the first engaging tooth portion 33 may be added, such as set three first engaging tooth portions 33.

[0062] From the above description, it can be seen that reliable locking and unlocking between the air outlet device 2 and the handle device 1 are achieved through the engagement and disengagement of the first engaging tooth portion 33 and the second engaging tooth portion 24, simplifying the rotational unlocking operation.

[0063] Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 11, two limiting blocks 29 are provided on one side of the air outlet device 2, and the handle body 11 is provided with a limiting protrusion 30. The limiting protrusion 30 is located between the rotation paths formed by the two limiting blocks 29, so as to limit the rotation angle between the air outlet device 2 and the handle device 1.

[0064] In practical applications, as shown in FIG. 10, the two limiting blocks 29 are spaced apart from the rotation center of the air outlet device 2, that is, two limiting blocks 29 are provided on the second housing 22, the two limiting blocks 29 are disposed at the periphery of the first through hole 23, the two limiting blocks 29 are symmetrically distributed, and the line connecting the two limiting blocks 29 passes through the center of the first through hole 23. Since the limiting blocks 29 are disposed at the periphery of the first through hole 23, when the air outlet device 2 rotates beyond a preset angle, the limiting blocks 29 abut against the limiting protrusion 30, preventing further relative rotation between the handle body 11 and the air outlet device 2, thereby limiting the rotation angle of the air outlet device 2.

[0065] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the limiting protrusion 30 defines a second engaging groove 111 therein. The second engaging groove 111 communicates with the first engaging groove 14, and the first engaging rod 32 is at least partially slidably connected within the second engaging groove 111.

[0066] In the present embodiment, the limiting protrusion 30 serves both to limit the limiting blocks 29 and to limit the button 3, thereby enhancing structural compactness.

[0067] As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the first engaging rod 32 includes a sliding portion 61, a reset portion 62, and a limiting portion 63. The sliding portion 61 is located between the reset portion 62 and the limiting portion 63. The reset portion 62 defines an accommodating groove 621 for accommodating the spring 162. The air outlet device 2 is provided with a first limiting surface 64, and the handle body 11 is provided with a positioning block 65 corresponding to the reset portion 62.

[0068] The distance between the reset portion 62 and the positioning block 65 is equal to the distance between the limiting portion 63 and the first limiting surface 64.

[0069] In this embodiment, two positioning blocks 65 are symmetrically provided. The reset portion 62 has a U-shaped configuration. The limiting portion 63 and the first engaging tooth portion 33 are located at opposite ends on the same side of the sliding portion 61. The first limiting surface 64 extends from the side surface of the second housing 22 toward the handle body 11.

[0070] When the pressing portion 31 is driven to its extreme position, the first engaging tooth portion 33 completely disengages from the second engaging tooth portion 24, the reset portion 62 abuts against the positioning block 65, and simultaneously the limiting portion 63 abuts against the first limiting surface 64, placing the spring 162 in a highly compressed state. Through this dual limiting mechanism, the sliding stroke of the button is effectively restricted.

[0071] Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 13-16, in the handheld blower device according to the present disclosure, the air outlet device 2 is provided with an air inlet 25, the air inlet 25 is in communication with the air outlet 26, and the cross-sectional area of the air inlet 25 is greater than the cross-sectional area of the air outlet 26.

[0072] From the above description, it can be seen that the structural design in which the cross-sectional area of the air inlet 25 is greater than that of the air outlet 26 effectively increases the air intake volume. After the fan blade 5 accelerate rotation, more air is discharged at high speed from the air outlet 26, thereby increasing the airflow volume of the handheld blower device, enhancing the blowing effect, and meeting users' demands for stronger airflow. That is, by enlarging the area of the air inlet 25 (e.g., air inlet to air outlet ratio of 2:1), the air intake volume can be significantly increased, and after centrifugal acceleration, the impact force of the outlet airflow is enhanced.

[0073] Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, in the handheld blower device according to the present disclosure, a screen cover 27 is further included, and the screen cover 27 is disposed on the air inlet 25.

[0074] From the above description, it can be seen that the provision of the screen cover 27 prevents debris from entering the air duct, avoiding damage to the fan blade 5 or airflow blockage, extending the service life of the device, and effectively ensuring the cleanliness of the blown air.

[0075] Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, in the handheld blower device according to the present disclosure, a motor 4 and a fan blade 5 are further included, the fan blade 5 is disposed within the air outlet device 2, the motor 4 is disposed in the handle device 1, and an output shaft of the motor 4 is drivingly connected to the fan blade 5.

[0076] From the above description, it can be seen that the motor 4 drives the fan blade 5 to rotate and generate airflow, achieving the basic blowing function and ensuring normal operation of the blower device.

[0077] Furthermore, in the handheld blower device according to the present disclosure, a battery pack 181 is further included, the battery pack 181 is disposed in the handle device 1, and the battery pack 181 is electrically connected to the motor 4.

[0078] From the above description, it can be seen that the provision of the battery pack 181 provides stable power support for the motor 4, enabling the blower device to operate normally without an external power source, enhancing the practicality of the product.

[0079] With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, this embodiment provides a handheld blower device including a handle device 1, an air outlet device 2, and a button 3, the air outlet device 2 is rotatably connected to the handle device 1. In practical applications, the handle device 1 and the air outlet device 2 are rotatably connected, and there are two states between the handle device 1 and the air outlet device 2: a relatively rotatable state and a non-rotatable state. The switching between these two states is primarily achieved through the button 3. Specifically, by pressing the button 3, the air outlet device 2 and the handle device 1 are unlocked and placed in the relatively rotatable state, at which point rotating the air outlet device 2—since the air outlet device 2 is provided with an air outlet 26—allows adjustment of the blowing angle. When the button 3 is released, the button 3 returns to its original position under the action of the elastic reset component 16, re-locking the air outlet device 2 and the handle device 1 at the rotated position. The connection structure among the button 3, the handle device 1, and the air outlet device 2 is described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 3 to 10.

[0080] In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the button 3 includes a pressing portion 31, a first engaging rod 32, and a first engaging tooth portion 33, one end of the first engaging rod 32 is connected to the pressing portion 31, the other end of the first engaging rod 32 is slidably connected to a first engaging groove 14 in the handle device 1, the first engaging tooth portion 33 extends from the bottom of the first engaging rod 32 and is detachably engaged with the air outlet device 2, and the teeth of the first engaging tooth portion 33 face toward the pressing portion 31.

[0081] In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a first accommodating cavity 12 provided on the connecting portion 113 for accommodating the motor 4, and an output shaft of the motor 4 drivingly connected to the fan blade 5 in the air outlet device 2. A base 18 is provided at the bottom of the handle device 1, a battery pack 181 is disposed within the base 18, and the battery pack 181 is electrically connected to the motor 4.

[0082] As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the handle device 1 further includes a first connecting shell 13. The first connecting shell 13 is disposed on a side of the motor 4 adjacent to the air outlet device 2.

[0083] The first connecting shell 13 has an overall substantially circular cross-section, and is provided at its central position with a third through hole 15. The third through hole 15 is configured to allow the output shaft of the motor 4 to pass through.

[0084] In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the air outlet device 2 includes a first housing 21 and a second housing 22 that are detachably connected to each other. The first housing 21 and the second housing 22 together define a second accommodating cavity and an air outlet channel that are in communication with each other.

[0085] The second accommodating cavity accommodates a fan blade 5 therein. The fan blade 5 is drivingly connected to the motor 4 in the handle device 1. The fan blade 5 is implemented as a centrifugal turbine-type fan blade.

[0086] An air outlet 26 is provided at the end of the air outlet channel remote from the second accommodating cavity. Correspondingly, the first housing 21 is provided with an air inlet 25. The air inlet 25 is in communication with the first accommodating cavity 12 to facilitate air intake.

[0087] A screen cover 27 is further provided on the air inlet 25 to prevent impurities and the like from entering the air duct through the air inlet 25.

[0088] It should be noted that the cross-sectional area of the air inlet 25 is greater than the cross-sectional area of the air outlet 26. In practical applications, the diameter of the air inlet 25 may be 67 mm, while the diameter of the air outlet 26 may be 37.4 mm, resulting in an intake-to-exhaust flow ratio of 2:1. By providing twice the intake air volume, the air can be rapidly discharged through the air outlet 26 after acceleration by the rotating fan blade.

[0089] As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the air outlet device 2 further includes a second connecting shell 28. The second connecting shell 28 covers the first through hole 23, is snap-fitted to the second housing 22, and is located on the side closer to the first housing 21. The second connecting shell 28 is fixedly connected to the first connecting shell 13. The second connecting shell 28 is provided with a second through hole configured to allow the output shaft of the motor 4 to pass therethrough. The output shaft of the motor 4 sequentially passes through the first through hole 23 and the second through hole to establish driving connection with the fan blade 5, thereby enabling rotation of the fan blade 5.

[0090] In summary, the hand-held blower device provided by the present disclosure achieves increased air intake volume by enlarging the size of the air inlet 25, thereby increasing the air output volume. At the same time, by incorporating engaging teeth, a button 3, and related structures, the scroll-type air duct (i.e., the air outlet device 2) can be made rotatable, allowing angular adjustment during operation. Moreover, this configuration effectively reduces the packaging volume, increases the quantity of products per unit volume, and improves space utilization efficiency during transportation.

[0091] The above description represents only preferred embodiments of the present disclosure and is not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present disclosure. Any equivalent modifications or transformations made based on the contents of the description and drawings of the present disclosure, or direct or indirect application thereof in related technical fields, shall be considered to fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
