[0008] The portions of the shoe shown in dot-dash broken lines in FIGS. 2, 3, 6, and 7 form no part of the claimed design. The portions of the shoe shown in even-dashed broken lines in FIGS. 3-6 represent threaded stitching and do form part of the claimed design.
