TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of air guns, and in particular, to an air gun.BACKGROUND
[0002] Air guns usually use air cylinders to provide air to air valves. A spring is used to push a hammer to strike a valve stem to trigger the air valve, so that high-pressure air inside the air valve is ejected from the valve stem and pushes a pellet forward. Air inside the air cylinder is then filled into the air valve for air replenishment. Since internal pressures of air cylinders with different capacities are different, and internal pressures of air cylinders for containing different gases are also usually different. Furthermore, after an amount of air is used, decrease degrees of the internal pressures of the air cylinders with different capacities are not the same, and decrease degrees of the internal pressures of the air cylinders for containing different gases are usually also not the same. When an internal pressure of an air cylinder is relatively high, filling the air valve with the air inside the air cylinder is relatively fast, and an interval during which the air valve may be triggered is relatively short. When an internal pressure of an air cylinder is relatively low, filling the air valve with the air inside the air cylinder is relatively slow, and an interval during which the air valve may be triggered is relatively long. However, for an existing air gun, a triggering interval of the air valve remains basically the same in each firing. It is hard to give full play to an air filling effect of an air cylinder with a relatively high internal pressure; a use effect an air cylinder with a relatively low internal pressure is poor; and adaptability to air cylinders with different capacities and air cylinders for containing different gases is low.SUMMARY
[0003] An objective of the present disclosure is to overcome the foregoing shortcomings in the existing technology and provide an air gun which can better adapt to air cylinders with different capacities and air cylinders for containing different gases and can ensure a use effect.
[0004] To achieve the above objectives, the present disclosure provides an air gun. The battery is configured to provide power to the electromagnetic core and the control circuit board. The control circuit board is configured to control the electromagnetic core to drive the striking rod to do reciprocating movement in the first direction.
[0017] Compared with the existing technology, the present disclosure has the following advantages: An air cylinder can be communicated with an interior of an air valve. The striking rod is the magnetic conductor, so that the electromagnetic actuator can drive the striking rod to do reciprocating movement in the first direction. The electromagnetic actuator can drive the striking rod to move forward in the first direction, so that the striking end abuts against the end portion of the first end of the valve stem. In addition, when the striking rod is pushed to move forward in the first direction, air inside the air valve can be discharged to the outside from the air outlet in the second end of the valve stem. The electromagnetic actuator can drive the striking rod to move backward in the first direction, so that the striking rod can be separated from the end portion of the first end of the valve stem, and the valve stem can be reset to isolate the interior of the air valve from the outside. The electromagnetic actuator can control the frequency of reciprocating movement of the striking rod in the first direction. When an air cylinder with a relatively high internal air pressure is used, the electromagnetic actuator can increase the frequency of reciprocating movement of the striking rod in the first direction, so that the air filling effect of the air cylinder with the relatively high internal pressure can be better achieved, and a frequency of firing pellets can be increased. When an air cylinder with a relatively low internal air pressure is used, the electromagnetic actuator can decrease the frequency of reciprocating movement of the striking rod in the first direction, so that a frequency of firing pellets is decreased, and time is provided for filling the air valve with the air inside the air cylinder, to ensure each air spraying effect of the air valve. The electromagnetic actuator can gradually decrease the frequency of reciprocating movement of the striking rod in the first direction to satisfy continuous decease of the air pressure of the air cylinder during use. The air gun can better adapt to air cylinders with different capacities and air cylinders for containing different gases, and can ensure a use effect.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0028] In addition, if there are descriptions related to “first”, “second”, and the like in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the descriptions of “first”, “second”, and the like are only used for descriptive purposes and cannot be understood as indicating or implying their relative importance or implying the quantities of indicated technical features.
[0029] Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 7, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an air gun. The air gun includes a main body 100, an air valve assembly 200, and a driving assembly 300. The main body 100 is provided with a cavity 101. The air valve assembly 200 is arranged inside the cavity 101. The air valve assembly 200 includes a valve body 210 and a valve stem 220. The valve stem 220 can slidably pass through the valve body 210 in a first direction. Two ends of the valve stem 220 in the first direction are respectively a first end and a second end. The first end and the second end of the valve stem 220 are at least partially located outside the valve body 210. An air outlet 221 is formed in the second end of the valve stem 220. The driving assembly 300 is arranged inside the cavity 101. The driving assembly 300 includes a striking rod 310 and an electromagnetic actuator 320. The striking rod 310 is a magnetic conductor. The striking rod 310 is located on one side of the valve stem 220. An end portion of one end of the striking rod 310 is opposite to an end portion of the first end of the valve stem 220 in the first direction. The electromagnetic actuator 320 is connected to the striking rod 310 and can drive the striking rod 310 to move forward in the first direction and push the valve stem 220 to move in the first direction, and drive the striking rod to move backward in the first direction to be separated from the valve stem 220, and can control a frequency of reciprocating movement of the striking rod 310 in the first direction.
[0030] An air cylinder 20 can be communicated with an interior of an air valve. The striking rod 310 is the magnetic conductor, so that the electromagnetic actuator 320 can drive the striking rod 310 to do reciprocating movement in the first direction. The electromagnetic actuator 320 can drive the striking rod 310 to move forward in the first direction, so that the striking rod 310 abuts against the end portion of the first end of the valve stem 220. In addition, when the striking rod 310 is pushed to move forward in the first direction, air inside the air valve can be discharged to the outside from the air outlet 221 in the second end of the valve stem 220. The electromagnetic actuator 320 can drive the striking rod 310 to move backward in the first direction, so that the striking rod 310 can be separated from the end portion of the first end of the valve stem 220, and the valve stem 220 can be reset to isolate the interior of the air valve from the outside. The electromagnetic actuator 320 can control the frequency of reciprocating movement of the striking rod 310 in the first direction. When an air cylinder 20 with a relatively high internal air pressure is used, the electromagnetic actuator 320 can increase the frequency of reciprocating movement of the striking rod 310 in the first direction, so that the air filling effect of the air cylinder 20 with the relatively high internal pressure can be better achieved. When an air cylinder 20 with a relatively low internal air pressure is used, the electromagnetic actuator 320 can decrease the frequency of reciprocating movement of the striking rod 310 in the first direction, so that time is provided for filling the air valve with the air inside the air cylinder 20, to ensure each air spraying effect of the air valve. Furthermore, the electromagnetic actuator 320 can gradually decrease the frequency of reciprocating movement of the striking rod 310 in the first direction to satisfy continuous decease of the air pressure of the air cylinder 20 during use. The air gun can better adapt to air cylinders 20 with different capacities and air cylinders 20 for containing different gases, and can ensure a use effect. In addition, the electromagnetic actuator can control the frequency of forward and backward movement of the striking rod based on a requirement of a user, thereby increasing the interestingness of shooting.
[0031] Specifically, the electromagnetic actuator can control the striking rod to move forward and backward once to achieve an effect of firing a single pellet, thus completing a single shot. The electromagnetic actuator can also control the striking rod to move forward and backward for three times to achieve an effect of continuously firing three pellets, thus completing three consecutive shots. Certainly, based on a specific actual situation, the electromagnetic actuator can control the striking rod to move forward and backward for multiple times to achieve an effect of continuously firing a plurality of pellets. This number of times of firing is not limited.
[0032] Specifically, the electromagnetic actuator is connected to a trigger structure of the air gun, so that the trigger structure is pulled to trigger the electromagnetic actuator to operate.
[0033] Specifically, the striking rod 310 can be made of iron, cobalt, nickel, alloys of iron, cobalt, and nickel, or other metals that can be magnetically attracted.
[0034] Specifically, a pellet fired in the present disclosure can be a BB pellet or other pellets that can be fired by the air gun.
[0035] Specifically, when an internal pressure of an air cylinder 20 is relatively high, filling the air valve with the air inside the air cylinder 20 is relatively fast, and the internal pressure of the air valve will also increase. When an internal pressure of an air cylinder 20 is relatively low, filling the air valve with the air inside the air cylinder 20 is relatively slow, and the internal pressure of the air valve will also decrease. The electromagnetic actuator 320 can further control a speed and stroke of reciprocating movement of the striking rod 310 in the first direction, so that time at which the valve stem 220 of the air valve sprays air and a volume of air sprayed can be controlled. When the air cylinder 20 with the relatively high internal pressure is used, the time of spraying air and the volume of air sprayed are reduced, to avoid excessive spraying of air at each time. When the air cylinder 20 with the relatively low internal pressure, the time of spraying air and the volume of air sprayed are increased, to avoid an insufficient volume of air sprayed.
[0036] Specifically, an air valve air collection chamber 211 is arranged inside the valve body 210. The air cylinder is communicated with the air valve air collection chamber 211. The air in the air cylinder can be filled into the air valve air collection chamber 211. When the striking rod 310 abuts against the end portion of the first end of the valve rod 220 and is pushed to move forward in the first direction, the air located inside the air valve air collection chamber 211 of the valve body can flow through a channel inside the valve rod 220 and is discharged to the outside from the air outlet 221 communicated with the channel inside the valve rod 220.
[0037] Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the air gun further includes a pellet pushing assembly 400. The pellet pushing assembly 400 is arranged inside the cavity 101 in a manner of reciprocating movement in the first direction. The striking rod 310 is connected to the pellet pushing assembly 400. The electromagnetic actuator 320 can drive the striking rod 310 to do reciprocating movement in the first direction and drive the pellet pushing assembly 400 to do reciprocating movement in the first direction.
[0038] The electromagnetic actuator 320 drives the striking rod 310 to move forward in the first direction, to push the valve stem 220 through the striking rod 310, to trigger the air valve assembly 200. The air inside the valve body 210 can be discharged to the outside from the air outlet 221 of the valve stem 220. In addition, due to the connection between the striking rod 310 and the pellet pushing assembly 400, the forward movement of the striking rod 310 can drive the pellet pushing assembly 400 to move forward in the first direction, so as to push a pellet forward to a predetermined position through the pellet pushing assembly 400, thereby achieving a loading effect. Therefore, the driving assembly 300 can simultaneously control the air valve assembly 200 to trigger and release air and control the pellet pushing assembly 400 to push a pellet to move.
[0039] The electromagnetic actuator 320 drives the striking rod 310 to move backward in the first direction, to separate the striking rod 310 from the valve stem 220, to stop triggering of the air valve assembly 200. The air inside the valve body 210 can be stopped from being discharged to the outside from the air outlet 221 of the valve stem 220. In addition, due to the connection between the striking rod 310 and the pellet pushing assembly 400, the backward movement of the striking rod 310 can drive the pellet pushing assembly 400 to move backward in the first direction, so that the pellet pushing assembly 400 moves back to an initial position for a next round of loading. Therefore, the driving assembly 300 can simultaneously stop the triggering of the air valve assembly 200 and control the pellet pushing assembly 400 to be reset.
[0040] Referring to FIG. 3, FIG. 6, and FIG. 7, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the pellet pushing assembly 400 includes a connecting rod 410 and a pellet pushing rod 420. Two ends of the connecting rod 410 are respectively connected to the pushing rod 420 and the striking rod 310. The pellet pushing rod 420 is provided with a first through slot 421 that penetrates through the pellet pushing rod in the first direction. The pellet pushing rod 420 is movably sleeved in the first direction at the second end of the valve stem 220 through the first through slot 421. The air outlet 221 is communicated with the first through slot 421.
[0041] The striking rod 310 moves to drive the connecting rod 410 to move, thereby driving the pellet pushing rod 420 to move. The pellet pushing rod 420 is configured to push a pellet to move forward in the first direction, to achieve a loading effect. The pellet pushing rod 420 is provided with a first through slot 421. The air inside the valve body 210 of the air valve assembly 200 is discharged from the air outlet 221 of the valve stem 220 and enters the first through slot 421. The air is then discharged from the first through slot 421 and blows the pellet to move forward, to achieve an effect of firing a pellet.
[0042] Specifically, the second end of the valve stem 220 passes through and closes a notch in one end of the first through slot 421, and the air sprayed to the outside from the air outlet 221 can be sprayed to the outside from a notch in the other end of the first through slot 421.
[0043] Referring to FIG. 6, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, a limiting slot is formed in an inner wall of the cavity 101. The limiting slot extends in the first direction. A limiting block 417 is arranged at a side end of the connecting rod 410 in a second direction. The limiting block 417 is slidably arranged inside the limiting slot.
[0044] When the striking rod 310 drives the connecting rod 410 to move, the limiting block 417 moves inside the limiting slot until the limiting block 417 abut against a side wall of the limiting slot in the first direction, so as to limit a distance of movement of the limiting block 417 in the limiting slot, thereby limiting a distance of movement of the striking rod 310.
[0045] Specifically, the second direction and the first direction are horizontal directions, and are perpendicular to each other.
[0046] Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 6, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the connecting rod 410 includes a rod body 411 and a first connecting plate 412. The first connecting plate 412 is provided with a first port 413 penetrating through the first connecting plate in the first direction. The first connecting plate 412 is sleeved outside the striking rod 310 through the first port 413. The first connecting plate 412 is connected to the striking rod 310.
[0047] The first connecting plate 412 is sleeved outside the striking rod 310 through the first port 413, so as to be connected to the striking rod 310. The striking rod 310 moves forward and backward to drive the first connecting plate 412 to move forward and backward, thereby causing the rod body 411 to move forward and backward. Specifically, the first connecting plate 412 is integrally formed with the rod body 411.
[0048] Referring to FIG. 3, FIG. 5, and FIG. 6, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the striking rod 310 is provided with a first annular groove 311. The first connecting plate 412 is sleeved outside a circumferential wall of the first annular groove 311 through the first port 413. The first connecting plate 412 is partially located inside the first annular groove 311.
[0049] The first connecting plate 412 is partially located inside the first groove, and the first port 413 of the first connecting plate412 is sleeved outside the circumferential wall of the first annular groove to define a position between the striking rod 310 and the first connecting plate 412, thereby enhancing stability of connection.
[0050] Referring to FIG. 3, FIG. 5, and FIG. 6, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first annular groove 311 extends in the first direction. An inner wall of the first port 413 abuts against the circumferential wall of the first annular groove 311. A length of the first annular groove 311 in the first direction is greater than a length of the first connecting plate 412 in the first direction.
[0051] The inner wall of the first port 413 abuts against the circumferential wall of the first annular groove 311, so that a frictional force exists between the first connecting plate 412 and the striking rod 310.
[0052] A process of using the electromagnetic actuator 320 to drive the striking rod 310 to move forward and backward once is as follows:
[0053] The electromagnetic actuator 320 drives the striking rod 310 to move backward in the first direction, to drive the connecting rod 410 and the pellet pushing rod 420 to move backward. The striking rod 310 is separated from the valve stem 220, and the limiting block 417 is arranged on the rod body 411. The connecting rod 410 moves until the limiting block 417 abuts against a slot wall of the limiting slot, and the movement of the first connecting plate 412 is stopped by the limiting slot. Since the length of the first annular groove 311 in the first direction is greater than the length of the first connecting plate 412 in the first direction, the striking rod 310 continues to move backward, and the first connecting plate 412 will slide relative to the striking rod 310 until the first connecting plate 412 abuts against an inner side wall of the first annular groove 311 of the striking rod 310 close to the valve stem 220, that is, abuts against a second annular boss 313. The striking rod 310 stops moving.
[0054] Then, the electromagnetic actuator 320 drives the striking rod 310 to move forward in the first direction. Since the inner wall of the first port 413 abuts against the circumferential wall of the first annular groove 311, so that the connecting rod 410 and the pellet pushing rod 420 can be driven by using the frictional force between the striking rod 310 and the first connecting plate 412 to move forward. The pellet pushing rod 420 pushes a pellet forward to achieve a loading effect. The pellet pushing rod 420 abuts against the inner wall of the cavity 101. Since the length of the first annular groove 311 in the first direction is greater than the length of the first connecting plate 412 in the first direction, the striking rod 310 continues to move forward, and the first connecting plate 412 slides relative to the striking rod 310. The striking rod 310 moves forward to abut against the valve stem 220, and pushes the valve stem 220 to move forward, to trigger the air valve assembly 200, so that the air inside the air valve is discharged to the outward from the air outlet 221 of the valve stem 220. When the first connecting plate 412 abuts against the inner side wall of first annular groove 311 of the striking rod 310 away from the valve stem 220, i.e. abuts against a first annular boss 312, and / or the striking rod 310 abuts against the valve body 210, the striking rod 310 stops moving, thereby continuously pushing the striking rod 310 to move forward through the electromagnetic actuator 320. A pellet can be first pushed to be loaded, and the air valve assembly 200 is then triggered.
[0055] Referring to FIG. 3 to FIG. 5, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, a first annular boss 312 is arranged on a circumferential side of the striking rod 310. The electromagnetic actuator 320 includes an electromagnetic core 321. The electromagnetic core 321 is provided with a sliding chute 322 extending in the first direction. One end of the striking rod 310 away from the air valve assembly 200 slidably passes through the sliding chute 322. The striking rod 310 can slide until the first annular boss 312 abuts against the electromagnetic core 321.
[0056] After the electromagnetic core 321 is powered on, it can drive the striking rod 310, which is the magnetic conductor, to move inside the sliding chute 322 in the first direction. The striking rod 310 moves backward until the first annular boss 312 abuts against the electromagnetic core 321, to define a position from which the striking rod 310 slides into the sliding chute 322 and avoid the possibility of excessive sliding of the striking rod 310 into the sliding chute 322.
[0057] Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, a second annular boss 313 is arranged on a circumferential side of the striking rod 310. The second annular boss 313 and the first annular boss 312 are spaced apart in the first direction, to define and form the first annular groove 311 between the second annular boss 313 and the first annular boss 312. Both the first annular boss 312 and the second annular boss 313 are partially opposite to the first connecting plate 412.
[0058] The first annular groove 311 is defined by the first annular boss 312 and the second annular boss 313, so that a position at which the first connecting plate 412 moves can be limited by the first annular boss 312 and the second annular boss 313.
[0059] Specifically, a cross-sectional area of the first annular boss 312 is larger than a cross-sectional area of the second annular boss 313.
[0060] Referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the sliding chute 322 penetrates in the first direction. A distance between the first annular boss 312 and the end portion of the end of the striking rod 310 away from the air valve assembly 200 is less than or equal to a length of the sliding chute 322, so as to prevent the striking rod 310 from accidentally entering the sliding chute 322 and prevent the end portion of the striking rod 310 located inside the sliding chute 322 from sliding out from the other side of the electromagnetic core 321 to the outside of the sliding chute 322, thereby enhancing the safety of use.
[0061] Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 6, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the connecting rod 410 further includes a second connecting plate 414. Another end of the rod body 411 is connected to the second connecting plate 414. The second connecting plate 414 is provided with a second port 415. A snap-in block 416 is arranged on an inner wall of the second port 415. A second annular groove 422 is formed on a circumferential side of the pellet pushing rod 420. The second connecting plate 414 is sleeved outside the pellet pushing rod 420 through the second port 415.
