Description

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

[0001] This application claims benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 202510355576.8, filed Mar. 25, 2025, and all the benefits accruing therefrom under 35 U.S.C. § 119, the contents of which in their entirety are herein incorporated by reference.BACKGROUND

[0002] This application relates to a technical field of refrigeration / cooling equipment, and specifically to a heat exchanger for absorbing heat and evaporating a refrigerant in a refrigeration system, and a refrigeration system using the heat exchanger as an evaporator.

[0003] In the related art, a screw chiller is widely used in the fields of comfort air conditioning and industrial refrigeration. For comfort air conditioning working conditions (for example, a water supply temperature of 12 °C and a water return temperature of 7 °C), many screw chillers are optimized by, for example, using a flooded evaporator and optimizing structural parameters thereof, so that a heat exchange temperature difference of the evaporator is very small, and a COP of a refrigeration system is very high. However, when these water chillers optimized for comfort air conditioning are used in low-temperature brine refrigeration working conditions (for example, a water supply temperature of −1 °C and a water return temperature of −6 °C), performance is always significantly reduced. This is because in order to improve the COP of the refrigeration system under the comfortable air conditioning working conditions, the screw chiller in the related art usually adopts a large heat exchange tube bundle, thereby reducing a heat exchange temperature difference between a refrigerant and a heat exchange medium and improving a heat exchange efficiency. However, such a large heat exchange tube bundle has a significant decrease in a cooling capacity under a low-temperature brine working condition, and a brine flow is correspondingly greatly reduced, and as a result, the Reynolds number of brine flowing through the heat exchange tube bundle is reduced to a range of 5000 to 6000 or even lower, so that brine side heat exchange is in a transition region, and as a result, the heat exchange efficiency decreases significantly, and ultimately the cooling capacity and the COP of the refrigeration system are significantly reduced under these low-temperature working conditions, making it impossible for a unit to operate efficiently.SUMMARY

[0004] An object of this application is to provide a heat exchanger for absorbing heat and evaporating a refrigerant in a refrigeration system, and a refrigeration system using the heat exchanger for absorbing heat and evaporating a refrigerant in a refrigeration system as an evaporator to at least resolve or alleviate some problems in the related art.

[0026] It should be noted that working principles, features, advantages, and the like of a heat exchanger and a refrigeration system according to this application will be explained below by way of embodiments. However, it should be understood that all descriptions are only given for exemplification and therefore these embodiments should not be understood as forming any limitation on this application.

[0027] In addition, for any single technical feature described or implicit in some embodiments mentioned herein, or any single technical feature illustrated or implicit in the drawings, this application still allows any combination or deletion between these technical features or equivalents thereof without any technical obstacles, thereby obtaining more other embodiments of this application that may not be directly mentioned herein.

[0028] Referring to FIG. 1, a heat exchanger 100a for absorbing heat and evaporating a refrigerant in a refrigeration system according to one or more embodiments includes a heat exchanger shell 101a, a refrigerant inlet 102a opened at a bottom of the heat exchanger shell 101a, a refrigerant outlet 103a opened at a top of the heat exchanger shell 101a, and a heat exchanger cavity 104a formed by enclosing the heat exchanger shell 101a, heat exchange tube bundles 105a are further disposed inside the heat exchanger cavity 104a, and a heat exchange medium completes heat exchange in the heat exchange tube bundles 105a with the refrigerant in the heat exchanger cavity 104a.

[0029] FIG. 2 is an A-A sectional view of an end of the heat exchanger 100a shown in FIG. 1. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the heat exchanger 100a further includes a first tube plate 106a disposed at one end of the heat exchange tube bundle 105a in a manner of being perpendicular to the heat exchange tube bundle 105a, the first tube plate 106a is further provided with holes 107a in one-to-one correspondence with the heat exchange tube bundles 105a, and the ends of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a are inserted into the holes 107a such that the heat exchange tube bundles 105a are fixed to the first tube plate 106a.

[0030] According to the structure described above, the first tube plate 106a and the heat exchanger shell 101a are enclosed to form a first accommodation cavity, and a heat exchange medium inlet and outlet partition plate 108a is further disposed inside the first accommodation cavity to partition the first accommodation cavity into a first accommodation cavity first region 109a and a first accommodation cavity second region 110a. The first accommodation cavity first region 109a correspondingly communicates with a heat exchange medium inlet of the heat exchanger 100a, and the first accommodation cavity second region 110a correspondingly communicates with a heat exchange medium outlet of the heat exchanger 100a, that is, a heat exchange medium entering the heat exchanger 100a from the outside enters the heat exchange tube bundle 105a through the first accommodation cavity first region 109a and exchanges heat with a refrigerant outside the heat exchange tube bundle 105a, and the heat exchange medium after the heat exchange flows out of the heat exchanger 100a through the first accommodation cavity second region 110a.

[0031] The heat exchanger shell 101a corresponding to the first accommodation cavity first region 109a is further connected to a heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a and a heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a, that is, the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a communicates with a corresponding part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a via the first accommodation cavity first region 109a, and the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a communicates with a corresponding part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a via the first accommodation cavity first region 109a. Meanwhile, the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a and the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a are connected in a bypass manner. Corresponding to an inlet of the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a and an inlet of the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a, a heat exchange medium inflow side partition plate 113a is further disposed inside the first accommodation cavity first region 109a to separate the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a from the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a. That is, the heat exchange medium may respectively pass through two paths, that is, the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a and the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a to enter the corresponding parts of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a which are different from each other.

[0032] Similarly, the heat exchanger shell 101a corresponding to the first accommodation cavity second region 110a also communicates with a heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a and a heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a. The heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a communicates with a corresponding part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a via the first accommodation cavity second region 110a, and the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a communicates with a corresponding part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a via the first accommodation cavity second region 110a. Correspondingly, a heat exchange medium outflow side partition plate 116a is further disposed inside the first accommodation cavity second region 110a to separate the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a from the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a.

[0033] An outlet bypass pipeline 117a communicating with the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a and the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a is further disposed, and a control valve 118a is disposed on the outlet bypass pipeline 117a to control opening and closing of the outlet bypass pipeline 117a. A switching bypass pipeline 119a communicating with the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a and the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a is disposed, and a heat exchange medium pump 120a is disposed on the switching bypass pipeline 119a.

[0034] Arrows in FIG. 1 show a local flow direction of the heat exchange medium flowing through the heat exchanger 100a when the control valve 118a is opened and the heat exchange medium pump 120a is closed. As shown in FIG. 1, in the heat exchanger 100a according to one or more embodiments, a refrigerant liquid flowing into the heat exchanger 100a from the outside flows into the heat exchanger cavity 104a through the refrigerant inlet 102a, exchanges heat in the heat exchanger cavity 104a with the heat exchange medium flowing in the heat exchange tube bundle 105a, thereby increasing a temperature, and the refrigerant liquid evaporates into a refrigerant gas, followed by flowing out of the heat exchanger 100a through the refrigerant outlet 103a opened at the top of the heat exchanger shell 101a.

[0035] Meanwhile, a part of the heat exchange medium with a high temperature from the outside enters the first accommodation cavity first region 109a in the heat exchanger 100a through the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a, specifically, enters the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a separated by the heat exchange medium inflow side partition plate 113a and corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a, and exchanges heat with the refrigerant in the heat exchanger cavity 104a through this part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a, so that the temperature of the heat exchange medium decreases, and the heat exchange medium whose temperature decreases flows to the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a, and exchanges heat in this part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a with the refrigerant in the heat exchanger cavity 104a again, so that the temperature of the heat exchange medium further decreases, and the heat exchange medium after completing the heat exchange enters the first accommodation cavity second region 110a, and then flows out of the heat exchanger 100a through the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a.

[0036] At the same time, another part of the heat exchange medium enters the first accommodation cavity first region 109a through the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a. A difference from the heat exchange medium from the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a is that the other part of the heat exchange medium enters the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a separated by the heat exchange medium inflow side partition plate 113a and corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a. The other part of the heat exchange medium is not mixed in the first accommodation cavity first region 109a with the part of the heat exchange medium corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a due to the separation by the heat exchange medium inflow side partition plate 113a.

[0037] The other part of the heat exchange medium from the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a passes through the corresponding part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a of the heat exchanger 100a, exchanges heat with the refrigerant in the heat exchanger cavity 104a through this part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a, so that the temperature of the heat exchange medium decreases, the heat exchange medium whose temperature decreases flows to the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a, and exchanges heat in this part of the heat exchange tube bundle 105a with the refrigerant in the heat exchanger cavity 104a again, so that the temperature of the heat exchange medium further decreases, and the heat exchange medium after completing the heat exchange enters the first accommodation cavity second region 110a, and flows out of the heat exchanger 100a through the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a.

[0038] A part of the heat exchange medium passing through the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a flows out of the heat exchanger 100a, is mixed with the heat exchange medium in the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a through the outlet bypass pipeline 117a, and then flows out of the heat exchanger 100a together.

[0039] According to one or more embodiments, when the temperature of the heat exchange medium is high, a temperature difference between the heat exchange medium and the refrigerant is large, or a heat exchange capacity required by the heat exchanger 100a is small, the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a is connected to the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a by the outlet bypass pipeline 117a in a bypass manner, and in this case, the heat exchange medium from the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a exchange heat with the refrigerant while passing through the interior of the heat exchanger cavity 104a and then is mixed with the heat exchange medium in the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a through the outlet bypass pipeline 117a, that is, the heat exchange medium flowing into the heat exchanger 100a directly flows out of the heat exchanger 100a after completing the heat exchange under this working condition, which can satisfy a heat exchange requirement of the heat exchanger 100a, and can better adapt to a working condition such as comfort air conditioning.

[0040] FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a working state of the heat exchanger 100a when the control valve 118a is closed and the heat exchange medium pump 120a is opened, and arrows in FIG. 3 show a local flow direction of the heat exchange medium flowing through the heat exchanger 100a. A difference from the working condition shown in FIG. 1 is that as shown in FIG. 3, the control valve 118a controls the outlet bypass pipeline 117a to be closed, and the heat exchange medium flowing out of the heat exchanger 100a through the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a no longer flows into the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a through the outlet bypass pipeline 117a to be mixed with the part of the heat exchange medium from the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a, but enters the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a through the switching bypass pipeline 119a.

[0041] A part of the heat exchange medium from the outside enters the heat exchanger 100a through the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a, and the other part thereof enters the heat exchanger 100a through the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a. The heat exchange medium from the outside enters the heat exchanger 100a through the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a and the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a respectively, which is not different from the working state in which the control valve 118a is closed and the heat exchange medium pump 120a is opened.

[0042] However, in the working state in which the control valve 118a is closed and the heat exchange medium pump 120a is opened, the heat exchange medium pump 120a disposed on the switching bypass pipeline 119a is opened, the heat exchange medium flowing out of the heat exchanger 100a through the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a is pumped and converges to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a through the switching bypass pipeline 119a and the heat exchange medium pump 120a disposed on the switching bypass pipeline 119a, is mixed with the part of the heat exchange medium from the outside flowing in the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a, and then flows into the heat exchanger 100a again, and flows into the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a through the first accommodation cavity first region 109a.

[0043] The heat exchange medium after completing the heat exchange in the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a flows to the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a, and exchanges heat in this part of the heat exchange tube bundle 105a with the refrigerant in the heat exchanger cavity 104a again, so that the temperature of the heat exchange medium decreases, and the temperature of the refrigerant increases, and the heat exchange medium after completing the heat exchange enters the first accommodation cavity second region 110a and flows out of the heat exchanger 100a through the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a.

[0044] According to one or more embodiments, when the temperature of the heat exchange medium is low, the temperature difference between the heat exchange medium and the refrigerant is small, or the heat exchange capacity required by the heat exchanger 100a is large, a part of the heat exchange medium that flows to the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a and the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a in a bypass manner is pumped into the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a at a high flow rate by the switching bypass pipeline 119a and the heat exchange medium pump 120a disposed on the switching bypass pipeline 119a, and is mixed with the other part of the heat exchange medium that directly enters the first accommodation cavity first region 109a from the outside through the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a. On the one hand, by increasing a pumping pressure, an overall flow rate of the heat exchange medium in the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a and the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a is improved to some extent. Meanwhile, on the other hand, after all the heat exchange medium from the outside is mixed, the mixed heat exchange medium enters the heat exchange tube bundle 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a, and an area of the heat exchange tube bundle 105a remains unchanged but a flow of the heat exchange medium flowing to the heat exchange tube bundle 105a increases, so that the flow rate of the heat exchange medium flowing in the heat exchange tube bundle 105a is further increased. The increase in the flow rate of the heat exchange medium reduces a thickness of a boundary layer on a heat exchange medium side, so that thermal resistance on the heat exchange medium side is reduced, and at the same time, the increase in the flow rate also enhances the turbulence inside the heat exchange medium, enhances flow mixing inside the heat exchange medium, and increases a heat transfer coefficient, so that the overall heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger 100a is improved, and when operating under working conditions in which the temperature of the heat exchange medium is low or the temperature difference between the heat exchange medium and the refrigerant is small, a required heat exchange capacity of the heat exchanger 100a can also be satisfied.

[0045] In the heat exchanger 100a according to one or more embodiments of this application, an operating working condition of the heat exchanger 100a is changed by switching the opening and closing of the control valve 118a and the heat exchange medium pump 120a to adapt to the heat exchange medium at different temperature conditions. When the temperature of the heat exchange medium from the outside is high or the temperature difference between the heat exchange medium and the refrigerant is large, by controlling the control valve 118a to be opened and the heat exchange medium pump 120a to be closed, the operating working condition of the heat exchanger 100a is adapted to a current temperature of the heat exchange medium and the temperature difference between the heat exchange medium and the refrigerant. When the temperature of the heat exchange medium from the outside is low, or the temperature difference between the heat exchange medium and the refrigerant is small, by controlling the control valve 118a to be closed and the heat exchange medium pump 120a to be opened, the operating working condition of the heat exchanger 100a is adapted to the current temperature of the heat exchange medium and the temperature difference between the heat exchange medium and the refrigerant, that is, by switching the opening and closing of the control valve 118a and the heat exchange medium pump 120a, the heat exchanger 100a can operate under different temperatures of the heat exchange medium at an optimal flow rate of the heat exchange medium, so that the heat exchanger 100a can maintain a high heat exchange efficiency under different working conditions.

[0046] As an exemplary embodiment of this application, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the heat exchanger 100a further includes a second tube plate 121a disposed at the other end of the heat exchange tube bundle 105a corresponding to the first tube plate 106a in a manner of being perpendicular to the heat exchange tube bundle 105a, and the second tube plate 121a and the heat exchanger shell 101a are enclosed to form a second accommodation cavity. A second heat exchange medium inflow side partition plate 122a and a second heat exchange medium outflow side partition plate 123a are further disposed inside the second accommodation cavity. The second heat exchange medium inflow side partition plate 122a is disposed corresponding to the heat exchange medium inflow side partition plate 113a, and the second heat exchange medium outflow side partition plate 123a is disposed corresponding to the heat exchange medium outflow side partition plate 116a. The second heat exchange medium inflow side partition plate 122a and the second heat exchange medium outflow side partition plate 123a partition the second accommodation cavity into a second accommodation cavity first region 124a and a second accommodation cavity second region 125a, the second accommodation cavity first region 124a correspondingly communicates with the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a and the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a, and the second accommodation cavity second region 125a correspondingly communicates with the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a and the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a.

[0047] Specifically, the heat exchange medium entering the corresponding heat exchange tube bundle 105a through the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a flows into the second accommodation cavity first region 124a after exchanging heat with the refrigerant in the heat exchange tube bundle 105a, enters the heat exchange tube bundle 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a through the second accommodation cavity first region 124a, and flows out of the heat exchanger 100a through the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a after completing the heat exchange. Similarly, the heat exchange medium entering the corresponding heat exchange tube bundle 105a through the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a flows into the second accommodation cavity second region 125a after exchanging heat with the refrigerant in the heat exchange tube bundle 105a, enters the heat exchange tube bundle 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a through the second accommodation cavity second region 125a, and flows out of the heat exchanger 100a through the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a after completing the heat exchange.

[0048] According to one or more embodiments, a straight tube is used as the heat exchange tube bundle 105a between the first tube plate 106a and the second tube plate 121a, so that the flow of the heat exchange medium becomes smoother, resistance and a pressure drop become smaller, and the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger 100a is improved. At the same time, by using the straight tube as the heat exchange tube bundle 105a, the disposing of the heat exchange tube bundle 105a can be more compact, thereby achieving a larger heat exchange area and reducing a size of the device.

[0049] As an exemplary embodiment of this application, a tube bundle cross-sectional area Sin-1 of the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a in the heat exchanger 100a is larger than a tube bundle cross-sectional area Sin-2 of the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a. Alternatively, a tube bundle cross-sectional area Sout-1 of the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a is larger than a tube bundle cross-sectional area Sout-2 of the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a.

[0050] According to one or more embodiments, when the heat exchanger 100a operates under the working condition in which the control valve 118a is opened and the heat exchange medium pump 120a is closed, most of the heat exchange medium flows to the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a having a larger tube bundle cross-sectional area and corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a, and the less part of the heat exchange medium flows to the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a having a smaller tube bundle cross-sectional area and corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a. When the heat exchanger 100a operates under the working condition in which the control valve 118a is closed and the heat exchange medium pump 120a is opened, an amount of the heat exchange medium entering the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a is actually a fluid obtained by mixing the heat exchange medium flowing out of the heat exchanger 100a through the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a with the heat exchange medium flowing into the heat exchanger 100a from the outside through the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a, that is, this amount is the entire amount of the heat exchange medium flowing into the heat exchanger 100a from the outside, and thus the flow of the heat exchange medium flowing into the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a is large. By setting the tube bundle cross-sectional area Sin-1 of the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline to be larger than the tube bundle cross-sectional area Sin-2 of the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a, and setting the tube bundle cross-sectional area Sout-1 of the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a to be larger than the tube bundle cross-sectional area Sout-2 of the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115a, the cross-sectional area Sin-1 corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a and the cross-sectional area Sout-1 of the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a corresponding to the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a can be adapted to a case where the flow of the heat exchange medium flowing into the local heat exchange tube bundles 105a through the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a is different under the two working conditions.

[0051] Referring to FIG. 4, a heat exchanger 100b for absorbing heat and evaporating a refrigerant in a refrigeration system according to one or more embodiments includes a heat exchanger shell 101b, a refrigerant inlet 102b opened at a bottom of the heat exchanger shell 101b, a refrigerant outlet 103b opened at a top of the heat exchanger shell 101b, and a heat exchanger cavity 104b formed by enclosing the heat exchanger shell 101b, heat exchange tube bundles 105b are further disposed inside the heat exchanger cavity 104b, and a heat exchange medium completes heat exchange in the heat exchange tube bundles 105b with the refrigerant in the heat exchanger cavity 104b.

[0052] FIG. 5 is a connection relationship diagram of the end of the heat exchanger 100b shown in FIG. 4 when viewed from the A-A line and the B-B line, and FIG. 6 is a perspective connection relationship diagram of the end of the heat exchanger 100b shown in FIG. 4 when viewed from the A-A line and the B-B line. Referring to FIGS. 4, 5, and 6, the heat exchanger 100b further includes a first tube plate 106b and a second tube plate 121b disposed at both ends of the heat exchange tube bundle 105b in a manner of being perpendicular to the heat exchange tube bundle 105b, the first tube plate 106b and the second tube plate 121b are further provided with holes 107b in one-to-one correspondence with the heat exchange tube bundles 105b, and the ends of the heat exchange tube bundles105b are inserted into the holes 107b such that the heat exchange tube bundles 105b are fixed between the first tube plate 106b and the second tube plate 121b.

[0053] According to the structure provided above, the first tube plate 106b and the heat exchanger shell 101b are enclosed to form a first accommodation cavity, and the second tube plate 121b and the heat exchanger shell 101b are enclosed to form a second accommodation cavity. The first accommodation cavity correspondingly communicates with a heat exchange medium inlet of the heat exchanger 100b, and the second accommodation cavity correspondingly communicates with a heat exchange medium outlet of the heat exchanger 100b, that is, a heat exchange medium entering the heat exchanger 100b from the outside enters the heat exchange tube bundle 105b through the first accommodation cavity and exchanges heat with a refrigerant outside the heat exchange tube bundle 105b, and the heat exchange medium after the heat exchange flows out of the heat exchanger 100b through the second accommodation cavity.

[0054] A heat exchange medium inflow side partition plate 113b is further disposed inside the first accommodation cavity, and partitions the first accommodation cavity into a first accommodation cavity first region 109b and a first accommodation cavity second region 110b. The heat exchanger shell 101b corresponding to the first accommodation cavity first region 109b is connected to a heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b, that is, the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b communicates with the corresponding part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b via the first accommodation cavity first region 109b. The heat exchanger shell 101b corresponding to the first accommodation cavity second region 110b is connected to a heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112b, that is, the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112b communicates with the corresponding part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b via the first accommodation cavity second region 110b.

[0055] Similarly, a heat exchange medium outflow side partition plate 116b corresponding to the heat exchange medium inflow side partition plate 113b is further disposed inside the second accommodation cavity, and partitions the second accommodation cavity into a second accommodation cavity first region 124b and a second accommodation cavity second region 125b. The heat exchanger shell 101b corresponding to the second accommodation cavity first region 124b is connected to a heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114b, that is, the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114b communicates with the corresponding part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b via the second accommodation cavity first region 124b. The heat exchanger shell 101b corresponding to the second accommodation cavity second region 125b is connected to a heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115b, that is, the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115b communicates with the corresponding part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b via the second accommodation cavity second region 125b.

[0056] An outlet bypass pipeline 117b communicating with the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114b and the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115b is further disposed, and a control valve 118b is disposed on the outlet bypass pipeline 117b to control opening and closing of the outlet bypass pipeline 117b. A switching bypass pipeline 119b communicating with the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115b and the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b is disposed. A heat exchange medium pump 120b is disposed on the switching bypass pipeline 119b.

[0057] Arrows in FIG. 4 show a local flow direction of the heat exchange medium flowing through the heat exchanger 100b when the control valve 118b is opened and the heat exchange medium pump 120b is closed. As shown in FIG. 4. In the heat exchanger 100b according to one or more embodiments, a refrigerant liquid flowing into the heat exchanger 100b from the outside flows into the heat exchanger cavity 104b through the refrigerant inlet 102b, exchanges heat in the heat exchanger cavity 104b with the heat exchange medium flowing in the heat exchange tube bundle 105b, thereby increasing a temperature, and the refrigerant liquid evaporates into a refrigerant gas, followed by flowing out of the heat exchanger 100b through the refrigerant outlet 103b opened at the top of the heat exchanger shell 101b.

[0058] Meanwhile, a part of the heat exchange medium with a high temperature from the outside enters the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b corresponding to the first accommodation cavity first region 109b in the heat exchanger 100b through the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b, and exchanges heat with the refrigerant in the heat exchanger cavity 104b through this part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b, so that the temperature of the heat exchange medium decreases, and the heat exchange medium whose temperature decreases enters the second accommodation cavity first region 124b, and flows out of the heat exchanger 100b through the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114b.

[0059] At the same time, another part of the heat exchange medium enters the first accommodation cavity second region 110b through the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112b. A difference from the heat exchange medium from the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b is that the other part of the heat exchange medium enters the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b separated by the heat exchange medium inflow side partition plate 113b and corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112b. The other part of the heat exchange medium is not mixed in the first accommodation cavity first region 109b with the part of the heat exchange medium corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b due to the separation by the heat exchange medium inflow side partition plate 113b.

[0060] The other part of the heat exchange medium from the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112b passes through the corresponding part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b in the heat exchanger 100b, and exchanges heat with the refrigerant in the heat exchanger cavity 104b through this part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b, so that the temperature of the heat exchange medium decreases, and the heat exchange medium whose temperature decreases enters the second accommodation cavity second region 125b, and flows out of the heat exchanger 100b through the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115b.

[0061] The part of the heat exchange medium passing through the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115b flows out of the heat exchanger 100b, is mixed with the heat exchange medium in the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114b through the outlet bypass pipeline 117b, and then flows out of the heat exchanger 100b together.

[0062] According to one or more embodiments, when the temperature of the heat exchange medium is high, a temperature difference between the heat exchange medium and the refrigerant is large, or a heat exchange capacity required by the heat exchanger 100b is small, the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114b is connected to the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115b by the outlet bypass pipeline 117b in a bypass manner, and in this case, the heat exchange medium from the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112b is mixed with the heat exchange medium in the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114b through the outlet bypass pipeline 117b after passing through the interior of the heat exchanger cavity 104b to exchange heat with the refrigerant, that is, the heat exchange medium flowing into the heat exchanger 100b directly flows out of the heat exchanger 100b after completing the heat exchange under this working condition, which can satisfy a heat exchange requirement of the heat exchanger 100b, and can better adapt to a working condition such as comfort air conditioning.

[0063] FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram of a working state of the heat exchanger 100b when the control valve 118b is closed and the heat exchange medium pump 120b is opened. Arrows in FIG. 7 show a local flow direction of the heat exchange medium flowing through the heat exchanger 100b. A difference from the working condition shown in FIG. 4 is that as shown in FIG. 7, the control valve 118b controls the outlet bypass pipeline 117b to be closed, and the heat exchange medium flowing out of the heat exchanger 100b through the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115b no longer flows into the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115b through the outlet bypass pipeline 117b to be mixed with the part of the heat exchange medium from the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114b, but enters the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b through the switching bypass pipeline 119b.

[0064] A part of the heat exchange medium from the outside enters the heat exchanger 100b through the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b, and another part thereof enters the heat exchanger 100b through the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112b. The heat exchange medium from the outside enters the heat exchanger 100b through the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b and the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112b respectively, which is not different from the working state in which the control valve 118b is closed and the heat exchange medium pump 120b is opened.

[0065] However, in the working state in which the control valve 118b is closed and the heat exchange medium pump 120b is opened, the heat exchange medium pump 120b disposed on the switching bypass pipeline 119b is opened, the heat exchange medium flowing out of the heat exchanger 100b through the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115b is pumped and converges to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b through the switching bypass pipeline 119b and the heat exchange medium pump 120b disposed on the switching bypass pipeline 119b, is mixed with the part of the heat exchange medium from the outside flowing in the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b, and then flows into the heat exchanger 100b again, and flows into the corresponding part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b through the first accommodation cavity first region 109b.

[0066] The heat exchange medium after completing the heat exchange in the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b flows to the second accommodation cavity first region 124b, and flows out of the heat exchanger 100b through the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114b.

[0067] According to one or more embodiments, when the temperature of the heat exchange medium is low, the temperature difference between the heat exchange medium and the refrigerant is small, or the heat exchange amount required by the heat exchanger 100b is large, the part of the heat exchange medium that flows to the heat exchange tube bundles 105b corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112b and the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115b in a bypass manner is pumped into the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b at a high flow rate by the switching bypass pipeline 119b and the heat exchange medium pump 120b disposed on the switching bypass pipeline 119b, and is mixed with the other part of the heat exchange medium that directly enters the first accommodation cavity first region 109b from the outside through the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b. On the one hand, by increasing a pumping pressure, an overall flow rate of the heat exchange medium in the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b and the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114b is improved to some extent. Meanwhile, on the other hand, after all the heat exchange medium from the outside is mixed, the mixed heat exchange medium enters the heat exchange tube bundle 105b corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b, and an area of the heat exchange tube bundle 105b remains unchanged but a flow of the heat exchange medium flowing to the heat exchange tube bundle 105b increases, so that the flow rate of the heat exchange medium flowing in the heat exchange tube bundle 105b is further increased. The increase in the flow rate of the heat exchange medium reduces a thickness of a boundary layer on a heat exchange medium side, so that thermal resistance on the heat exchange medium side is reduced, and at the same time, the increase in the flow rate also enhances the turbulence inside the heat exchange medium, enhances flow mixing inside the heat exchange medium, and increases a heat transfer coefficient, so that the overall heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger 100b is improved, and when operating under working conditions in which the temperature of the heat exchange medium is low or the temperature difference between the heat exchange medium and the refrigerant is small, a required heat exchange capacity of the heat exchanger 100b can also be satisfied.

[0068] In the heat exchanger 100b according to one or more embodiments of this application, an operating working condition of the heat exchanger 100b is changed by switching the opening and closing of the control valve 118b and the heat exchange medium pump 120b to adapt to the heat exchange medium at different temperature conditions. When the temperature of the heat exchange medium from the outside is high or the temperature difference between the heat exchange medium and the refrigerant is large, by controlling the control valve 118b to be opened and the heat exchange medium pump 120b to be closed, the operating working condition of the heat exchanger 100b is adapted to a current temperature of the heat exchange medium and the temperature difference between the heat exchange medium and the refrigerant. When the temperature of the heat exchange medium from the outside is low, or the temperature difference between the heat exchange medium and the refrigerant is small, by controlling the control valve 118b to be closed and the heat exchange medium pump 120b to be opened, the operating working condition of the heat exchanger 100b is adapted to the current temperature of the heat exchange medium and the temperature difference between the heat exchange medium and the refrigerant, that is, by switching the opening and closing of the control valve 118b and the heat exchange medium pump 120b, the heat exchanger 100b can operate under different temperatures of the heat exchange medium at an optimal flow rate of the heat exchange medium, so that the heat exchanger 100b can maintain a high heat exchange efficiency under different working conditions.

[0069] As an exemplary embodiment of this application, a tube bundle cross-sectional area Sin-3 of the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b in the heat exchanger 100b is larger than a tube bundle cross-sectional area Sin-4 of the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112b. Alternatively, a tube bundle cross-sectional area Sout-3 of the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b corresponding to the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114b is larger than a tube bundle cross-sectional area Sout-4 of the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b corresponding to the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115b.

[0070] According to one or more embodiments, when the heat exchanger 100b operates under the working condition in which the control valve 118b is opened and the heat exchange medium pump 120b is closed, most of the heat exchange medium flows to the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b having a larger tube bundle cross-sectional area and corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b, and the less part of the heat exchange medium flows to the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b having a smaller tube bundle cross-sectional area and corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112b. When the heat exchanger 100b operates under the working condition in which the control valve 118b is closed and the heat exchange medium pump 120b is opened, an amount of the heat exchange medium entering the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b is actually a fluid obtained by mixing the heat exchange medium flowing out of the heat exchanger 100b through the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115b with the heat exchange medium flowing into the heat exchanger 100b from the outside through the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b, that is, this amount is the entire amount of the heat exchange medium flowing into the heat exchanger 100b from the outside, and thus the flow of the heat exchange medium flowing into the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b is large. By setting the tube bundle cross-sectional area Sin-3 of the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline to be larger than the tube bundle cross-sectional area Sin-4 of the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112b, and setting the tube bundle cross-sectional area Sout-3 of the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b corresponding to the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114b to be larger than the tube bundle cross-sectional area Sout-4 of the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b corresponding to the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115b, the cross-sectional area Sin-3 corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b and the cross-sectional area Sout-3 of the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b corresponding to the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114b can be adapted to a case where the flow of the heat exchange medium flowing into the local heat exchange tube bundle 105b through the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b is different under the two working conditions.

[0071] It should be noted that FIG. 5 shows an example in which the cross-sectional area of the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b is larger than the cross-sectional area of the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112b and the cross-sectional area of the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114b is larger than the cross-sectional area of the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115b, but this application does not limit the cross-sectional areas of the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b, the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112b, the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114b, and the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115b, and all settings involving a proportion of different cross-sectional areas should be included within the scope of protection of this application.

[0072] In addition, in FIG. 5, the heat exchange medium inflow side partition plate 113b partitions the first accommodation cavity into the first accommodation cavity first region 109b closer to the refrigerant inlet 102b and the first accommodation cavity second region 110b closer to the refrigerant outlet 103b, and the heat exchange medium outflow side partition plate 116b partitions the second accommodation cavity into the second accommodation cavity first region 124b closer to the refrigerant inlet 102b and the second accommodation cavity second region 125b closer to the refrigerant outlet 103b, but this application is not limited thereto, and the heat exchange medium inflow side partition plate 113b and the heat exchange medium outflow side partition plate 116b may be disposed along a refrigerant flowing direction, and the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b, the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112b, the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114b, and the heat exchange medium outlet second pipeline 115b may be arranged in parallel or arranged in an alternating manner, which is also included in the protection scope of this application.

[0073] FIG. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a refrigeration system according to this application. As shown in FIG. 8, this application further provides a refrigeration system 200 including a compressor 202, a condenser 203, and an evaporator 204 connected in sequence by a refrigerant pipeline 201. The evaporator 204 uses one of the heat exchangers 100a or 100b disclosed herein.

[0074] In some embodiments according to this application, the refrigeration system 200 includes a first operation mode and a second operation mode, and in the first operation mode, the control valve 118a or the control valve 118b of the evaporator 204 (that is, the heat exchanger 100a or the heat exchanger 100b) is opened, and the heat exchange medium pump 120a or the heat exchange medium pump 120b is closed. In the second operation mode, the control valve 118a or the control valve 118b of the heat exchanger 100a or the heat exchanger 100b is closed, and the heat exchange medium pump 120a or the heat exchange medium pump 120b is opened.

[0075] Preferably, in the first operation mode, the heat exchange medium entering the evaporator 204 is water above zero degrees Celsius, and in the second operation mode, the heat exchange medium entering the evaporator 204 is brine below zero degrees Celsius.

[0076] According to one or more embodiments, when the refrigeration system 200 operates in the first operation mode, the control valve 118a or the control valve 118b of the heat exchanger 100a or the heat exchanger 100b is opened, and the heat exchange medium pump 120a or the heat exchange medium pump 120b is closed, and in this case, the heat exchange medium flowing into the heat exchanger 100a or the heat exchanger 100b is water higher than zero degrees Celsius, and has a large temperature difference with the refrigerant, and the water flowing into the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112a or the heat exchange medium inlet second pipeline 112b in a bypass manner returns to the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114a or the heat exchange medium outlet first pipeline 114b through the outlet bypass pipeline 117a or the outlet bypass pipeline 117b after the heat exchange, that is, the water as the heat exchange medium flowing into the heat exchanger 100a or the heat exchanger 100b directly flows out of the heat exchanger 100a or the heat exchanger 100b after completing the heat exchange under the working condition, which can satisfy a heat exchange requirement of the heat exchanger 100a or the heat exchanger 100b, and excellent heat transfer efficiency can be achieved even if a flow rate of the water in the heat exchange tube bundles 105a or the heat exchange tube bundle 105b is low.

[0077] When the refrigeration system 200 operates in the second operation mode, the control valve 118a or the control valve 118b of the heat exchanger100a or the heat exchanger 100b is closed, and the heat exchange medium pump 120a or the heat exchange medium pump 120b is opened, and in this case, the heat exchange medium flowing into the heat exchanger 100a or the heat exchanger 100b is brine below zero degrees Celsius and has a small temperature difference with the refrigerant, and a flow or a flow rate of the brine entering the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105a or the part of the heat exchange tube bundles 105b corresponding to the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111a or the heat exchange medium inlet first pipeline 111b is increased by the switching bypass pipeline 119a or the switching bypass pipeline 119b and the heat exchange medium pump 120a or the heat exchange medium pump 120b disposed on the switching bypass pipeline 119a or the switching bypass pipeline 119b. The increase in the flow rate reduces a thickness of a boundary layer on a water side, so that thermal resistance on the water side is reduced, and at the same time, the increase in the flow rate also enhances the turbulence inside the water, enhances flow mixing inside the water flow, improves the heat transfer coefficient, and improves the overall heat exchange efficiency of the refrigeration system 200.

[0078] The one or more embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments of this application and are not intended to limit this application. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, and improvements made within the spirit and principles of this application shall be included in the protection scope of this application.
